well... that depends on the administrator.
this board is far different than rb and is private... unlike rb which is owned by lycos a publicly traded company... they are more stringent.
however, what point would it be to hang around once this is gone?
gump90... all the signs of scam were there.
if this was such an upright company, why did they not report?
the excuses were lame and unbusiness like... poor excuse for a publicly traded company.
this week reality will set in...
Hope some of you did not get CMKX or SGGM lately

Monday looks good for a run... buy in early and hold
This is cheap and could take off once confirmation of the CC launch is underway....

re: mail to Hawaii...
3 days average sometimes two if you're lucky...
Looking forward to Monday...
think we should be seeing a nice gap and run late in the day.
been away for a while... did the symbol change? tia
Lookin' good....
Hit the wall of resistance and fell back a tad....
Understandable... as the resistance level pull was stronger and volume was not there today as it was yesterday... obviously everyone anticipated to launch to be during market hours, but market does not dictate how business is run... or should. Thus am looking toward AH even late tonight for it to be launching... I will bet that it will be somewhere around 12 midnite to coincide with web time... weird but have seen things like that happen. Not on purpose but just how schedules run.
still within striking distance of .06... and if the launch does happen... don't be surprised if this opens above .06 on Monday and runs from there.

Gapper tomorrow again?
Very well could... techs are lined up to move that way.

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 20, 2005--
CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTCBB:CYOS), a leading provider of online gaming software, is pleased to announce that it has signed a letter of intent with RDC Services Ltd. to license its poker software.
RDC has depth of experience in interactive marketing and management of online operations, and will pay a set up fee and a percentage of the net rake to Red Felt Software Inc. Completion of the new licensee site is expected by the end of August with marketing coinciding with the end of summer; a historically good time to begin interactive gaming-site promotion.
CYOP's wholly-owned UK subsidiary Red Felt Software Inc. manages and licenses the online poker software.
Red Felt Software Inc. shall be providing the following:
-- Fully built Poker Site
-- Non-Download Poker Software
-- Real Time live reporting
-- Hosting & Server monitoring
-- Credit Card Processing
More than 200 online poker sites collectively are generating about $3 billion a year in revenues, equal to 60% of last year's $5 billion in gambling revenues from all of the Las Vegas "Strip". An estimated 1.7 million players are active online; meaning they've played Internet poker in the past six months. And about 150,000 people play on an average day, according to PokerPulse.com.
Online gaming will continue to be an explosive cash generator. Gaming consultants Christian Capital forecast that gaming revenue will rise to $22.7 billion (US) by 2009, from $8.2 billion in 2004, a growth of 22 percent. Online gaming is also expected grab an 8.1% share of the worldwide global gaming market.
Mitch White, CEO of CYOP commented, "We are extremely happy to have already begun licensing the new software. We launched the site last month in Beta, and have spent the last few weeks enhancing the play functions and some of the content. This is especially important as we roll the product out over increasing distribution channels and expand into new markets."

nice chart low... keep us informed. eom
deadeven... lol
now why would I alter his email? no need to... thus that is what he said.
Don't know if any of you email Clayton and if he answers or not
but so far, he's been on the level with me... here is the latest email from him regarding upcoming things to be watching for... and they will happen soon.
"The news of the new flow is very very good. We are very excited. It is typical to have a trader sell off after good news and we will begin to see the growth pending some of the upcoming news. The company has so much to offer here and we are ecstatic about the upcoming announcements. Namely, we are waiting for the pipeline to be finished to install for operations on the K1A and the S1B, we are waiting for the tubing on S1B to be fixed and put on line, we are waiting for the initial pressures with are choked right now in the K1A to lighted up so we can finish completing the well to the additional 300 foot level and place on the pump for the first time, then we are waiting for the horizontal drilling to take place on both the K1A and the S1B to open all sorts of cracks and pools including the Edwards Lime, then we are waiting for several new joint ventures to be finalized and for us to begin our operations for Valor Energy, and also for our auditing process to be wrapped up so we can begin our process to list on the OTC which is very long and expensive."
Best of luck and stay in touch.

LOL... yep. This is a done deal.
said this was going to happen 3-4 months ago... was negative about this company since June 04... after melvin gave away the plot...
sure enough this is toast.
Nice chart. and so true... eom
The appeal is only to correct a fact that has already been submitted. Not to submit more facts. If all parties are in agreement as to the events and facts as stated, then the judge will render a final ruling based on the initial ruling.
the initial ruling was put out to show why this is being revoked. thus all the steps and events as it happened.
the judge even stated that though UC took the fifth, there was more than enough evidence to render the ruling in which she rendered.
you don't need to speculate why there were no filings. it was plainly stated that there were no financials to begin with. UC didn't keep any records. there were no reports or no paperwork.
why do you think each auditor quit? there is nothing to file because there is no financials. there was never an intent to file. you can only intend to file if you have something to submit. if you have nothing and claim intent... that is fraud.
Love how this is setting up...
It had to pull back one day and it did because this was way over bought and extending beyond the limits... remember this was walking on thin ice as the above was mentioned before.
Now that the correction is just about done... it could turn around if enough interest comes in. Today's upbeat finish might just spark the next swing upward....
The chart looks good and signals indicate that this could turn around.
Good luck and buy on the dips....
like now. lol
aloha
This week should be very interesting... History repeats itself
if all goes well... check out the past to see the future.
Sure looks like it could... it may even gap with investors knowing that flow report is coming soon... and pressure is better than expected...
glta
Investors took a break and now the show begins...
Look forward to higher highs next week...
Happy 4th of July to ALL
200MA Crossing could be soon...
The action actually starts way before the cross and the crossing validates the bullish movement.
the saying bears live below and bulls live above rings true.
But if history has anything to do with this moving higher, then you will need to look back and see what happened when it did cross over and where it went....
If one is looking at technicals... this is a screamin buy right now. Fundementally it is a hold wait and see. But if you are looking at some major gains that could be in the stars... technically it is set up for a nice ride.
The bear trap that was set up on Friday will be sprung and sellers will scramble back in along with the rest of the crowd. Buyers kept this from moving lower, thus the sellers did not affect the previous gains as much. With this News that came after hours a rehash of the May PR... tells me that it could be a forewarning that the deal is closing real soon like this weekend and News will be out NLT Tuesday... hopefully by Monday. One must ask... why did they PR basically the same message that they did in May unless it was to reiterate the deal and or that it is real close to finalization and the ink is not yet dry.
Closing of the quarter is Thursday, so any news before that will be counted for 2nd Qtr, On the fundemental side.
This could be exloding real soon... more like today...
The MA cross over is moderate but it is there and moving strong each day.
Might continue into next week on strength of momentum and acquisition news forth coming.
Going concern not good as usual...
growing debt is still growing.... 29mil now.. wow
when will the bleeding stop?... not many paying attention to the financials.
This is going for a ride...
Nice wave on the aroon... history repeats.
check back with the chart as it is a working chart...
I am on real time and thus you will see it update every time you refresh it.
Expecting a small correction this week...
This is almost like clock-work... if it doesn't drop again, it would be moving against itself as in the past, it has done exactly what is shown.
buy on the dips.
Nice gainer today... more to come tomorrow
probably more of this horizontal sideways trading...
until the techs can balance out...
glta
NIce move today...
Looks like it will move much higher now....
probably next week or so...
they still have to set up the tank and all... so it is not that easy... but it will be done.
in the mean time... this will move horizontally until news breaks.
slight pullback is good.... eom
Should move higher...

better late than never.... fyi
Nice day today... but am expecting a pullback Monday
might be a slight pullback, but two things are moving against this.
1 - This has exceeded the Bollinger Bands again... you know what happened the last time. A correction took place.
2 - This is Over Bought. Profit takers will start selling down at the High and MM's will oblige during that time to aid the move.
http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.web?c=TNOG,uu[g,a]ddclyyay[dc][pb50!b200!b25!b13!b5!d20,2][vc6...
The tank is not small, thus think that it will take about 7 - 10 days to transport and set up, and test it before flow tests resume. This time hopefully we get numbers as to how much is flowing and does it exceed expectations.
Of course this is jmo... but that is how I always look at things... and tell it like it is.
Nice Page...
