Not today or in the future, but I appreciate the vote of confidence. Nice words though. You must have me mixed up with an oil person!
Are you buying or selling?
I bought a few more shares today, and I did not stay at the H. I. last night. I stayed home.
Welcome back; I thought you "cashed-in" and went to Vegas, or somewhere.
As anticipated. I give up! I surrender! The best way to NOT answer a question could be: to create a smoke screen, forget what someone had said in their own post, may go half-way around the world to not answer a question, change the subject, etc. Thus, I probably want bother to ask some posters any more questions, but I may just do some "musing" posts - ones that do not need a response.
I would have thought someone with extensive and up to date knowledge in the "oil world" would have known ALL ABOUT CO2 and been "up to speed on all the oil stuff". But, someone may need to do some DD on CO2. ALSO, it appears someone may have shifted their stance on CO2 "a bit" in less than 24 hrs.
If what I have been told is true, those old SHALLOW worthless holes in the ground are producing more oil now than years ago when they were drilled. I know they are pumping, because I saw some of them within the last two weeks.
If BDGR can use CO2 (unknown by me) - WE ALL (current BDGR shareholders) MAY JUST COME out smelling like a rose and will forget any thorns or pain inflicted thereby!!!!!!!!
HINT #1: the successful company that MOST successfully employs the CO2 technology for OLD (previously) ABANDONED shallow wells has its HQ in Tx, its largest share of revenue is from another southern state, and has and is using CO2 in LA. and TX. They may be also drilling new wells in the area around the old wells - "scattered", with lots of room for more wells. With a little luck, I may be able to receive some $S from some wells that I own 1/2 the mineral rights on. They are real close, but I do not know their intentions.
HINT #2: DNR on NYX
HAVE THE GREATEST DAY POSSIBLE
Thanks for the potentially "substance less" reply. It appears that you responded to your questions not mine, and may have "cherry picked".
1. No rant; just restating your posting or what seems to be the "line of thought".
2a. CO2: I asked you a question about it, but it must still be in your in-basket. No further discussion lately, except your statement in post #7192, the one that I am replying to or discussing.
2b. CO2: Tell your "shallow depth theory, which is INCORRECT, to the owner of one of the largest sources of CO2 and uses it in old abandoned shallow wells, they purchased. I know AS FACT they have employed the technology in MS, LA. and TX. They are making a lot of $ using it in OLD SHALLOW WELLS!!!! "Put that in your pipe and smoke it"
3. %S: Since you may have used some various #s at various times, I wanted to include what you may have used, or may not have used. I believe Lou said he used 65% as an example, BECAUSE it had been mentioned on this board. I believe he also said 75% was his #/ave.
4. Why not use Lou's #, or do you know more about BDGR than Lou?
5. Tell us more: I do not think I mentioned NRI, AND I HAVE NOT ASKED YOU about NRI; Thus, how could you have previously "told me"?
6. In-basket: you responded about one state (LA) on a compliance question posted by someone else. I ASKED YOU ABOUT THE OTHER 49 STATES, which may be in your in-basket. See CO2 question above for another example.
7. Birdman: Your response made me LAUGH! THANK YOU!!!
8. Easy questions/answer what you may want to regardless of the question: Examples may be: oil man question and business question. Hum, two examples in one post and you may not have an idea about what I may have been discussing. You even "cut and pasted" those two questions, but did not respond. Was it that you just missed them or did you??????
We all want transparency from BDGR, as well as, from shareholders or non-shareholders that post on this message board.
It just seems to me, there are a few posters on this board that may be less than transparent. Are you transparent, or not? I have stated that I was (Note: no grandfather clause accepted). IS THAT A FAIR QUESTION AND DOES IT DESERVE A GOOD REPLY?
There are several questions in this post and NO RANT.
Have a nice day
Millionairedreamer, your apology is accepted. I must have mis-read your intent. I also may have over reacted.
I am also sick and tired of the Junk/BASHING and it seems that anything posted that could be viewed as positive for BDGR shareholders is trashed within a short time. I was REALLY TRYING to stop some with my post vs. advocate more. It may have been wrong, but rest assured it was with good intentions for BDGR shareholders.
I will continue to ask questions that some people may not want to answer. I may also have questions as to the intent of some posters that may try to represent one position, when they may desire another intent.
There is a lot of confusion, BUT I think Lou is doing a great for us, and BDGR transparency is increasing constantly. It appears as if some games are being played with PPS, but the ones that HOLD, BUY MORE, etc. will be properly rewarded.
YEA BDGR - THANKS again Lou!
Thanks for your kind reply, and if you do not have a $M, may BDGR give it to you via PPS!!!!!!!!
SEE, I told you that you were faking your poor English. You did a good job. You must have forgotten that you were posting as crude-dude.
SOOOO, now tell us what other names do you have on this board.
GOTCHA!!!!!!
Why would anyone want to fake poor English is ?????????
Thanks again for proving that you have knowledge of the English language.
Please see and respond to Lou's Post which SEEMS TO BLOW HOLDS IN YOUR POST!!!!!
Now you hold those figures (In Lou's response to the same message that I am responding to), or had you rather use the 65%, 50%, 19%, 10%, or whatever may be your "cup of tea". Why not use 100%, if you want to just put a figure out? What happened to the 62.5%?
Tell us more; "It will matter a LOT later on". Or had you rather play what may appear to be "I got a secret BS". You may seem to talk/post like that a LOT.
QUESTION!!!!!!! When are you going to respond to the easy, but what may seem to be hard questions. Your in-basket may be overflowing.
As ususal, I do not expect a response or a response with a LOT of substance.
Softball questions and HARD QUESTIONS with BS responses are easy to post messages about/on/to/over/under/etc.
I hope this message has the approval of your friend, millionairedreamer, since he has so much respect for you EXPERT knowledge, yet you are not a shareholder.
I am a shareholder and PC people are not welcomed in my world. Facts or facts and I have noticed a drop in BDGR's PPS since millionairedreamer's attempt to limit the 1st admindment FOR ME, ONLY. I WENT A WAYS BACK AND DID NOT FIND A REQUEST FOR ANYONE ELSE TO "ZIP IT", even when it may have been BS posted as what some may consider fact.
Question: Are you really an oil person? Can you walk the walk? The CO2 question is still out there and the other 49 states are still out there, etc.
Question: Is there a business/potential business relationship between you the birdman. He has "spoon feed" a lot of questions to various posters on this board.
I am looking forward to a reasonable and informative response, with a lot of substance (pertaining to the questions).
NOTE: I did not request permission from millionairedreamer to post this message and he/she can AZXASGFHJPP, until he/she starts calling BS POSTs and BS POSTERS what they are?
I do not have millionairedreamer's permission to post this message. BUT, Lou THANK's for your work.
See post # 7154
Have Fun And Be Nice To Everyone.
LG, please explain why you think BDGR will return to $0.05 per share. Please do not ignore this question and give some valid rationale in your discussion.
Also, explain your "backhanded"/restricted positive comments about the transparency.
Additionally, explain why the business plan (which I agree with) POPs up only after some other "concerns are being reduced.
Note: If BDGR goes to $.05/sh I SHALL increase my holdings.
Returning to that PPS will do some technical damage; BUT, a triple bottom and a very STRONG SUPPORT level will be established. That in, the "long run", should be good for several reasons. In addition to the above, BDGR can reduce the OS, I will buy more - REPEAT -, a base to run from should be established, if the shorts drive it down to that price; they should have a MOST difficult time keeping their cloths "upon their bodies"/covering with competetion from other longs like me, Yankee, etc, and last, but not least - BDGR APPEARS to be performing better and with more transparency.
Where are all the BASHERS? I am SOOOOOOO disappointed in the lack of BASHING about the latest release by BDGR (July 13,2007 -8:00 AM Black Dragon Revisits 1st and 2nd Quarters From 2005-2007) that showed some transparency -unaudited.
The more transparency BDGR provides, the better it is for the "good" (and the worse it is for the "bad" and the "ugly") and the harder it is for the shorts/bashers to attain their GOALS.
Did I notice another positive technical, a weekly closing above the 50 day MA? WOW!!!!
Shorties, that is not good for you, is it?
How to outfox a short; current shareholders hold (not sell their shares). BUT, more important is to TOTALLY disregard the: 1. bashers, 2. shorties, 3. BDGR haters, 4. "know it alls" that can bash, but not respond with meaningful info. or answer a question that was not asked, 5. posters of meaningless action/activities info, 6. posters that would complain if they were given a ton of gold (any good news, actions, activities, etc. pertaining to BDGR).7. nay sayers that state "the world is upside down/flat/square/round/etc. within a few posts, 8. Anything else that you can tell is "full of holes". Please feel free to add to this list!!!
If you ignore all post that may look like, smell like, and may be like the above, a shareholder may not want to sell, but hold their shares and covering shorts become much harder. The shorties may have to only trade with each other and eventually a GUSHER may erupt!
This not a prediction, but with all the positive activity (more info made public, new hires, the tone of SOME POSTERS wiggling, the return of the bird man, and some VERY POSITIVE TECHNICALS, I believe we - the longs - will have a nice ride. Note:I have gone green (ave. PPS) a couple of times recently and DID NOT SELL my measely holdings. My cost with commission is between $0.12-0.13/sh. It may go to ZERO, but recently, from my viewpoint, the chance of this happening has been reducted significantly.
Lg, what is different from Yankee's post and your posting of SEC action that had nothing to do with BDGR?
At least Yankee discussed BDGR!!!!!!
HMMMMMM, Maybe tooooo many shorts.
If the birdman only had wings, he could fly!!
I wonder why did he come back? Maybe there are things that some BIRDS do not want us to know and may desire BDGR to fail.
I really appreciated a post "out of the blue" that now may appear to have been an attempt to mislead us about an "new hire". I wonder if after he has time to do all the work for shareholders on the audit, etc. will he be looking for a lawyer to lighten BIRDS load so he can fly faster!!!!
It sure is nice to read some positive posts about BDGR, and I wish the BASHERS , BSers, and and possible "CROKS" would stay in their snake den.
Good Post Spunky.
Yankee did you ask Mr. Local about 1 state or 1 + 49 states. I have nor seen a response to my question.
The hard questions never get responses, with substance, FROM THE COULD BE BASHERS. I know the price going up was painful for the ones hanging on with SAWBRIARS in their shorts.
Man, it is taking a long time for the Bashers to creep out of their "rainEEEEE" holes.
This PR must have been so much more positive than anyone anticipated that a "HIGHER GUIDANCE" had to be received, reviewed, edited, corrected, processed, re-corrected, and distributed before the "Yittle DIRLS E BAZS" could start their underwater engines/bashing.
LET THE BASHING BEGIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yankee may not have limited his question on compliance to only one state. He said, "state", and I am asking about the other 49 states that you may not have mentioned.
The Gap closing at $0.084 on 10 and 11 July was good technically, eventhough it hurts to see the PPS go down.
I will not try to convience anyone to buy, sell, or hold; but with that technical, the Williams%, etc. indicators where they are (to me), it just may not be the time to sell (I have not sold any of my shares).
I am sure the CROWS, BUZZARDS, ETC. will "come to the corn-patch" and TRASH at great length the last two PRs. Even if only 25% of what was in the last PR release happens, IT IS GREAT NEWS FOR THE LONGS.
Lou, Good luck and "thanks a bunch".
Maybe it was raining and they could not get to their PC that was under water. "ME THINKITH THEM THEIR FOLKS MAY ONLY HAVE A PART TIME RENTED PC THAT SANK".
Should the collection plate be passed around to help some """"FRIENDS"""""" in need?
I am out of here for the day. I have to get ready for the rain. I do not believe everything I read, BUT sometimes people should hold their thoughts until at least "the dust has time to settle" OR they may make people think they are BASHING. Mav. this statement is not intended for you, it just happened to be part of a rerply to your post.
How high is the water and how deep is the BS?
Did you forget to mention who owns the drilling rig?
Did you forget to mention who was "Selling tubular goods to raise cash"?
My memory may come and go, but have you or was it someone else that seem to mostly have stated in posts that Petrol was inefficient. This message may indicate a little down sizing
QUOTE :"Firing/laying off good folks with 25+ years w/ Petrol. Think that is going to hack somebody off?" END QUOTE
was wrong and even may indicate some possible vindictive acts.
Maybe it will help the inefficiencies, if any. Just wondering if it will make Petrol more efficient and what if any acts you may or maynot be aware of.
Another quote from your message: "Compliance orders with the State are not attended to. Probable net result, suspension of permission to sell oil." END QUOTE. Did you forget to mention what company you were referring to and have you ever posted similiar statements about BDGR before.
When was the last time you uttered, wrote, or thought something that may not be considered negative? You and the D man would get along real GOOOOOOD.
If one were to cry in their beer (or cola) long and hard enough, they would not have to pay for a refill, would they? So maybe the two of you should visit with each other and take turns filling each others glass.
I predict, based upon the amount of BS posted, reposted, posted to the repost, etc. that BDGR will provide some of us SHAREHOLDERS with a very nice return.
In the meantime I enjoy reading what may be and should be considered intertainment in its purist form.
Thanks
Please keep the good news flowing!!!!
You are so much help to BDGR shareholders!!!
You are helping so many of us. Please accept all of our thanks.
Have you prepared your good news for the 11th, or do you wait and re-evaluate each day?
It is because of posts like this that I have been given the opportunity to buy at such low PPS.
Thanks once again
GET A LIFE AND MOVE ON!!!!
DO YOU BELIEVE ANYTHING, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE?????
HAVE YOU EVER had a pOsItIvE thought??????????????
The world is round, airplanes go up and down, and air has good and bad "stuff". IF you do not think the air has good stuff, then you could not breath. Try REAL hard thinking about that and YOU may have a POSITIVE thought and your life will be so much fuller and you may could have some "quality of life".
I am laughing at such "positive" posts from some of the most positive posters that could possibly be non-BDGR sharehoders. The below GARBAGE in my post is no more fictional than some of the "informed" posts that I have read by the "people that could/may have stated that they are looking out for our best interest"
Thus, BDGR may/could reserve the right to pump oil from their tanks back into the ground, have a negative count on oil sales/shipped, and have empty tanks. MAN WOULD THAT NOT BE GOOOOD.BDGR coud ALSO buy oil on the spot market at twice the cost - $150/B - and pump it into their tanks and have a REAL NEGATIVE CASH FLOW, BUT HAVE OIL "ON-HAND". I wonder if any of those activities THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN would make some of our "Guardian Angels" HAPPY????? The GARBAGE in this para. may not be more fictional than some of the BS posted by posters that may have a desire to have BDGR perform at less than a good manner for the "good sharehoders".
What would the difference in that be than when someone (some/one of the "informers" on this board) could possibly change the value of a company SIGNIFICANTLY and in a few days and may not remember what it was raised from and may not know when they may have last revised the number(s).
Yet posters that may be like that informed poster(s) may try to state/convince some people the world is FLAT and NOTHING BDGR does or will EVER do is worth a SHXX!!!!!!
Is this before or after any possible revision that may occur this month, this year, next year or possibly occurred last year, last month, etc?
I think Lou is trying to help BDGR and support him in giving him some time. I also suggest shareholders consider the information in this post (below) and do some DD before taking actions that could be adverse to shareholders. I am all for any action that is lawful that would increase the value of my BDGR shares. (NOTE: I do not know Lou and I have only talked to him - the person that answered the phone number I called - one time)
Dragon Man, I am not LG, but before someone takes actions against a company, I think the following should be considered: Who is responsible for the legal bills? Many companies have a BS requirement included that requires THE COMPANY to pay for OFFICERS/Directors/ETC. legal bills. IT IS TOTALLY BUL#SHIX, but it is true.
A company recently had to pay legal fees (Millions of $s), $Ms in SEC fines - I believe -, and other JUNK to ax hose that had to settle with the SEC. I know this to be factual, because I was and still a shareholder in a NASDAQ traded company that had to PAY FOR OTHER PEOPLE's BS. It is not right. Would that type of action cause adverse action to current BDGR shareholders? I think it would.
If someone can prove that a person or group of people did something wrong, AND the company/CURRENT SHAREHOLDERS are not hurt, THEN I FULLY SUPPORT ANY AND ALL LEGAL ACTIONS. I do not want my shares to go to ZERO.
Does anyone know the "legal situation" with BDGR?
Note: The history of class action suits =s lawyers win,WIN,win, and Shareholders get almost nothing. If you do not think that is true, look at WMS, CPQ (bought by HPQ later), the various airlines, Grace, and 1000s of others. It has taken 4-5 years on WMS and IF I get any money, as per proposed settlement, I will get between 4% and 7% - $0.04 to $0.07 - per $1.00 loss. The money if I get any will come in 2008 or 2009. I got ZERO on CPQ loss, but others got pennies on the $ - They lost my claim. Eventhough I had two claim #s for two accounts and the appropriate documents proving they had received my claims correctly. MAN I AM REAL HAPPY.
The LAWYERS get all their expenses, and a BIG chunk of money, and the shareholders get the crumbs, if any are left.
There has to be a better way to MAKE BDGR A GOOD COMPANY FOR SHAREHOLDERS, I hope!!!!!
'millionairedreamer', I do not have any idea. The only info that I have is what I have read on this board. But, I hope he is good, improves BDGR pps, and makes you, other shareholders, and I millions!!!!!!
My reference to CO2 was due to it being used successfully by DNR in several old and non-productive fields. I do not even know if flooding with CO2 is possible/practacle for BDGR. By the way, I do not own DNR but I bought and sold several times for some nice gains, as well as, made some on call options. The last time that I sold covered calls, they were taken/"gobbled up". As a rule, I do not try to board a moving train; Thus, I did not buy it back - a big potential gain missed.
I wish I knew more.
Has anyone heard about CO2???? Funny, it may not be able to work for BDGR due to: too expensive, too cheap, too wet, to dry, too small, too large, it may stink, it may smell good, it may work, it may not work, it could possibly work for any company EXCEPT one. I wonder which company that just may be???
I have purchased about 50k around $0.05-0.06/sh in the last several days.
I plan on buying/"pecking away" until the "stuff on this board settles down" or the price jumps. You may have noticed that I did not include one option; the price goes to ZERO. THAT PROBABLY IS NOT AN OPTION DUE TO ALL THE ATTENTION THAT IS BEING GIVEN TO A COMPANY THAT is suppose to be so XXXXXXXXX!!!!!!!!!!!
Watch out Yankee, you better duck; someone may say you are pumping!!!!!!!!!!
Mav, 1,2,3 or so a month. I am guessing it is just to help BDGR PPS to move UP?!?!?!???????????
Why would you like to met him? Maybe he would call, if you posted your #.
A better option could possibly be that you post public questions to him (Mr. Ellis), call the company, ask them to read your questions, and have him respond with a post on this board. Several folks may be interested in having an opportunity to read anything that he may impart.
Did you ever talk to Lou? If I remember correctly, you may have indicated that you could not contact him since he did not take "call blocked" calls.
Other than the "lab" stuff will anything ever work for the benefit of BDGR?
Mav, see post #6911.
Are you saying that when your post #6579, June 19, 2007, listed the value at $25K/BOPD that you can not remember what year you obtained that value before you increased it to $40K/BOPD yesterday.
Also, why did you add the NRI figure/% this time/in this reply? Did you use/include NRI on the other recent posts that included $XXK/BOPD values.
I am just trying to find out as much info as I can from the folks that posts on this board that have a heck of a lot more knowledge about the oil world than I do. I am still buying and at some point, it may be time to LOAD THE TRUCK or DUMP the TRUCK.
You, LG, Fastb, Lou, and many others have had discussions on #s with various disagreements/differences of opinion/memory. Sometimes people make mistakes,i.e. I typed 76,000,000 instead of 76,000, LG typed 86 instead of 68, etc. Granted, I came to the board only a few months ago (I think I am lucky for being a "late arrival" because my PPS ave. - a loss - appears to be less than a lot of other folks), but I am trying to distinguish what info is correct and what may be a mistake.
Thanking you in advance
Local, I tend to remember that you may have used $25K/BOPD, not $30K/BOPD, a few days ago in one of your post - June 19, 2007.
Also, this post that I am replying to (post #6865) does not give any indication of current or dated info. Can you give a year or month and year that you had updated your information prior to moving it upward to $40K/BOPD. Your post #6865 was responding to my post #8655 which is Quoted as follows: "(Posted by: charts talk
In reply to: localoil who wrote msg# 6854 Date:6/28/2007 2:11:59 PM
Thanks for your response. Could you answer another question, when was the last time that you had an update prior to this update?
Thanks END QUOTE
For your convience, I have included your post #6865 - posted June 28, 2007.
Begin QUOTE; "The last time I was considering either buying or selling production. The price also fluctuates based on fluctuations in service industry fees which had escalated ahead of projections with the last figure I think I used of $30K/BOPD in the field.
END YOUR QUOTE
Regards
Mav, I hope you are really new as a poster, not just a new name.
Your posts seem to be "up, down, and around". Some posts offer NEW and seemingly good information, others appear to be so similiar to some oldtime bashers, and some could be considered pumping.
I hope you are buying and make money. I am still picking up a few shares as the pps is "DRILLED DOWN".
I am not bashing you, just asking. I have been falsely accussed of pumping BDGR by some and they are wrong, and KNOW IT; so do not take my question the second time to harshly. But you may be able to observe that various posts seem to state the same "stuff" with a 100% different viewpoint.
Fastb, since your seemingly non-responsive reply equated to what I antcipated, I presently do not have any more questions to ask you at this time. Also, I will not waste my time by elaborating on the subject you discussed in the last line of your post.
QUOTED FROM YOUR POST: "my world deals with facts as they are not as you want them to be" END QUOTE FROM YOUR POST. I decided that I have one little question!!!!!! ARE YOU POSITIVE THAT YOUR WORDS QUOTED ABOVE ARE FACTUAL????????????? Does Lou agree with you????
Are you stating that BDGR is 100% supporting two companies, one directly and another indirectly; Thus, if BDGR consumed those two companies, at no cost to BDGR shareholders - directly or indirectly - then BDGR shareholders would benefit?
What would your guess the value of BDGR/sh would be if the above is true and were to be accomplished?
Is this a viable option, if/when considering a lot of statements previously made by various posters could be considered true/factual? In other words, could it ever be viewed as an option/trade off, if someone could have or may have done things that some have alledged?
This is a 100% pure request for information and is not written with a hidden or apparent agenda other than to gain information/knowledge about BDGR for BDGR shareholders.
Thanks
Mav, are you really new to this board/BDGR? I did see June, 2007 for you, but have you been around for a while and do you know any of the posters? ("As the World Turns"!!!!!!!????????)
Regards
