That's exactly what NSI won't face....they developed a system so complicated and expensive to run it can't compete on a global basis! So what good is it!
NSI can't make the technology be profitable in the US, so why would it be any different in Japan! Maybe Niterra would have a chance to make it viable if they bought NSI very cheaply, figured out how to reduce operating costs, and got rid of the ineffective NSI upper management! Wouldn't you think with all the studies done for years and years now, NSI wouldn't still be playing "throw it on the wall and see what sticks" research company and need more massive dilution to make ends meet. Think of all the shareholder funds spent to generate very little revenue. New blood in and old out is the only path forward for this technology to have a chance for success.

Shrimp were partying last night! Great night out on the ponds!! pic.twitter.com/mBD0UBnO1t
No doubt! You keep it real! Thanks for your valuable contribution!
And the report card says $0.0235 pps which means the company is FAILING! What it is like to be inaccurately touting a company failing to move forward in any appreciable way accept for share funding. Real hard to share fund and fleece investors! The Texas good old boys aren't so good are they? You "strongly" indicated the Yotta deal would happen and that blew up because all shmp really does is share fund and run up huge expenses with little shrimp sales. Who wants to license a shrimp growing technolgy from a company who can't grow shrimp in a profitable way. Other shrimp companies are eating their lunch! I imagine Niterra will soon figure out the technology is not a go for the future. It's just an expensive non viable method that will not be adopted by the masses. In my mind, based on your very wrong prognostications where it really counts, you have very little credibility left and should just be ignored by the smart money! Statements including billions of dollars or "soon" are just plain laughable and have run their course of having any credibility left! I find your statements to be harmful to investors and thus the main reason for this post!
That article was well over a year ago!
You can access them all via Twitter!
It's about fleecing people out of their hard earned money by totalling bungling the execution of their own projections!
It's about endless dilution and decrease in pps!

Growing well and healthy! pic.twitter.com/ZHPTeGvuFR
Anything is possible for a desperate company!
Don't worry! It's all Golden and no one is selling!
Obviously you're in denial! Good for you! Golden!
It won't stay that way for long, not to mention all the preferred shares issued.
"On June 30, 2022 the Company was in default on the farm property note for the $4,716,672 due to failure to remit timely monthly payments. The lender has not called the loan due and is actively involved with the company on a repayment plan." Another GOLDEN bit of information in the most recent Quarterly Report.
Why do you? We all have our own reasons!
No...."another" real smart guy I know predicted a few weeks ago in a different forum the pps would reach and bottom out at 1.25 cents! It hasn't been realized yet. Sorry for the confusion. We call it the Tom-ahawk bottom! lol
That's sound consistent with a real smart guy I know who called the bottom at 1.25 pennies a few weeks ago!

This isn't my first rodeo! I guess we'll all see soon enough where the pps heads! GLTA!
Yes you are correct! Shares in the .002's will be sweet again! Dilution, dilution, dilution all spelled out by Adam!
Golden dilution!
I'm saving lots of dry powder due to the dilution coming!
I'm much more concerned about the months delay in the harvests and the prime storm season affects on the ponds than Goulding! Not to mention all the funding dilution coming!
Everything is "Golden"! lol
Dilution and being in default not good! smh!
Yikes!
That's the 303M question! lol I fully expect Samsung to pull out all the tricks available so unfortunately I think it will still be years! They are Samscum after all! Hope very much I'm totally wrong! Thanks for all you do 100lbStriper!
Final Judgment!

The whole "story" including the decisions and throwing whatever against the wall and see what sticks approach by management is reflected in the poor financials for sure! Yes....I get it that Niterra will be doing more studies on top of all the other studies conducted by NSI and whomever! More study after more study! Meanwhile, the great decisions by management and the great technology in the U.S can't seem to grow enough shrimp after years and years of trying to generate more than $50K to $60K per quarter average for the past year! Stop the excuses and grow some substantial amounts of shrimp with the existing assets and then maybe folks would put some merit into the "future" potential with Niterra!
Exactly! The financials say it all! The rest is just smoke and mirrors from NSI!
Where's Marco?
Wow! That is one sad answer! I hope you own alot of shares! You deserve every one of them!
All good points. Thus the major need to get in the hatchery business quickly and lose some of the deadweight in sales and maybe other personnel areas! Corporate office not warranted.
Sounds very much like when Gerald told us a while ago on video that "Shareholders will be very happy in the coming months". Your statements fall in the same category!
I'd like to know what all the fancy equipment in Iowa and Texas is actually for? Why is it there month after month and year after year? They don't seem to use it for much! hmmm! $0.0338! smh
I'm not talking about NSI's version for the reason of the cancelation! I'm talking about the root cause which was the ever sinking pps, the inability to produce large amounts of shrimp, and the out of control huge costs the company racks up every single month! An unsuccessful business model!
The deal was cancelled because of the pathetic performance of the shrimp production and sales which drives everything! Everything that the company has been working on to get to nasdaq still requires proof that their farming model is economically viable! Without that, who would invest the big bucks touted in the original Yotta merger......no one!
