Whatever gets it done!
My enthusiasm for scotus was short-lived after hearing argument brought by collins' attorney. I had no idea that was how scotus was hearing the case. My mistake. Won't happen again.
Imo, these cases are different.
Remember. I didn't say we can't lose. I said how can we lose and it NOT be corrupt. There were flaws in collins case arguments and elephants in mouseholes. Judges found them, I guess. Rop and LAMBERTH, nothing to hide behind. It will be blatant disregard of facts. No twisting of words can be done to make a negative ruling seem legit.
JMO, of course.
Thanks for replying
There is no way to lose Lamberth case, damages or not, also the Rop case and judicial system to not have their corruption on full display. Other cases, there were loopholes and lies to hide behind. Tiny loopholes that the government somehow found and exploited in order to justify their absurd rulings.
But.....
Based on Rop case with 3 years being longer than 2 years; there is no loophole. They would need to fabricate one out of thin air. Also setting a horrible precedent.
Based on Lamberth case and evidence that there wasn't a death spiral and it was an overreach with conspiring behind closed doors; there is no loophole. They would also need to create one and convince a potential compromised, biased, or gullible jury of that newly created loophole and narrative. Or maybe enough evidence stays sealed, redacted, or blocked. Also setting bad precedent of having a jury rule on an issue
without the jury getting to decide based on all evidence.
No way this will be seen as legitimate IF we don't win both of those cases. I guess if they reveal the "Secret Plan" they could save themselves from appearing corrupt.
So we will see.
ROP VICTORY and LAMBERTH VICTORY
Or
SECRET PLAN
VS
TOTAL Corruption if no court victory or "Secret Plan"
JMO
You're very welcome. Yes, Monday. Looking forward to announcements for Lamberth schedule.
Says 0.57 FNMA. ETRADE just checked.
It has been repaid, the gov is saying it hasn't and won't make it official. So we need a court to help them along.
It would appear that Ben Elliott has not bothered to follow the litigation closely enough at @business because he would know Lamberth originated the supreme court's interpretation of the APA claims and STILL is moving forward with the breach of contract claims, on remand no less. pic.twitter.com/wJ9UKsbhYY

They THINK they can exercise warrants and get away with it unchecked.
UNTIL THEY CAN'T.
But anyway.
No I didn't opt out. It was merely hypothetical to convey a point. That's all. At this point in time, both common and preferred are at horrible price points and , the market understandably, is choosing to steer clear until they have something to sink their teeth into.
Their view and lack of knowledge on the situation is what gives us, jp and common, the opportunity to buy at such abysmal levels. Their loss, our gain. Sooner or later, hopefully sooner, we will fair just fine.
At least that is my thought.
Thanks for replying
JMO
Good luck to you. Preferred are illiquid so they move more. They dropped a lot initially and then had a big bounce. The bigger the fall the bigger the bounce.
Plus both common and preferred are sitting at horrific levels.
Nothing to be happy about. I don't day trade this, but if you do with preferred or common then money could be made.
Thanks for your posts. Looking forward to this being over.
JMO
Either we win by rule of law or not.
Government can do ANYTHING or NOT.
Government can get away with anything or not.
I choose ,that in this case, government, can only stall and TRY to get away with all loot, but eventually fail.
They can't get away with just anything they want or everything they think up. That is my speculation. Something has gotta give.
JMO
What about the scenario where jp gets nothing. And holds forever and the government keeps stealing forever?
Something that should be considered as well.
All getting nothing.
Maybe common gets $17/s and p gets ZERO?
Maybe the jury thinks commons are owned by the common man and preferred are rich evil people. So give COMMON everything and JP NOTHING.
Something you should consider. You missed your opportunity to opt out.
Good luck to you.
JMO
What's for lunch?
And
Who's buying? Oh wait. I know.
Good response. Just amazing how long to make a decision.
The longer it takes, the more suspicious I get. Can't help it. I am still optimistic about the outcome, though. Even more optimistic than scotus actually. After hearing Thompson, I was thinking about his arguments, and felt there was too much wiggle room for the judges to find a way out. They did of course. Here we are.
Thanks for taking the time to respond.
Any thoughts by you or anyone on what Rop is waiting for:
1. To see if we advance to Lamberth court date?
2. To wait for verdict from Lamberth trial?
3. Because they are lazy and like to be fashionably late?
To me this just seems to be a bit much. Isn't it a singular issue? Was Demarco there too long or not?
To common sense people, it is a YES!
If it's a no, then it's a bad precedent. No more senate confirmations? That's bad. So one person, the president, gets to choose without approval from anyone.
Unless Rop judges are taking this long trying to calculate how to grant us the win and prayer for relief, while also breaking the bad news to government. ????????
Who knows? I don't. Any thoughts welcomed.
JMO
"Catcrap".
Got me to smile. Thanks for that.
But yeah, he's a piece of something, isn't he?
JMO
Catman speaketh.
Two different threads. Enjoy.
Now I feel I need to do more complaining… pic.twitter.com/inzoAJP3EU

In the aggregate, homeowners continued to have positive equity in the worst of the Great Recession, but like now, that’s irrelevant, as the risk is in the tails, it’s not like we all share the same pool of home equity
— Mark Calabria (@MarkCalabria) September 14, 2022
And both are amazing for shareholders' case.
Yeah, if warrants aren't exercised, then that way is better.
If they try and negotiate to use warrants, it wouldn't be so good.
But that's me.
Good fortune to you as well.
JMO
For sure. But when I called "the market" stupid. It was dismissed by a few. When I said "Smart money" knows nothing then it was dismissed as well.
With all the talk of, the market has priced us accordingly and Smart money knows something we don't. I called BS.
Now he knows. Better late than never, I guess.
Thanks for your reply. Appreciated.
As pictured I am the man wearing Judge Lamberth oct 2022 shorts and supreme court summer 2021 shirt next to the #fanniegate headquarters sign on miami beach. I declare myself king of the screaming eagles. pic.twitter.com/rDgGqKb3E1

This is the way I live. #fanniegate life. I rep as hard as I can. I believe. I have extreme confidence. Lower prices? For me? Thanks to a dumb supreme court? Hell yes. Thank you! I worked harder than ever before this last year to make the next 3 months possible. pic.twitter.com/fhC81Ajvvw
— Fanniegate Hero (@DoNotLose) September 13, 2022
Just added. Thanks "Mr. Market". Have I told you how "Smart" you are lately? And good lookin, too. Of course. The way you sell multi billion dollar companies for sub 60 cents pps. You're the greatest.
Sincerely yours,
M I A
100% COMMONS. I CAN WAIT FOREVER!
Govt cannot hide for long. It's unfolding.
Trial approaches 5 weeks and Rop ruling. Amongst others.
Not empathy. But I'll take that post versus dilution theories.
If I could choose of course. Which I can't. So here we are.
FnF 100% common.
I'm happy he's happy. Let's go. We're ready.
GB is ready! Are you?

Scotus ruled on a lie.
Nws through HERA was okay because it wasn't an overreach based on the lies.
But,
Lamberth is based on truth and evidence with a jury and not a corrupt court system where everyone knows everyone.
Plus lawyers will have more than 15 or 30 minutes to make a case on the magnitude of this issue.
No wonder scotus was a loss. No evidence, Thompson bumbling, corrupt political appointed judges deciding your fate, based on lies, and it needs to be argued in 30 minutes.
???????
"Huh. UH. Huh. UH. Huh. Thank you your honor. I, uh, I, uh, rest my case." -------Thompson (direct quote 12/9/20)
Big surprise we lost. But. This time could and should be different because with evidence of truth, if we still lost, then the jury and judges and court system will have ruled that we know the government stole and scammed, but it's OK, and we don't care. I have more hope in humanity than that.
Time is running out. I'm still holding.
This is JMO of course.
Thanks for responses.
Not true. Just a very pessimistic opinion.
I guess by this kind of logic, smart money is dumb until they make money.
MARKET KNOWS NOTHING.
NO RECEIVERSHIP. NO NATIONALIZATION.
ILLEGAL TAKING THRU FRAUD C-SHIP.
UNLESS THEY OPT FOR WISEMAN'S SECRET PLAN.
"HEY GOV!. TIME IS RUNNING OUT!"
JMO
They aren't going to be able to pick a date after the fact and call a nationalization. Especially choosing a day when pps prints 30 cents. They didn't nationalize the companies.
They just straight up stole them. If nationalized, it would be announced and we'd be paid a long time ago. None of this was official or done by the book.
There wasn't a nationalization, but an illegal taking through a fraudulent c-ship, because nationalizations are legal.
Nothing legal here. We were supposedly in a conservatorship or at some point, worst case, a receivership.
There wasn't a third option of nationalization.
No matter what is said and happens. The gov lied about everything and soon will pay the price.
JMO
#metoo
Would or could Lamberth wait until after pretrial conference before acknowledging summary judgement?
Or is it most likely to be something dealt with before?
Thanks
Thanks for the add "mr. market".
A toast to you soon.
Nothing is impossible, but your getting really warm.
Almost burning hot with that speculation.
JMO of course.
Yeah, but don't sell any shares before they pay you the award.
You want to hold until they actually pay and not just an announcement.
Even then, what would be the rush?
JMO
Glad to hear it. Our power stayed on, fortunately. Today is 108 compared to yesterday 113. If only to keep food from spoiling and for preventing heat exhaustion, power is very important. Those two things are essential. Food and health.
We'll be out of the woods soon, come this weekend. Almost there. Heatwave seems Neverending just like this conservatorship.
But....
IT WILL END!
Thanks Guido for your posts.
Central valley. 106 currently. I'm going out for some fresh air.
I thought I'd check on you. You and the family have a good night. Heat wave will end I think by the 9th. Friday should be it. Hopefully.
Take care.
NO AIR CONDITIONER?!?!?!??!?!!!!!!!!
No way I could do it today with 113 F.
I know you're in a cooler area, but wow.
Stay safe.
Guido, how you keeping cool?
It's hot as hell.
You get a message about the grid?
Market doesn't care. That is what's reflected in the pps.
They are tired of hoping. They want something more concrete before buying in. By then it will be like a black Friday sale and people will stomp on each other to get in.
Too bad for them. Plenty liquidity and dirt cheap. The earliest people in, make the most for taking the most risk and being patient.
But...
JMO
Trust me.
