What acquisition are you talking about???
The GM certification???
Do you really think that is going to happen just because the CEO of a PINKIE told you in a mail????
DOMS is like ARCA
Market Share
As of 1 March 2007, NYSE Arca is the second largest Electronic Communication Network in terms of shares traded. Approximately one out of every six shares traded on the American financial markets is traded on the system. For New York Stock Exchange-listed securities or Tape A, it accounts for just over 10% of the shares traded. For NASDAQ-listed securities, NYSE Arca accounts for approximately 20% of the trading volume. For exchange-traded funds, NYSE Arca accounts for 30-40% of the traded volume.

Don't think that DOMS or ARCA are only one person or a group of shady market makers. That's just the platform that's been used to trade shares...
I guess a lot of people on this board bought on the amazing run up at the top and are now watching the stock go down...
Aaah, the old market maker story.
Yes! It's the market makers that are driving the stock down!! Bad bad market makers!! Bad!
I truly hope so for you. I mean that.
You mean:
Don't worry, dilution isn't finished, we should be in the 0,0002's soon. They need the money to finance the marketing contract with Steven Humphries marketing company. It's as if the CEO is filling his pockets. What's 3,4 or 5 billion share a float.
Will this stock ever recover..................... with all the dilution........?
yes, but before that I guess the stock needs some extra dilution to give cash to the marketing company of mister H.
When I'm writing this down it almost sounds to stupid; the CEO admits he is diluting the stock to finance his business. A couple of months ago they released a PR stating that DLAV will pay the marketing company of the CEO of DLAV for services. So most of the dilution money will go to mister H's company... he receives a nice double paycheck paid by the investors!!!!!!!
20 million shares a month?
That way they can dilute 400 months, that's 33 years...
And Mister H is already transferring lots of cash to his marketing company, making some nice profits.
As of December 21, 2007, there were 8 billion shares authorized and 218,274,915 issued and outstanding. The Company’s lender continues to convert its debt to equity as they continue to fund our monthly operating loses
Even that is untrue because the Nokia hardware it interfaces with is no longer available, check my earlier posts...
But from what I understand from other posters the product also interfaces with the newer versions of the Nokia hardware...
indeed, one can flip this stock and make some money, but I would not leave money on the table for the long run...
Honestly, I really hope that the stock does go up sooner or later for everyone who invested in the stock when the price was way up. I hold no personal grudge against anyone on this board.
But honestly I don't believe that the stock will go up. I heard this story to many times before and 99% of these stories end badly, some even very very bad.
I try to be a contraweight to all the pumpers on this board and I try to use simple logic. I don't lie and use simple facts.
Whenever I read messages containing the word WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE that means the stock is doing really bad.
The stock topped and then the WEEEEEEEEEE's started, the more WEEEEEEEE's the more it goes down.
Special magic chartspecialists are brought in to tell us that a bounce is on its way, but the stock keeps on going down.
Sometimes it's the evil marketmakers that are making the stock go down, than it's bashers, than it's because of lack of PR's. What's next, the moon isn't in the correct position? Or Venus and Mars are on the same line?
Maybe it's time to point you fingers to the only thing that makes a stockprice go up or down and that is the value of a company's product and not how much PR's the company is posting...
a simple google search will answer your question. The only thing you'll find are PR's from the company stating how wonderfull their products and services are and how much they need your money.
No other relevant, substantial info can be found.
Let me tell you that developping and bringing a CRM tool is very different from the other services SH offers, like marketing services????
Maybe the next PR will state that they will offer loans to dealers and DLAV becomes a bank specializing in the hispanic market ...
Or they will develop some software to integrate in GM cars...
But they really need your money to develop these solutions!!
Just my opinion of course.
Down with Nokia?
I hope investors realise that there is NO "deal" with Nokia...
Following your logic, every little software developing company could say that they have a "deal" with Microsoft, Sun, IBM, ...

much appreciated!
Based on my analysis of yesterdays PR,
the CEO will fund his backaccount with shareholders money he transfers from Dealeradvance to the other company he owns Humphries Marketing Group.
Your analysis was quickly done I guess because you already expect "around 2.8 - 3.3 million (I even don't know where you got those numbers???) in revenue by years end. But the PR clearly states that Humphries Marketing Group will start their services "beginning in 2008"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What does "beginning in 2008" even mean? January, February,... June?
And how would this agreement generate revenue for Dealeradvance?? The Dealeradvance customers will be paying Humphries Marketing Group, not paying Dealeradvance.
How is this going to target non customers of Dealeradvance? I guess the CEO has such a workload with this new Humphries Marketing Group agreement that he won't have time targetting potential new customers for this CRM product of his.
Just my interpretation of the PR and other current events. All the above is my OPINION. You read it and draw your own conclusions.
Doesn't work on Vista.
additional revenues
"The directing marketing campaing looks like it will be aggressive in getting the word out about WebDA in a major way and also generate additional revenues."
The CEO will indeed get some additional revenues. Ask yourself a question. Why whould a CEO of a company use the services of another company when it is he himself that will provide these services? The guy gets paid twice this way!!!!!
So Dealeradvance pays the other company for services that are being provided by the CEO of the first company????
If the CEO was really caring about his company wouldn't he provide these services himself instead of paying him twice, with the money from people who invested in this????
Can I download a client version of their CRM product? I really want to do that! Can you provide me a link please?
Yes, this is a geat opportunity for the company.
Moving investors money from Dealeradvance to HMG. Great for the CEO who owns both companies...
Ah, this is great.
Let me explain what I'm trying to say. Their PR is being misinterpreted (or abused by some...) by a lot of people on this board.
My first point is that the fact that the company made their CRM system available for the Nokia 770 handheld device does not have aything to do with Nokia. Some posters actually insinuate a take over by Nokia...??? Nokia would have to take over hundred of thousands of company if that's the case... :)
Secondly. Their latest PR states: "DealerAdvance™, Inc. (OTCBB:DLAV), announced today that the Company has developed its new WebDA product to interface with the new Nokia 770 Tablet hand-held device. "
let me translate this for people who aren't technical. This simply means that Dealeradvance has "resized" their crm application to fit the screen of the Nokia 770 device. Their CRM system hasn't changed, it's just available on the Nokia device, which is a very good salespoint of course, don't get me wrong. To give another example: imagine that investorshub.com releases a PR stating that the their website is is now available on the new Siemens handheld device... would that impress anybody? No, because most websites are easely adjusted for handheld devices.
For CRM systems, it's just the same. Most CRM suppliers made their CRM systems available for handheld devices years ago, with salesforce.com as the most populair one of course. All you need is a webbrowser.
But the thing I'm looking for is the platform the real crm system is running on. What database are they using for example. Simple technical facts that always are present on the websites of crm provider (if they want to be credible, that is).
On the dealeradvance.com website all I can see are some lousy screenshots on no further explination.
And because I'm not really interested in their product, I don't see the reason why I would mail or call the company. I just try to have some fun, because some of you poster are really, really overexited about this stock and I just want to warn you. If you invested before the 13th of november, that was probably a smart move. but currently I would not invest one cent in this stock untill we see some real credible information on their website.
They do spend a lot of time and resources in PR'ing there efforts and most of the time that's a bad sign. A real CEO would be working hard for his money and not answering every phonecall of an investor...
Just my two cents of course. I'll see you guys in a month...
my questions regarding compatibility?
Did I had questions regarding the compatibility? No I had a question regarding their development platform. On what technology is their CRM software based? The PR clearly states that they developped AN INTERFACE, they did not develop a CRM system for the Nokia 770. They just made it available for the webbrowser in the Nokia 770 handheld device.
Yes, some of us are very technical, I guess you aren't...
Yes, but Maemo wouldn't be the technology they developped their CRM system on, I hope...
I think the CEO should have written: "we made our CRM system available through the Opera Browser on the Nokia tablet PC".
I think that's the case, and that's hardly news to be honnest...
Why should I mail the CEO, I don't even know the guy. i just try to raise some questions so that we can all go look for answers. Much more fun. I love companies that pop up quickly and leave investors broke ;)
But he PRs that it interfaces with the old model? Why?
I try to, not much info on the company's website ... what technology do they use for developing their CRM system? J2E, .net,....? Seems important to know if you want to gain customers?
Does anybody even read the things this company posts?
The company announces it has developped an interface with the new Nokia 770 handheld device? The Nokia 770 is already outdated is even no longer available:
"As of August 2007, the 770 appears to be discontinued[1], as it is apparently no longer available in new form from any Nokia reseller. Nokia has not made an official announcement, Nokia Europe's website section on the 770 has yet to be updated[2], and it is not listed in any product section on nokiausa.com."

P2D Fringe and Investor99
Guys, any serious reviews of this crm solution for their industry? If there is real money to be made with this crm system, there should be some serious reviews, references, business articles,...
We're talking about a system that should generate millions of dollars, but I can't seem to find any serious info...
Challange
Show me one serious article about this fantistic CRM system called Webda, other than the reference they keep repeating...
Some kind of business review in a CRM magazine, or even a reference to it...
Hehe, at least I learned from my mistakes and I'm not afraid to say so. lost a couple of bucks on that sucka :(
strange thing is that for such a great CRM system I can't find any other references in business magazines or other sector oriented websites, magazines, ...
The only thing I can find are press releases...
Strange thing... if you want to sell your super CRM system you would be working on real information for clients that want your system...
Go google the name of their CRM system. And than pick any other crm system with real credentials and you'll see what I mean...
Smells like this company only wants investors money and no client money...
Just my thoughts...
RSTK HAR new in my account of today.
Maybe it's going back up on little POPS!
you never know with this stock!! haha
It's like the Limbo dance. How low can you go?
