The word went out that ID Consulting had won the airport project. Val then announces a 'teaming agreement' with ID. Two totally separate things that Val tried to tie together by innuendo!

All Val did was give ID shares to 'consult'. (Val: Hey, ID! Do you think this junk will work? ID: Nah, but thanks a lot for the shares and the easy consultation!) It was cleaver, though, to call a consulting agreement a 'teaming agreement'! LOL Too bad Val can't think up something that actually sticks.

Meanwhile, the dump goes on!!! LOL
