Interesting reading

I just thought I'd post someone's opinion I found interesting on Google Finance:

Oracle <oscarm...@gmail.com>

Alright.. This has got to be the case, the buy back seemed too far
fetched so this is my final conclusion after about 3 hours of DD
tonight, on top of what I've already done.

Signed by Dennis March 3rd 2009 laying out the plan,
Item 8.01 Other Events
Earth Biofuels, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced that the Board
of Directors have decided not to pursue the reverse split of the
Company’s common stock as described in its Schedule 14-C filed with
the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 3, 2008.
(pinksheets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=6452011)
"The Company has determined that, at this time, a reverse stock split
may not be in the best interests of its shareholders. The original
intent was to initiate an anti-dilutive measure, one that would
decrease the number of shares outstanding and help to create a more
orderly and healthy market for the trading of its stock. However, upon
further review and after conducting a historical analysis of the
overall effects of such a split, it has been decided that the result
often produces downward pressure on the stock. Management believes it
can produce the most shareholder value organically by focusing on
expanding its business without modifying the Company’s current capital
structure."

Here is a list of Publicly traded companies ran by Dennis and their

ok... now its all laid out I think I have a different conclusion than
a buy back program..

First off I couldn't make sense why they purchased BBN Global
Consulting... Further it made no sense to start this new brand
"Evolution" Resources as a result, expanding it to Earth Biofuels by
reclaiming it as Evolution Fuels. Notice the new appointments between
APDR and EVFL at the same time along with the name change. Then things
started to make sense... Atleast I think and hope.

Theory:
Earth Biofuels ran out of cash to really get started because of the
high prices of refinery and what not.. or something of the sort.
Apollo was Dennis's only real source of revenue. I think maybe the
reason Apollo went downhill is because his investment in Earth
Biofuels took a crap or at least some kind of problems arose, evident
when you search about Apollo and Earth Biofuels. So in order to regain
control of his main investment, Earth Biofuels that failed- he has to
come up with something strategic in order to get things moving again
and regain investor confidence. What better time to make a move other
than when the economy is on the verge of rebound and plenty of buying
opportunities out there??? Right.. so, Then I started wondering about
their recent claim of the "pursuit" to be listed on OTCQX tier... I am
just finding it hard to believe after the recent volume that they will
start a MASSIVE buy back.. because thats what it would have to be...
but then I thought... WHY the hell would they buyback shares when the
company they recently purchased "BBN Global Consulting" is a publicly
traded stock only 1 tier down from OTCQX with a PPS to easily meet .25
OTCQX requirements.. its not like EVLN is really bringing in revenue.
Instead it makes more sense for EVFL and EVLN to merge. I don't think
a .25 PPS will be too difficult to average above and sounds a LOT more
reasonably way of getting listed on the OTCQX tier. The other reason
that made me think a little more this way is because in the PR saying
they are pursuing OTCQX (quoted: "which include having audited
financials as of the end of each of the two most recent fiscal years.
Over the next few weeks the Company plans to take the steps necessary
to meet such requirements.") they never mentioned the fact they are
WAY away from the .25 PPS to even be considered. I think the reason
they need to have audited financials is because in order to Merge with
EVLN they need to have their financials correct and up-to date so the
resulting company and shares can be adjusted/distributed accordingly.
In the end EVLN will take on EVFL's name and symbol.. bringing the
company above the .25 PPS with audited financials.

This doesn't really make sense of the volume... unless they are trying
to fudge something on their financials to benefit the merge, with the
extra cash Dennis has gotten recently, by buying back a certain amount
of shares.?.?..
