There are some that still show some payment due... but the very fact that within the last few days the payments are being made and completely says volumes about how someone, probably with a whole lot of money and interest in making this a serious business and investment again... is taking care of it....

He owns AT LEAST 1.9B shares too.... and between all of us here...probably another 500M that are not for sale for a while...

It is very encouraging to see that as recently as 2 days ago the payments were being taken care of....

I did not add them all up, but 47 listings x Ave. $110 (assessed value (lower than retail)) = ~$6M/4B shares = .0015/share...

I think we have some fun days coming...

what else is on deck?... any value just keeps adding and adding and adding...

retire those shares and prob a triple or more just for effect!....

stronger position every day imo....

Second, the SEC is way, WAY overbooked with real BIG company problems to worry about our pirate adventure, looking for and 'stealing' gold and walking the plank......

Unless it affects an investor/friend/relative of someone high up....they'll never notice the paperwork in time... if ever..

The short possibility is very real here... this has been the perfect setup for NSS... a company drifting down with nothing to show for years....

IF they nail it, there will be some serious covering to do....

We get the $18M equity back with 4B shares makes this a ~.0045 stock... double that (~.01) if he cancels the 1.9B he purchased... and that is just based on equity.... could figure it on real value as do many and have that go up to .0235 if shares retired...

and if the $14M judgment comes in...... and if he rolls in some real estate he may already have or other value from other co.'s.... this could really take off...

add in the NSS factor and the mystery and well.... that's why we are all here...

I have already emailed my pal at SEC Investigations to look into that... he LOVES that stuff and has helped put over 80 people in jail for the likes...loves to brag about it!... and was part of the $70M fine against our buddies 'Nite' a few years back for playing these games.... says they are on one now that will fine close to $200M maybe to $400M and will make headlines ....but wont tell me which group(s)....

he'll find time to check this... he is amazing!...

Lets hope for us and for our new CEO that is not the case.....

USF11, that IS the Million dollar question. If the true OS was not 41M, then he could NOT have taken control to oust P with the purchase of 37M... but he did!..and it is documented legally. If that was not possible, one would think with P's pump machine working 24/7 he would have been all over this publicly, but he is not/ did not.

I still think the 41M is correct LEGALLY... higher illegally maybe .... and the reason for buying up the 1.9B?....

We don't know ... yet. But if you could spend $330k to make millions (even if you had to burn the 1.9B shares to eliminate them forever) wouldn't you do it?... I think he knows he can... assets, lawsuit win..?, and a short squeeze to nail their asses to the wall.......jmo ...

It won't take much in the way of assets to move this a lot once we know the real numbers... I still think OS is going to be low... and with him taking out 1/2 or more (maybe a lot more), it'll move!

Buying a little more time..... to come up some money to pay UP!

I do agree with the notion that there MUST be something there for Wilf to now have a filming crew putting it together for a pilot... I am sure he mentioned to me maybe a year ago the idea of having such happen... it was in his plans...but not until they had something to show the world.

NO Production company is going to spend the kind of money it takes to produce even a pilot...especially a pilot (because it has to be convincing or it is out the door before it ends) if there is not something to be VERY excited about and worth watching ......

All the other stuff may just be to divert attention and throw off many.... that would be so cool!.... hope so..

safe diving no matter what!... hope to hear the 'G' word in here when the time is right...

I am not a "sad" reality show person.... but if this was done right, with the possibility of seeing treasure found live on every show.. I think it would be a HUGE hit. The Egypt special where they were opening up the tomb live, was one of the largest audience watched shows in history....

Wilf may have nailed this one.... time will tell.. I am holding for now.

you bring up a great point!... fundamentals. It seems to me that we just may enjoy a nice squeeze play based on shares alone....as in your example, however, if our new CEO is in fact brilliant and going for the gold here, PR's a detailed "come back" for the company with viable assets, solutions to the current problems and a goals for the future note, this thing will crush the records.....

IF only 41M really, IF they have $$Millions in Assets (including rolling his? into the new Co.), IF he can rectify a few loose ends...... WOW....

I would think fairly soon too as it wouldn't make sense to have to buy so much so fast if not a reason and a plan....

I have my popcorn ready for the show to start....

The more who know, the more fun this will be....it is working against the shorts now to wait it out......

exit strategy: sell 1/2 at .01... :) let 'em pay more for the rest.... cost nothing to dream a little...

Somewhere along the line, any shorts are going to have to weigh the idea of how much time they have to start buying back vs. how many of us are loading up on their shares to cover while its cheap....

I'm taking some more away from them this week.... they are welcome to buy them back later....

SpaDe... I agree. I think since he has gotten so much response and put this back on the map... the wise thing to do would be to at least make a statement, post the resume promised and review company status... the rest can remain quiet.... like how many more shares he has purchased etc....

Something however, is critical soon or he will lost the current support and following that have help to fuel the current move and will support an explosion if forced correctly... Admittedly I was hoping for a Fri after close .. to help fuel for Mon.....oh well...
