a simple google search will answer your question. The only thing you'll find are PR's from the company stating how wonderfull their products and services are and how much they need your money.
No other relevant, substantial info can be found.
Let me tell you that developping and bringing a CRM tool is very different from the other services SH offers, like marketing services????
Maybe the next PR will state that they will offer loans to dealers and DLAV becomes a bank specializing in the hispanic market ...
Or they will develop some software to integrate in GM cars...
But they really need your money to develop these solutions!!
Just my opinion of course.
