If you listen to the conference call you will hear Steipp talk about all the necessary steps needed to bring lqmt to where it is, right at the cusp of commercialisation thanks to Apple and Engel's millions spent on R&D in OUR investment !
Liquidmetal didn't pay Apple or Engel to do all the expensive R&D.
Hauck himself said that they lqmt can not disclose any products because of the NDA's.
Can not disclose = under selling.
The RFQ for april is impressive, 25 in just 1 month.
Good to hear that the Steipp wont leave, why would he when he knows whats coming,
Good to have Hauck talk about how complex it is when dealing with different potential customers, NDA's and give answers to common investor questions.
Good to know they will both be at the Engel show,
Listening to the conference call i'm extremely happy with Steipp's abilities.
Great news for new/recent investors, always bad news for the earliest bag holders who bought in way way too early before this technology was proven, should have done your DD first.
You know it best
Or panicked shorts who want it go down so they can cash out cheap, anything is possible in the stock market.
So from this ..
I'm staying until lqmt gets commercial success, can wait years as long as i don't lose my job.
Absolutely agree that once just 1 medical manufacture uses lqmt the floodgates will be opened, and thats just in medical, great potential with this wonder metal. Thats just what i call investing in stocks, a gamble lolz.
Best of luck to you and your loved ones !
I feel the same, i'm torn between wanting more shares and hoping my gamble pays off.
Either way i'm happy so long as i have my job and keep earning a salary so i can wait.
My numbers are based on your math.

Yes true the current reality is that lqmt is 0.14 per share.
"An incomplete ring" sounds like a spring and possibly applicable across all market segments that use springs. So much potential waiting to happen.
A quick search finds 37 patents, 1 patent for the headset and the rest for the software.
So $2billion divided by 37 patents is $54 million per patent,
So CIP is worth 150 patents multiplied by $54 million is $8 billion.
Thanks for pointing out that Oculus Rift was only a kick-starter with less than $3 million in crowd funded/developer sales, developer funded is not a viable business model, and most where upset after the sale to Facebook.
Using your own math, FaceBook bought Oculus Rift and its 1 patent for $1.9 billion, so using your logic, that means CIP's 150 patents should be worth $285 billion ...... right?
True, CIP patents (which currently bring in NO income) have presently been valued by wall street, but once those patents are commercially applied and provide an income then wall street will re-value those patents.
Looks like Apple videos, the new website is very responsive and informative, liking this new change very much.

Feeling more confident about management, lqmt is definitely gearing up for a massive change.
Stocksgreen, is this the tuesday you have been posting about ?
Probably depends who the customer wants to use, lqmt has the advantage of working on Engel machines.
It is interesting to see the same usual suspects posting FUD every time the PPS goes up. Very telling.

it begs the question, was near-amorphous alloys discovered via CIP ?
The case study for minimally invasive devices mentions disposable
ifixit is just starting to tear apart the watch, nothing done so far to test any alloys used in it,

waiting for them to do something like this to see the metals structure.

Great link thanks, remember when Nokia released an Android phone even after Microsoft had already paid them to use WindowsPhone, forcing Microsoft to buy Nokia's phone segment.
Maybe, big maybe, Atakan Peker is hoping the Turing Phone will Force Apple to make a move on Liquidmetal, or defend CIP patents, or bring BMG Phones to the attention of other phone makers.
Or maybe he is still pissed off and just wants to stir the crucible :)
"Partially Amorphous" makes me think of Apple's "Restricting Crystallisation" in the gold watch and possibly the quick chilled aluminium.
Maybe Apple made those discoveries through CIP because on the R&D road too 100% amorphous alloys and production methods, near amorphous alloys would have been produced.
So that should mean those discoveries and patents jointly belong to CIP, not unless Apple is taking the near amorphous alloy patents and only letting CIP have the 100% amorphous alloy patents.
Something is happening with the PPS.
The SAE Exhibition seems to be focused the Automotive Industries.

My view, the AppleWatch is a CE device whose main function is to process data, Health monitoring, Location services, Social networks, Cellular notifications, Apps, Games, Music, Photos etc http://www.apple.com/watch/built-in-apps/
.....and it can also display the time ..... and is worn on the wrist..... and the word 'watch' is used in the brand-name.
So while the last 3 points are conflicting (possibly aggressive considering how Apple has been pushing into the high fashion industries to promote the Edition series gold watches) http://appleinsider.com/articles/15/04/15/fashion-designer-karl-lagerfeld-given-custom-all-gold-apple-watch-band
,i think the AppleWatch a CE device not a mechanical or dumb-watch so apple can use lqmt.
The Swatch Group uses lqmt for non-CE watches, so no problem there.
I never understand how a reverse-split can make a company. Products, contracts, income make a company. No amount or reverse-stock splitting can make a company profitable.
Gorgol, Spartan Fan, i'm holding on for the long term and think above $6 is possible, but i will trade the ticker depending on what news sends the stock higher.
Or ... LM Tech bent-over willingly because Apple agreed to pay for all the R&D and Patent Protection, basically giving LQMT CIP, and Apple's involvement with the patents would convince other major companies like Engel to invest in LM Tech's CIP injectable amorphous metals patents.
"LMFAO" LiquidMetalForAllOrders ?
i hope so :)
Agree strongly with that, so many big players involved now for this to be a sham.
Maybe a sample or promo material, great to see Liquidmetal first, ontop, upfront on the Engel 2015 symposium page. Shows confidence in the technology.

They didn't have to say anything at all about lqmt, but they did.
I read that in a husky voice, might need to sooth my throat with a coat glassimetal :)
