You hit the nail right on the head with "there are too many opportunities in the works for Identa". Lots of us been holding on for years. What's another several months at this point. We all know the reality of what's going to pop at some point in time with drug store sales, government contracts etc. Lets all be patient. Our time will come.
Did you check out the Identa indicator link:
http://www.freecharts.com/Equities.aspx?page=texpert&sym=IDTA
Lots of green Buys listed!
Who knows but at least I was able to grab some more @.0046. I had a buy order yesterday at .0050 and couldn't get it filled.
With what we know that is on the horizon, we need to take advantage of these prices.
Remember this PR from 2006. I can't believe it's been over 3 years already. I believe statistics say it takes 3-5 years to set the ground work for a new product. We're in that time frame now so I think 2010 should be Identa's year.
Good luck to us all!
IDenta Corp
Release date: August 22, 2006
JERUSALEM, Israel, August 22--IDenta Corp. (OTC Pink Sheets: IDTA) announced today that it has started marketing and shipping its new explosive detection kits. Sample detection kits have begun being shipped to representatives in a number of countries including France, Hungary, China, and the United States. IDenta has also updated its website, www.identa.biz, to include photographs of the five new detectors along with explanations of the product features.
"We believe we have brought our explosive detection products into the market at precisely the right time to help law enforcement agencies around the world fight the battle to keep our cities and transportation systems safe," declared IDenta CEO Yaacov Shoham. IDenta's new detectors are able to detect the full range of the well-known types of military, commercial and the homemade explosives including: TNT/PETN, RDX/NITRATE, UREA NITRATE, AMMONIUM NITRATE, TATP/HMTD, and CHLORATE/BROMATE.
TATP, Ammonium Nitrate, and UREA NITRATE are particularly extremely dangerous compounds which have caused massive destruction of property, and loss of life in the hands of terrorist organizations. Recently three tons of Ammonium Nitrate were captured in Canada which were expected to be used by terrorists from Al-Qaida. Triacetone Triperoxide or TATP, also known as "Mother of Satan", has been named as the explosive used in the 2005 London Bombings, is used in the majority of suicide bombings in the Middle East, and was included as the trigger in the shoe bomb that was found on the December 2001 flight from Paris to Miami.
Also a first in the industry, IDenta has developed an innovative detector which can detect whether a substance is Cocaine/Crack or the white powder of TATP. The sampling device is like the company's other products very safe and easy to use, and has an extremely high reliability rate for showing No False Positives.
International Drug & Explosives Detection Firm IDenta Corp. Updates on Retail Marketing Progress Through Earthbound, LLC
JERUSALEM -- (Marketwire) -- 11/12/09 -- IDenta Corp. (PINKSHEETS: IDTA) CEO Yaacov Shoham today released this statement in regards to the meeting with Earthbound LLC:
"Following the press release from October 19, 2009, Identa is releasing the results of the meeting between Earthbound, LLC (the company representing Identa in the USA-CANADA retail consumer market) and the officials from one of the largest American drug store chains.
"The meeting took place this week with high level executives and decision makers from the drug store chain.
"The meeting went well and the chain officials are very interested in offering the Identa products under their private label.
"Identa will supply in the next few weeks, samples of the new General Drug Screening Detector for the American drug store chain, to design it with a private label.
"Identa expects that in the first quarter of 2010, the detectors will be on the shelves of the drug store chain stores.
"The name of the drug store chain will be released in the near future after the agreement is signed between the parties."
Mr Shoham further added, "This is the first significant step in making the Identa kits available to the general public and we expect more chain stores to offer the kits."
I think we're about due for some good news from the way it looks. I hope so anyway.
I agree. I mean how many times a day is a customer going to walk into their local CVS Drugstore looking for a testkit for some powder they found in a baggie in their kids sock drawer. I don't think there is a big demand for the general public. The first order will be great for sales to stock the shelves for 1000+ stores. We defiately need the government contracts to be successful in my opinion.
If anyone remembers about a year and a half ago or longer, YS had a conference call with all investors who wanted to dial in. He stated at that time Identa should be valued at .015 or 2 cents per share. I sort of been hoping by now with all the positive things that occured since then, he would of thought Identa should be valued even higher.
Mike302
The good news is you only spent $300 or so on the 3 million shares. It is still worth the same and every tick gives you another 100% return on your investment. Lets just hang tight with it and hope for some good luck. Who knows, in 5 years there might be 80 Willies Fuel Stations and you'll look like a genious........
Mike302
As you stated "There is no such thing as a faithful long "
I disagree. I'm a faithful long that jumped in at .0004 and grabbed 2 mill for $800. Today I can sell for over $8000. That's not including my other identa buys at a good price. You need to invest a hell of a lot more money jumping in now which depletes your capital for investing. I on the otherhand can afford to loose on a bad investment and still keep my porfolio at 10 fold.
If your that good where you can take several a sub sub penny stocks and triple your money in a short period of time that is great. Please share your secret.
I agree with you Ace. Investors are getting in on the ground floor of the NEW BioFuels market. If you feel this market will be the future as I do, how can you not grab a million shares for 100 bucks with a company that does have a game plan and direction their heading in. If the biofuel market doesn't pan out then yes, it was a bad investment. I'm taking the shot at this price.
mike302
That's right VV. A pre party celebration is well deserving for all of us that spent years supporting Identa. If I was new to this stock maybe I would feel different, but the progress that has been made as of the last few months is VERY encouraging to us and feel things are finally going to take off. GLTA

Can anyone tell me what the question mark means when you go to the streaming trades page on ihub. It shows all the buys and all the sells and then there is a question mark column that shows some trades.
Mike302
I guess you are right. It will keep my posts from getting deleted everytime I comment.
With that statement it appears to be a verbal commitment. Anything less, I would think it would have been phrased differently. Asking for pricing charts is a plus in my book imo.
Zecco is showing the same.
Having them ask for a price list seems to show the're ready to buy.
Interesting reading
I just thought I'd post someone's opinion I found interesting on Google Finance:
Oracle <oscarm...@gmail.com>
Alright.. This has got to be the case, the buy back seemed too far
fetched so this is my final conclusion after about 3 hours of DD
tonight, on top of what I've already done.
Signed by Dennis March 3rd 2009 laying out the plan,
Item 8.01 Other Events
Earth Biofuels, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced that the Board
of Directors have decided not to pursue the reverse split of the
Company’s common stock as described in its Schedule 14-C filed with
the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 3, 2008.
(pinksheets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=6452011)
"The Company has determined that, at this time, a reverse stock split
may not be in the best interests of its shareholders. The original
intent was to initiate an anti-dilutive measure, one that would
decrease the number of shares outstanding and help to create a more
orderly and healthy market for the trading of its stock. However, upon
further review and after conducting a historical analysis of the
overall effects of such a split, it has been decided that the result
often produces downward pressure on the stock. Management believes it
can produce the most shareholder value organically by focusing on
expanding its business without modifying the Company’s current capital
structure."
Here is a list of Publicly traded companies ran by Dennis and their

>July 7th Removes Caveat Emptor Warning from Pinksheets.com
>July 22nd announce Pursuit of OTCQX listing
>July 23rd announce new website.
ok... now its all laid out I think I have a different conclusion than
a buy back program..
First off I couldn't make sense why they purchased BBN Global
Consulting... Further it made no sense to start this new brand
"Evolution" Resources as a result, expanding it to Earth Biofuels by
reclaiming it as Evolution Fuels. Notice the new appointments between
APDR and EVFL at the same time along with the name change. Then things
started to make sense... Atleast I think and hope.
Theory:
Earth Biofuels ran out of cash to really get started because of the
high prices of refinery and what not.. or something of the sort.
Apollo was Dennis's only real source of revenue. I think maybe the
reason Apollo went downhill is because his investment in Earth
Biofuels took a crap or at least some kind of problems arose, evident
when you search about Apollo and Earth Biofuels. So in order to regain
control of his main investment, Earth Biofuels that failed- he has to
come up with something strategic in order to get things moving again
and regain investor confidence. What better time to make a move other
than when the economy is on the verge of rebound and plenty of buying
opportunities out there??? Right.. so, Then I started wondering about
their recent claim of the "pursuit" to be listed on OTCQX tier... I am
just finding it hard to believe after the recent volume that they will
start a MASSIVE buy back.. because thats what it would have to be...
but then I thought... WHY the hell would they buyback shares when the
company they recently purchased "BBN Global Consulting" is a publicly
traded stock only 1 tier down from OTCQX with a PPS to easily meet .25
OTCQX requirements.. its not like EVLN is really bringing in revenue.
Instead it makes more sense for EVFL and EVLN to merge. I don't think
a .25 PPS will be too difficult to average above and sounds a LOT more
reasonably way of getting listed on the OTCQX tier. The other reason
that made me think a little more this way is because in the PR saying
they are pursuing OTCQX (quoted: "which include having audited
financials as of the end of each of the two most recent fiscal years.
Over the next few weeks the Company plans to take the steps necessary
to meet such requirements.") they never mentioned the fact they are
WAY away from the .25 PPS to even be considered. I think the reason
they need to have audited financials is because in order to Merge with
EVLN they need to have their financials correct and up-to date so the
resulting company and shares can be adjusted/distributed accordingly.
In the end EVLN will take on EVFL's name and symbol.. bringing the
company above the .25 PPS with audited financials.
This doesn't really make sense of the volume... unless they are trying
to fudge something on their financials to benefit the merge, with the
extra cash Dennis has gotten recently, by buying back a certain amount
of shares.?.?..

I grabbed another mil. with Zecco at around 3pm @ .0001 no problem.
Thanks BR. I never claimed to be a stock expert and like your thinking better then mine.
Mike302
You're exactly right. Even if EVFL went to 1 cent per share, that would be $10 million dollars for each billion shares owned by shareholders. Now times that by 100 billion shares. It would have to be a trillion dollar company. Believe me, I'm hoping for big things like the rest of us, but there has to be one heck of a buy back to get this thing to a penny.
Am I figuring this correct, I hope i'm not.
Mike302
O/S - Outstanding shares
R/S - Reverse split
Anymore?
IMHO - In my honest opinion
GLTA - Good luck to all
JMHO - Just my honest opinion
MM - Market Makers
I think that's right?
Mike302
Ditto - I couldn't find any news either.
I just thought I'd post a couple of video links pertaining to our company EVFL that I had found.
Just what I said. I guess that was the big new everyone was waiting for.
For those who missed it.

About Evolution Fuels, Inc.
The Company endeavors to market renewable transportation fuels at retail fuel stations that will provide blends of ethanol from 10% to 85% (E10 to E85), and biodiesel blends from 5% to 20% (B5 to B20). You're exactly right SeattleGuy. No reason to go overboard on this one. But we can all hope for the best at this price. The way people talk you think it's their whole portfolio. Any sub penny stock on the pink sheets is not going to look like a bed of roses, but some of them pop and we're all hoping this is the one. At least I am....GLTA.
I totally agree that biofuel is the future. Why on earth would Valero Energy, the largest US independent refiner purchase 7 ethanol plants in March.

I'm banking that my EVFL shares at this price is a wise investment.

How can anyone complain about getting a million shares for a 100 bucks. Of course you're taking a gamble with a pinksheet sub-penny stock. I bought Identa corp for the same price and it now trades for .0025. 25 times my investment or $2500. There is no other stock I can find at this price with as much volume and company movement. I'm pretty excited with this one and want even more. Go EVFL.

Dead serious. I love that broker site. I wouldn't trade with anyone else.
I use Zecco.com and I bought 2 million @ .0001 in 5 minutes.
Yes, I ordered online at www.testcountry.com and received it in less then a week. If you go to the search bar on the top right hand side of their website and type IDENTA, it will give you a whole list of the Identa drug kits to choose. No explosives though.
Mike
Yes sir.
I figured after almost 5 year it was time to actually see, feel, squeeze, smell, touch what I have been following for so long. Let me tell you, I received a cocaine tester in the mail yesterday and I could actually see why local law enforcement agencies would like the product for their officers in the streets. It's a very compact, lightweight, inexpensively made, easy to use test kit. Basicly you just pull the test stick out, stick it in the material you are testing, put it back in the tester and break the chemical amplet with your thumb. It can't be any easier.
FYI - www.testcountry.com has the Identa drug kits for under $5 as opposed to the Identa website charges $20.
Mike
I came across this explosive material detector. I sure hope we are not up against this device for the DOD contract. Is it not similar to the results Identa provides. They also claim "no false positives".

That's what i'm banking on. Is there a stock out there at this price with equal or more potential? If there is I'd love to look into it. I've been an avid Identa supporter for years and I refuse to prove myself wrong and bail out.
It looks like this is our main competitor on the US DOD contract. they already have an in according to their website.
