Val more likely quit answering the phone because of all the irate callers. Who wouldn't be irate once it became obvious that everything Val promised turned out to be a huge lie, starting with the fake phones! HA!!!
Unilava is bankrupt and China Dragon is a China scam fraud. Plain and simple.
Com'on. This hexa2 is hardly a month old. Hexa2 was developed for PR purposes to keep this scam afloat for another couple of months. All UNLA assets were pledged on a now defautled loan. This company has returned to being a bankrupt shell once again. Too funny!
So what? Ray and Baldwin copying someone else's idea? Now we know where Val gets his ideas from!! Someone else, he's so stupid! LOL
That's what is so funny about Vacuum Val and company. All anyone has to do is post what is on their mind and BAM, scam exposed instantaneously.
Didn't I mention Ray was slipping!! LOL
You mean the same string-along tactics Val uses? The same old filthy tricks that have grown to demonstrate so clearly the absurdity these frauds have shown themselves to be! Showing video segments produced by famous companies that were made to promote themselves, yet are somehow to be construed as being related to some silly demented fraud? Really! We have the National Theater of the Absurd in Boise! HA!!!!
LOL The Boise project is a buzz word, a pinkstink stock selling gimmick, that string-along Val knows cannot be accomplished. He just goes through the motions, as he has all of his life. Val lost all credibility years ago when he was strutting around blathering about wanting to be a neurosurgeon -- all the while he was slapping around busted Hoovers and Dirt Devils for 30 years!!! HA!!! Val is simply ridiculous! Period!!!
China Dragon is a fraud. Plain and simple. Unilava is yet another Ray Powers fraud. Even plainer and simpler! LOL
On a 100 share paint? LOL
Agreed.
Except every time Val opens his mouth, the PPS sinks. And that is regularly substantiated by the chart! LOL
No need to spill all the beans at one time. So, here's a tidbit. Projects ICS claims as past projects occurred when they were employees of 180 Connect. 180 Connect's main business was installation of cable/TV/metro fiber and was sold to Direct TV in 2008. These clowns got the boot and started ICS the same year. Now that 180 Connect no longer exists, there is no one to complain about ICS padding their profile with the projects of a now extinct company that had actual resources. Also, 180 Connect had 4500 employess. This usurper couldn't field a baseball team with Val tossed in for good measure!!! HA!!!
"Our municipal fiber optic projects in Boise, Idaho and Ontario and Shafter, California continue to deliver exceptional margins as well as showcase our capabilities to future customers," stated Mr. Peter Giacalone, President and CEO of 180 Connect Inc." 180 Connect, not Vacuum Val & the Cable Guy(s) LOL
http://www.thefreelibrary.com/180+Connect+Inc.+secures+new+fiber-to-the-premise+contracts+in+the...-a0168128648
(Is that Ray Powers I hear, running like a fat man uphill to sell his MDGC shares LOL)
ICS is an installation company. They purchase equipment(very specific equipment, since they were relying on TSA requirements) manufactured by others. In this case 30 HD cameras, a few workstations, blade servers and video recording equipment. This does not excuse the fact the other projects, the ones that required more talent than cabling closed circuit television equipment together, were projects of 180 Connect. 180 Connect no longer exists to protest the fraudulent usurpation of their corporate history. I'm sure Val the vacuum cleaner salesman coughed up a fresh 100 million shares for the privilege of associating himself with the Cable Guy(s)! LOL
If Val hired this company to 'consult' that would make these guys fools if they knew a few juicy details when they agreed to the consultation. The equipment Val has pictured on the MDGC board is decade old Wytec manufactured LMDS transmitting equipment. FCC equipment authorization records, which record authorizations from at least the 1970s, show no authorizations for Wytec equipment of any kind. The equipment cannot be used in the United States, but that decade old junk is pictured aimed out over the Boise countryside. This fact lends support to the idea that not only is MDGC a fraud but Wytec was as well. Everyone collected from the Wytec investors in 1998, PRs about projects were issued and it all quietly died until recently.
XO communications recently wrote down $20 million of the hundreds of millions they lost on LMDS. They have only $7 million of write offs remaining. For more than a decade, this slice of spectrum (affected by rain fade LOL) has lost and scammed more dollars than can be imagined!
There are reams more scandalous information about who, what, where, etc. If you'd like me refresh your memory, it would be my pleasure.
How could they have been partnered with Cisco if they were not in business until 2008...
You do realize Cisco has 15056 partners in the United States alone? LOL Everyone including the hacker down the street is a partner of Cisco.
Oh, so sorry:

(I think Ray Powers is slipping LOL)
The employee numbers are self-reported. I also have further evidence of their padding details. HA!!!
MDGC's latest news event was they had teamed up with ID Consulting Solutions. ICS is a private company consisting of two guys and an office receptionist started in 2008. The principals at ICS were let go from 180 Connect, a 4500 employee company that performed mainly cable TV installation work, though they delved into other cable-type fiber optic projects. 180 Connect was sold to Direct TV in April 2008. Most of the non-CCTV related projects described on the ID Consulting web site were actually the projects of their former employer in many cases. Nice bit of historical padding with the benefit of there being no more 180 Connect to object!! HA!!!
So, to keep it short, the latest ridiculous activity at MDGC consists of Val, the vacuum cleaner salesman CEO, teaming up with the cable guys! LOL
Zero hour passed the other day already, since that claim was part of the whisper campaign to pump the PPS. Failed miserably, didn't it! LOL Just like all the chatter before Thanksgiving last year. The true event, the pump, had already passed! Too easy.
Gotta love Cowboy Val. Rope 'em up and string 'em along! Yee Haw!!
Nope. All that happened was another 'paid consultant' diluter called Ron Ivie arrived on the scene! HA!! With a PR to announce the fact!!! Too funny.
LOL The link lists companies that hope to bid on federal government contracts. ID Solutions has no GSA contractor number with which to bid. They have never been able to obtain one. That's why they remain stuck on the list of self-referred hopefuls.
An example of well known contractors that bid:
GS-25F-0034S Illinois Tool Works
GS-35F-4097G Raytheon
GS-35F-0400J Lockheed Martin Corp.
A tiny sample of lesser known contractors (of tens of thousands) that bid:
GS-35F-0569V Foxhole Technologies
GS-02F-0141S Inkdog, LLC
GS-02F-0158N Relyco Sales, Inc.
GS-02F-0014U Ribbons Express, Inc.
GS-21F-0194W Round Table Tools. Inc.
GS-06F-0041R Trotec Laser, Inc.
-----
ID Consulting Solutions, LLC? No contractor number. No contracts.
Just a two-person Closed Circuit Television equipment replacement company with a girl who answers the phone.
HA!!!!
.
In for a penny, in for a pounding. Val delivers. He sure does! Of course, he was scammed himself. Just passing the favor along! HA!!!!!
Sorry, but you need to compare the tape with the 'short' data and look for any anomaly. The best anomalous indicator I have seen is when the total 'short' volume (which really isn't exactly 'short') nearly equals the daily volume. This happened a few days ago. Bingo, from the .0030s to the .0020s, just like clockwork.

Oh, like the other pea in the pod, Ray Powers? Every stock associated with him goes to zero. I am always amazed at those who toss money into a stock -- not for a chart play or a bounce, etc. but to 'invest' -- who never take 15 minutes to look for the scam first. Most of the time the scam element isn't very well hidden. Ray Powers past shenanigans? Val, a vacuum cleaner salesman? A crate of decade old junk electronics not even made for use in the United States? Red flags everywhere! Simply amazing!
Maybe the twitter talk should end. Twittering is just one of the things killing the PPS. The mile-thick concrete wall of dilution MDGC has hit is another. LOL
Boise, IDAHO has a tiny city run airport! It is not JFK or LAX ... HA!!!!
http://www.cityofboise.org/Departments/Airport/AboutBoiseAirport/index.aspx
I am dying here!!! LOL Val's gone a "teaming" Too funny!
The entire lot of them wouldn't field a baseball team.
Three people at ID Consulting. Two at MDGC and Meshglob. LOL
In business since 2008: http://www.accessidaho.org/public/sos/corp/W74068.html
Caliber of work performed by ID Consulting, an example:
Replacing decade old closed circuit tv cameras, connections, storage and controls with the lastest equipment. Big whoop! The Geek Squad could do it! LOL Nope, looks like a little company easily influence by a nice slug of free shares for 'consulting' -- sorry, teaming! HA!!!
Looks like they all bailed today! LOL
Oh, Val needs to sell another 25 million shares by the 18th. Good luck to him on getting anyone to believe the word of a pink stink, share toting, vacuum cleaner salesman ever again. HA!!!!
Nothing was awarded to MDGC or Mesh. That is the point. Val simply made everyone believe that by way of innuendo in his phone calls and e-mails in order to get about 25 -- is it by now -- million shares of this pink stink stock doled out over the past couple of days. That twisted story seemed oh, so exciting!!! HA!!!! Riiiight!!!
The story here never changes because the story is impossible to the point of ridicule. That's the correct way to approach any purported tech company run by a Hoover Hawker!
Val and Ray Powers and holders of 100s of millions of aged shares have been selling on this pump. VFIN on the ask is all one needed to see if one knew nothing else about this fraud of Val's. VFIN = the insiders ripe shares hitting the exits! HA!!!
Nothing will ever get past, "planning". Everyone knows that. The facts surrounding this absurd company are well understood. It is a pink stink share selling vehicle. Period. HA!!
The word went out that ID Consulting had won the airport project. Val then announces a 'teaming agreement' with ID. Two totally separate things that Val tried to tie together by innuendo!
All Val did was give ID shares to 'consult'. (Val: Hey, ID! Do you think this junk will work? ID: Nah, but thanks a lot for the shares and the easy consultation!) It was cleaver, though, to call a consulting agreement a 'teaming agreement'! LOL Too bad Val can't think up something that actually sticks.
Meanwhile, the dump goes on!!! LOL
Short covering doesn't propel a stock pps upward? That's a new one! HA!!
At some point a P&D attempt is always made. That was obviously coming as shown by the volume. A P&D to work needs believers. However, the vacuum cleaner salesman is just that, totally unconvincing. HA!!!
5 million shares, not a budge? Guess who selling out. LOL
MM must have a huge supply on their hands to feed out. Happy eating!
As I said. You'll soon find out how many shares bought the PR from an unknown company. Look at what the market is telling you, The story is in the PPS. Everyone knows the Wytech equipment cannot be used in the United States. It's a fluff and nothing PR. As always! HA!
There also seems to be plenty of shares being supplied from somewhere. Hi Val, Hi Ray. Nice pump & dump. LOL
No JV? Just a 'teaming agreement' with an unknown company LOL I wonder how many shares Val shelled out for that! So far the market has yawned regarding MDGC's FCC uncertified box of junk. We'll see who swallows this PR!!!
3 million shares and the price hasn't budged. Guess we know who's dumping. Hi Ray!
That can all be shortened into a five word summation: Ray is a screw up.
Always was, always will be. Interested in a little pizza 'dough'! That's ALL!!
It's also interesting the same three have hung together for a decade and have accomplished next to zero for any shareholder in any company in any way! HA!!
Give them time. Lightsquared figured them out and took negative action. That unfollow button will be getting quite a bit of use. Of course, a company that can only tweet is really a wonderful world beater! Not! LOL
Most of those 'vendors' when challenged see to it their name is removed from a scam. Too easy. LOL
I told R.R. years ago I would put a $2 buy stop on MLKNA if it ever got that high again on volume. Never got there. Then that insane "THE EYE!! THE EYE!!" foolishness began. Then Eddy brought up the past of the trio running MLKNA, recorded at Citron. That was the end of any hope for MLKNA (because the market has a LONG memory) and the beginning of years and years and years of poking fun at a fat fraud who, admittedly, can polish a rotten apple as well as any pinky CEO.
Hiring an extra apple polisher is supposed to work a miracle? LOL Interestingly, they try to help companies in crisis as well. Guess we know what Ray typed into Google!
FPSO has nothing to do with electronic wireless equipment. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Floating_production_storage_and_offloading
In the United States there are regulations, none of which Val can live up to with that pictured equipment that came as a bonus to use for selling pinkstink stock, not wireless service. HA!! Another impossibility.
LOL they won't be projecting that last mile with the junk they have pictured. Common sense prevails, not impossibilities.
