Thanks YOLO...Those were my thoughts also. I hope this is the case. If Sandy would talk about this I think BKMP would click into hyper speed.
Yes TFN is doing GREAT......Why isn't BKMP?
Thought we owned 20% of TFN?
Where is BKMP's profits from TFN?
Happy Turkey Day To All
Does anyone know why such a huge investor as HR would visit such little guys like us on a board?
Again I live in the real world. Large investors have better things to do than chat on boards. If you had 10 MIll. what would you be doing right now?
Don't think you would be talking small investor into buying or sell Pinks?
Have A Great Thanksgiving !!
Thanks SMCH
Single Dad here with not allot of free time and like to get to the point. Just too many post of TFN and not many of what we are invested in BKMP.
Have a great night. :)
I'm a nubie....but I like the mm stuff. Just looks like our CEO is either playing with you, is afraid of you or is coming after you?
Bought into BKMP because of the CEO. Now who should I trust.
Lately or CEO hasn't kept stock holders too well informed as to what BKMP is doing?
I still believe as, if it is just a toy for some it's my savings that means more to me.
Not a great DD type of guy but haven't found 1 other investment BKMP has made other than a 20% owner of TFN which we haven't seen any profit from.. Have you?
If you have please show me. I'm not trying to bring anyone down but our CEO doesn't seem to mention OUR company very often?
Where is our web site that informs investors?
Just trying to stay real here. :)
Yup...I also live in the real world :)
It starting to look like Sandy is more interested in his investments instead of ours to get him where he is?
Why would he talk so much about TFN and very seldom mention BKMP?
Have a Great Thanksgiving
12reflect...sorry for bouncing in and out but you may want to read my post # 174440 (I like everyone's responses but I am not a paying member and can't reply in a timely manner)
Think Sandy could have done better in the Shareholder's Letter.
Think the key question for longs and flippers would be.....How will BKMP profit from TFN doing well?
I am holding on to BKMP very long but getting a little tired of hearing about TFN and little or nothing about the company I invested in (BKMP).
Pretty clear Sandy has the power to build BKMP but is doing nothing to save it? No site for info. yet???????? Looks like it's all about TFN, cept I didn't buy TFN?
GLTA
nealgalt1...thanks for your reply. I'm just trying to use common sinse here and look for all bad as well as the good. From what I understand TFN is privately owned and is partly funded by BKMP. Looks like BKMP has invested 100% of our company (BKMP) into TFN as a 20% funding company. Sandy has never stated where other BKMP investments are spread, if any?
Just can't understand the good luck TFN is having and BKMP isn't recogonized? I ivested in BKMP and hear very little about what our CEO is doing to improve our company (BKMP).
Yes, Sandy has guts with the Divy. thing but that could be 18 months in the future (good or bad) before it is even a real thing. I've have the same type div. from another company and it has been in limbo for 13 months now.
My bottom line is ....we are all betting on Sandy to be honest and return to us what we gave to TFN when they profit. Don't think there is any for sure thing about that. Kinda got a joundic eye at our CEO when he pumps another company more than the one we help him build?
My question for Sandy is.....What and how will BKMP profit from TFN?
I feel if Sandy would put this answer out.... no chart, tech. advise, etc. would stop BKMP.
I'm just a small holder and bought in at 5,7 & 8. I'm holding to BR or .50, it all depends on Sandy which way it goes. Just don't like being Silver Tounged by a CEO directing our attention to only one of our company's investments more that his own company.
GLTA
In the Shareholder's Letter Sandy really didn't answer an important question. How will the profits from TFN help BKMP. Can't figure out why TFN is growing so rapidly and a 20% owner (BKMP) is still in the cellar? Only Sandy can make this happen and it doesn't look like we are reaping any of TFN's profits unless Sandy is putting the money back into TFN to help it grow. Either way it would been nice for Sandy to state how BKMP will profit.
95% of the PR's are about TFN and very little about how BKMP will profit from TFN. Myself I'd rater hear more about the company I own stock in and the CEO's plan to make it grow. GLTA
That's kind of what I though was going on. Looks like we just have to wait to see how honest Sandy is....time will tell. I think some shareholders think BKMP has to reap 20% of TFN's profits and that just isn't so.
Thanks
Do you know who owns the other 80% of TFN? Also wonder if TFN is BKMP's only investment.
Business Description:
Blackout Media Corp. is a holding company with subsidiaries that conduct operations in areas of digital television, VOD, PPV, radio the internet and print. Blackout Media Corp has offices in Toronto and New York. See www.blackoutmedia.com for more details.
BKMP doesn't ever talk about any other ventures.
I think these are important questions Sandy should be answering in a Share Holder's Letter.
TY....I'll keep everyone updated when I have time to contact my local Scottrade office. Would prefer to here from our CEO first.
I'm thinking the same thing...too much quiet time from our CEO at a time where he should be at the Helm for his stock holders.
Sorry for bouncing in and out quickly but have little free time to follow the board 100% nor the time to do proper DD. Single Dad trying to keep up with life and other investments.
Wish the best for all of us BKMP & BKMPP holders but I also live in the real world. No Web Site yet? That isn't very hard to do? Starting to wonder how and if BKMP really owns 20% of TFN. I also wonder who owns the other 80%?
Yes still another question.... BKMP stated they won't make profits for some time but TFN must be out of the red by now? Can't figure out how the company we own 20% of is making $ but we aren't?
Also wonder where BKMP has all of their other assets and investments or are we all in with TFN? Not much about that from our CEO either?
I also don't know if fighters bought into BKMP or own part of TFN. Some have said that if they bought BKMP and it's a POS they know where Sandy lives. That wouldn't happen because it's againts the law and there goes their career unless they fight in jail.
Thanks for everyones posts on the board as it all helps us but I'm just trying to help out here also. FYI thought I'd mention I deal with Scottrade and have nothing but good to say about their service. Even set up an account for my 17 yr. old son. He invested $500.oo to open it and I told him to buy $50.oo worth of BKMP and if it didn't at least double in 1 year, Dad would pay him the difference. He bought in time for the Div. and I certainly hope BKMP/BKMPP pays instead of me. :) Because of my deal this was the only Pink he would invest in. He went to the big board and is doing much better than Dad % wise. Hate when the kid is smarter than Dad.
I figure I will give BKMPP a little more time for the dust to settle before I call my local Scottrede office in Eugene Or. to ask them about it. When I do I will also post their response on the board as others have.
Feel free to correct me if any of my questions are out dated or off base as there is safety in numbers when we work together.
Go BKMP........
I agree... You'd think Sandy would come out with a Share Holder's Letter stating everything that was in the emails for all to be informed instead of only a few.
Harry..... GREAT picture. I'm still laughing. :) I'm sending it to all of my G.I. buddies that are protecting our freedom.
Deep Blue Marine, Inc. President & CEO Wilf Blum to Appear on "Corporate Strategies with Tim Connolly" Sunday, October 29, 2006
http://www.prweb.com/releases/2006/10/prweb464722.htm
Don't forget BKMP has stated that they expect to show profits early in 2007..... We gotta wait and give them time. If profits come earlier, I figure it's just icing on the rather large cake that is about to be delivered !!
Our CEO seems to have aligned all of BKMP's ducks in a row awaiting a very important play. I think he is playing a waiting game to snare foes of his stockholders.
I'm sure he is limited as to what he can do at this time until the ball is hit back into his court.
I think good things are about to come to BKMP'ers in 2007. Be thankful we are part of it. :)
Partnership with Apple is possible. This is good news. Should see a good bounce if they sign.

Sirius Shares Spike on Apple Partnership
Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. (Nasdaq: SIRI) is trading at a session high, up $.10 to $3.93, on a spike in volume. The quick upswing is attributed to "chatter of a potential strategic partnership" with Apple Computers Inc. (Nasdaq: AAPL) according to Briefing.com. Meanwhile, Sirius' main competitor, XM Satellite Radio Inc. (Nasdaq: XMSR) shares are still hovering at the lows of the trading session. A Sirius Satellite Investor Relations spokesman could not be reached for comment at this time.

Yup....we just need some time here and all will be fine. Wish I could turn my computer off and come back to check on Imperia around Feb. 2007. That would be much harder than trying to quit smoking. :)
Yes I know...I was trying to help jvan. :)
Do you have a local office you can go to for face to face questions. My local office with Scottrade is 50 miles away which I could easily visit. I have always been very happy with my local office, dealing with them over the phone to get my questions answered.

What....just Applause??? How about a party at your house if it hits .001 by 10-23-06?

Stockfire....what country do you live in? I may want to retire there with full body armor. I remember going to the Mustang Ranch in Reno, Nevada 30 years ago before the AIDS, etc. stuff came out.
Just joking here kids. :)
I'm looking at our BKMP as I look at making my fine beers. Got to let it have it's time to get tastey. I only make a gallon at a time but it sure is good if I don't bottle it to quickly and taste too much.
Happy Trails
Good post Mike......still trying to catch my breath from laughing way to hard............good one!!
Just passing on a little more brokerage info. that I picked up. Not very important but just FYI....
I have several accounts with different brokers and thought I'd send an email to one I have and haven't seen our board talk about just for fun. Although I know our div shares are going to take some time and am willing to wait for the dust to settle, I was just curious and sent them a friendly email.
Dear Mr. XXXXXXXXXX:
"RSTK 1" indicates that a stock is currently restricted from trading. Below is an excerpt from a press release regarding the distribution of preferred shares:
Blackout Media Corp. Clarifies Preferred Share Dividend
Blackout Media Corp. (PINKSHEETS: BKMP), on September 1st, announced that the Board of Directors has declared a stock dividend, payable to shareholders of record of September 15th, 2005. The dividend will consist of ten thousand (10,000) free preferred shares of Blackout Media Corp. for every one (1) shares of BKMP held on September 15th, 2005.
Many shareholders are confused about this dividend; the following answers should help clarify the dividend:
1. Yes, the press release is correct: for every one common share of BKMP you will receive 10,000 preferred shares as long as you are a shareholder of record on the 15th of September.
2. For example, if you own 1,000,000 shares on the ex-dividend date you would get 10,000,000,000 preferred shares.
3. The preferred shares will have there own CUSIP number and trade separately under their own symbol as preferred shares -- different from the common shares.
4. NO, this is not an option; this is an outright grant to all shareholders. You have to do nothing, they will appear in your account a few weeks to a month after the 15th. I can't tell when they will appear; that is up the DTCC in New York and your brokerage firm.
5. The value of the shares is whatever the market assigns to the shares, it is a free market and they will assign a fair value to them. I can't tell you what it will be; that is not up to me.
6. A preferred shares is a non-voting stock that is similar to a debt instrument.
7. If you are a shareholder now you have common shares.
8. The preferred shares will be free trading shares.
9. A new symbol will be assigned by the NASD some time in the future; again I can't tell you when but we are anticipating some time this month.
10. The ex-dividend date will be set by the NASD, and as long as you own the common shares of BKMP on the ex-dividend date you will be a shareholder of record and you will be entitled to the dividend.
11. You will not be diluted by this dividend, because the preferred shares are non-convertible and non-voting; they do not affect the outstanding common shares of the company and as they will trade under a totally separate symbol your present common shares will continue to trade under the symbol of BKMP.

brmrich...you are so right asking for facts. Buyins.net, that several people talk about is a joke. We have hit the ST price several times with their data and we are still at .0001.
I have also seen several other Pinks hit their ST Price and nothing happens after several months. Go figure.
I like gorbs's posts but he owns gazillions of shares and has been cashing in on doubles for quit some time. I'm jealous because I'm a small invester and should learn from him. 2 times $200.oo = $400.oo. Most excellent return but I'm a longshot better. Waiting for the .0008 :)
Don't think .0008 will ever come as we have a CEO that isn't following through with his statements in a timely fashion. He certainly has a nice new home though. My small investment can blow in the wind... just sad to see a stock that had potential to get close to a real exchange go down hill because of a CEO that thinks about himself before his company.
Oh and gorb....got my order in to sell half of my investment at .0002. A little return is better than none I guess.
Thanks brmrich and gorb for your posts. I think you are both wise traders...... :)
Happy Trails

Here are 4 stocks that trader's should put on their radar for today's trading session:
Starbucks Corp. (Nasdaq: SBUX) surged in yesterday’s after hours trading session on news that September store sales rose. Shares climbed Shares climbed $1.87 to $37.83, even after jumping $1.95 to $35.96 in Wednesday’s regular session. Starbucks said sales at stores open at least 13 months increased 6 percent, compared to the same period last year. Analysts were expecting a more moderate increase of 3.3 percent.
Qwest Communications Inc. (NYSE: Q) announced a $2 billion share repurchase program as shares hover near multi-year highs. The company announced that the buyback represents nearly 12 percent of the company’s equity capitalization. There are approximately 1.9 billion shares of Qwest common stock outstanding.
Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. (Nasdaq: SIRI) reported a net gain of 441,101 subscribers to reach a total of 5.1 million. Even though the company reaffirmed its target of reaching 6.3 million subscribers by the end of the year and also gained more subscribers than its competitor, shares still slipped. If analysts follow up with some ratings updates and commentary now that the latest subscriber count and future subscriber guidance has been released, look for the stock to move.
Dobson Communications Corp. (Nasdaq: DCEL), a rural wireless telephone service provider announced improved sales and added 23,500 subscribers in the third quarter, above its previous full-year guidance. It also reported that its customer churn rate fell. Shares finished up in heavy trading during the after hours session on the good news, ensuring that the positive momentum will most definitely spill into today’s trading session.
Just a very busy single dad here Tina and like to keep up with all of the stock info. when I have time. Just have to vent a little when I read intentionally misleading posts that wastes a person's time while they are trying to work as a team here at ihub. We should all be giving eachother all of the information we run across without coded messages, games, etc.
Thanks for calming me/us down...your posts are always great.
Happy Trails
Well put.... hr looks way too self seving and feeding off of small investors like it's his fun and games. Any large investor that is doing well would not be dorking around on ihub's board as he or she does. I also advise ihub'ers to use allot of caution. Take it all in and throw out the bad... then use YOUR best judgement without emotions of great wealth with a small investment. This is not Fantisy Island although we would all like it to be.
