Then its fair to say that the oil transporter is lying?
Agreed. That has been discussed between CT and BDGR. CT's background was in road construction. That is one reason why he is trying to get himself down there despite his schedule.
Local, an oil transporter was contacted and confirmed that oil was not picked up do to the weather creating impassable "roads" for their tankers.
badrguy( or are you referencing a statement by him in an earlier statement made to me), dragon made one of the more "accurate" presentations about the legals. You, as usual, have no basis in fact. Also, to twist your statement as you do so well, if JL was me, the stock would be a dollar. Keep up the good work, I baited you, and you got hooked.(you probably will not understand this)
accuwrong, you need to do better research.
Steve, the legal aspects have been investigated and they are not inexpensive and they do have the potential to net zero. I have been researching this with real data and not the rants posted on the board. At this time my motive is not revenge but the possibility of salvaging the situation. I believe some progress is being made and I expect more results with CT's trip to LA. And for the impatients out there, the delay in getting CT to LA is not JL but working on getting it into CT schedule.
Amazing.
Local, thanks, the acreage meant if you acquire a well, do you acquire any land around the well or wells that you could concievably drill additional wells?
T'Bird, regarding the luncheon, you stated that you sold most of your shares that day or the next, I do not remember the luncheon being on Nov.29th.
Local, you mentioned acquiring orphaned well bores at little or no cost, are they associated with any acreage or potential for additional drilling at a different depth?
--
Many wells in that area are drilled at shallower depths, is there a greater potential for drilling deeper or does the area not show this? Thanks
Local, just for the record, I did not consent to being recorded. A "joke" was made in reference to turning on a tape recorder. It was not phrased as a question and put to me as such. That is all I'll say at this time about that subject.
Also, do you have any response to the post questioning the feasibility of thetechnology you posted earlier about well enhancement?(sounds like a Viagra ad doesn't it)
NRI
(Net Revenue Interest) That percent of the production revenue allocated to the working interest after first deducting proceeds allocated to royalty and overriding interest.
A working interest in an oil or gas property is one that is burdened with the cost of development and operation of the property, such as the responsibility to share expenses of drilling completed or operating oil and gas property, according to working or operating mineral interest in any tract or parcel of land. Rights to overriding royalties, production payments, and the like do not constitute working interests because they are not burdened with the responsibility to share expenses of drilling, completing, or operating oil and gas property.
Thanks "millionaire" , these definitions seem pretty straightforward, at least to me without any personal bias.
And I know I should not go any further with this discussion but to me the only thing that is important is whether a company can attain positive cash flow. For the weekend, crabby patty anyone?
Of course it is erotic, everything is when you're using "oil".
Tbird, as an officer of the company, I think that would prohibit CT from telling everything he knows. Also, I think that most would agree that CT has been more transparent than most on this board. In reference to the first sentence, CT understands the rules and duties of an officer of a company and would not be a party to anything that would be detrimental to the company.
To all-
CT knew the legal options long before anyone started the babble and he was discouraged to take action by a certain individual. Many wanted representation on the board and now there is and there is more whining when it has been not nearly a month. There seems to be an agenda by some people who desire BDGR not to survive. BDGR was down on big volume yesterday and intra-day today on a rumor that got as far as a brokerage house calling to question it. What was the purpose of that?
And to all- a good night.
Local , thanks.
The board seems a little fiesty tonight.
I think that Local and Trooper have an axe to grind with BDGR on a personal level and I'd like to here more about it.
Local, I've been in the chemical industry all my life and I am very familiar with the EPA and some state's laws. When a spill occurs, they want an investigation on who, what, where, and how. They want a plan in place to prevent a future event and they want people held accountable. From a company standpoint, individuals responsible due to human error are terminated and can be held criminally responsible. My questions, are we talking about one event or multiple events, has cause been determined, and has remediation occured. Thanks for any insight on this.
Spunky, I think everyone on this board has an agenda and I would agree the Local's is most likely not the same as yours and mine. I also think that he has provided some education on the industry although it is probably tainted by his agenda, as with all of us. Take care.
I know that it does not apply here, but there is a segment tonight on CNBC at 7PM -Paid to Blog-Killing companies. Some info for anyone who is interested.
Tbird, I think some of Red Chips anquish could be related to potential liability.
Spunky, I do not know how important charts are with a .15 stock but supposedly ther has been a discrepancy with buys and sells on trades(naked shorts). I cannot confirm this at this time but I do know the SEC has been asked about it. And to the obvious comments out there, it does not appear that Lanza and his group are short.
Accurate, wrong once again. And by the way, you brought up JED oil.
Accurate, I believe JED oil has some serious problems.
You figured out how to spell his name, very good. Now put up a picture of yourself, which one of the three will it be. And by the way, thanks for posting verification of what Lou says, does, and is. Unlike yourself.
T-Bird, in reply to your first point, CT knows what is at stake and my comment was in relation to his ability to handle that. In reply to the second point, we will now find out how much exposure there will be. I will not speculate at this juncture. Third point, that is your opinion, you obviously know him better than I do. Fourth point, it seems to me to be a contradiction, wishing the best for Lou and then stating that you think he cannot succeed.
Securities law cases are very difficult to prosecute, most end up as plea bargains and at this level(pink sheets), it gets even murkier. CT has researched this and probably has the best options known at this time. I think that Lou, being on the board, will give us all a resolution to BDGR( good or bad). I frankly do not know how it will turn out, but Lou obtaining more information is not detrimental to a resolution.
That is because it was spelled incorrectly.
Local, what field is the Fuller lease located in?
T-Bird, I would suggest that you send an advisory letter to JL. CT covers all the bases better than most.
I cannot speak for the other board memeber, but one of them is not there for the reasons you suggest.
And you see a problem with someone that is straightforward on the board?
There is news just posted about Black Dragon and its board and the audit, JL is keeping his word, much to the dismay of badrguy.
You almost got the definition right with your google search. We only wish that you, accurate/amicus/badrguy, would have a "quiet time".
Speaking of BS, your first post was 3/28/07, Amicus last post was 3/27/07. Have a nice day.
It is pretty shameful when your words are worth less than JL. A reminder- DOB 3/28/07 prior aliases- badrguy and amicus.
Post #5261 badrguy/Amicus. That's very "accurate" Spunky. More recycling from them.
Spunky, take it easy. If the audit confirms the numbers released earlier, what should be BDGR be priced based on other SEC filing companies?
Hey Plato, you need to keep up with the current events. Barnett cannot pay his lawyers and he cannot raise too much money with the price of OMDA. It also appears from the Lanza filing that he owes Lanza money. Of course, he could represent himself, if he is not in jail by that time.
"bingo"! why is Barry not there?
CT, the problem for you would be that I believe that BDGR would need more watching than you have time for. And if Joe L. is running the business, we have talked about how out of whack BDGR's expenses are in relation to what they should and need to be. There are two problems here, transparency and managerial.
Starting watching around the end of '05. Despite many negative posts by others and misleading statements, based on comparable stocks, BDGR is well underpriced.
Likwit, how long have you been watching BDGR and this board?
