Tbird, as an officer of the company, I think that would prohibit CT from telling everything he knows. Also, I think that most would agree that CT has been more transparent than most on this board. In reference to the first sentence, CT understands the rules and duties of an officer of a company and would not be a party to anything that would be detrimental to the company.

To all-
CT knew the legal options long before anyone started the babble and he was discouraged to take action by a certain individual. Many wanted representation on the board and now there is and there is more whining when it has been not nearly a month. There seems to be an agenda by some people who desire BDGR not to survive. BDGR was down on big volume yesterday and intra-day today on a rumor that got as far as a brokerage house calling to question it. What was the purpose of that?
