The same exact thing was said about the Oracle revenues and we all know how that turned out.
I hope it does well though with Verb.
It didn't have to be like this if Rory didn't lie about the post offering share price being higher via SHAC video.
VERB Outlook should be out in the next couple of weeks.
Lol
You should reach out to Verb and ask to teach Rory and Jeff how to interpret earnings.
You called it months ago that Verb needs to cut costs and now they finally listened.
TenKay you are one of the few who actually knows how to read a 10-K. The board is far better because of your committment to accurate reporting and interpretations. You have been dead-on time and again here.
Just wanted to say thanks for all of your commentary on Verb.
Agreed, tenkay has been very accurate with the reports.
He understands how to talk about the positives, negatives and the in between.
Something Rory can learn.
Every time they sell equity they are selling a piece of the company. That “piece” is coming from existing shareholder’s ownership via dilution.
Shareholders keep getting diluted while Rory collects bonuses.
Can you provide the proof that they are struggling?

“85 % gross saas“
Not any more.
That's concerning.
Verb is struggling.
Share price didn't cave in on investors today, for once.
Hoping it goes up still.
Did Verb hire back Dennis McMurray, the man that was caught by FINRA for violating company policy/FINRA when working for investors?
Or did the Verb editing video crew just not think the video editing clips through before posting it publicly?
See the 4 minute 55 second through 4 minutes 59 second mark:
There is no chance whatsoever that the market cap here will ever hit 5.6B. Shame on anyone who implies it may.
It's a long shot, but Rory needs to start being more transparent with the public during these earning reports.
Either that or he needs to know how to read and understand the earning reports. Because they are not good, but Rory acts as if they are just the greatest thing ever, yeah no.
The public will take this company more serious when legitimate transparency is displayed.
Example - Rory tried hiding the original lawsuit from the public that was put against Verb. We had to do the dirty work and find it ourselves, and when we finally cornered Rory into telling us the truth about it, he then told us and began filing it under proper documents. Refer to the old SHAC video of Rory coming forward about this after we called him out on it.
And what will you say if VERB’s pps reaches $90 soon?
Lol
I believe CEOs who tell the truth and are forthright with shareholders, not characters like Rory who feel the need to dangle carrots and mislead shareholders into believing a financing was going to be done higher than the then current market price and who called skeptics bedwetters. That’s not how you win over skeptics and it’s certainly not how you build credibility…
Character and integrity have gone out the window years ago, even more so when Rory lied about post offering price to the publics face being higher during one of his unethical "SHAC" videos.
Rory also stated that the company had already started reducing expenses and will continue to do so each quarter going forward until cash flow positive, and it might happen sooner than some people think.
Rory must have been reading Tenkays comments being that Tenkay called this out months to going on years ago that this was a huge problem and was only going to get worse.
Good job Rory, taking notes I see!!
Please give a list of those CEOs from other publicly traded companies that Rory is being compared to that could control their SP as you have insinuated.
Huh? Go back and watch Rorys video of him blatantly lying about the post offering share price.
It is classic
And the really funny part is that all these little hints eventually come to be.
Unfortunately almost everything he talks about is either a lie, extremely late, or still late and pending.
Of course though, something is bound to stick when spaghetti is constantly being thrown at wall unethically. So he has done things no doubt, but ethics and character went out the window in the process.
For example - the post offering share price Rory blatantly lied about and eventually being a lot lower than what he publicly stated, and in turn financially crippled investors in the process.
LOL..James Bond 007 top-secret Verb retail list.Stamped confidential
Loll
Rory just increased his position in Verb to 10% LOL
That's cute. As he continues collecting bonuses for himself.
Stop taking bonuses Rory, see how hard you work for loyal longs then.
All bark no bite.
No, I have been watching this trade on L2 for 5 years and it is just as manipulated on NASDAQ as on OTC.
lol
Verb is supposed to be disrupted technology? Then why cannot Rory do an investor Q&A? or doesn't he want to eat his own chili?
Rory does investor Q&A's. He just sets it up anymore for the last 2 or so years so only 1 person to his choice can talk.
Rory doesn't want to face the ones he mislead into financial disaster with his Verb company.
A lot of people got burnt from his reckless videos, etc over the years and he's well aware, he just doesn't want anyone else to know what happened.
It's a shame what has happened. Even more disgusting when he sweeps it under the rug like it never happened. Those were families, good people that got hurt financially from this.
For example, it's so bad, he has done multiple earnings calls where ONLY AGP can talk, then he rushes off quick.
Why is that Verb chart tanking that tenkay posted ?
This is basically a "Sorry but after misleading everyone so much, this diluted chart is needed to continue the Verbs operations" chart.
You don’t need 25 years or even 1 year experience to observe that things have been going poorly, even if you have a belief they can turn around.
You just need to know simple math to figure out earnings were extremely concerning to the point of that being the main cause the share price continues to melt.
You don't need 25 years experience to figure out simple numbers.
You should try and reach out to Rory, he could use some serious help over there with this Verb company.
You've been basically 100% spot on with everything as far as predictions, how the company will operate, etc etc.
I question his ability to read earnings. He's always talking about how great Verb is doing, but shareholders continue to get diluted, revenue is there but not good enough. They burn through cash bad.
All we ever see him do is talk about the good things (which he does exaggerate as we catch him doing this a lot) and hardly if ever talks about the negatives.
That's a concern because when someone only wants to share one side of the story, it has potential to be sketchy about further things.
One big problem for Verb is Rory continues to talk about success that will be, rather than being able to reveal in what is and what was.
The market will continue to outsmart Rory and we have been seeing exactly that as the share price of Verb gets closer to 0.
Rory can try and continue his ridiculous comments about how the company is doing great, but the market clearly sees thru his bs.
You're digging yourself a hole Rory. Just stop and start being more bluntly honest.
It's okay to be wrong Rory, we're trying to help you at this point.
Its almost like Rory doesn't want to give in after all these years after being wrong and wrong and wrong because he doesnt want to let the naysayers get the best of him.
Rory could have learned so much from the naysayers and people who told him he was wrong if he would have just been more open minded.
It is apparent Rory will continue to double down with just how awesome the company is doing.
Hes paying a big price for that now.
Down 90%+++ from ATH's
The problem isn’t much the OS being 62 million...but the rate of growth of the OS relative to the growth of the topline of the company.
And ever since the acquisition and uplist that has been way out of balance.
Rory probably taking notes from you to learn this weekend.
This stock has taken a massive beat down.
And to make it worse, during one of the largest bull markets in history.
Prior to the reverse split, verb stock price is about 0.06 cents a share
Yikes
And the fact this stock is at $1 TWO YEARS after the uplist is Exhibit A. lmao.
Verb is at 0.98 / 0.99 cents a share.
Something Rory told us during a conference call that the stock wouldn't go below a $1.00, and then Rory doubled down and told everyone that the people who say this company will go below $1.00 per share have no idea what they're doing/talking about.
Really
Yes =)
Trying to stay positive here for the sake of all public shareholders. Its needed after some of the lies we've been fed over the years.
Verb closed under $1.00 per share today, wow that's unfortunate =(
I still think Verb will do well.
Rory took a swipe at the investment community a year or so ago during a conference call telling people who doubt Rory and say Verb will be under a dollar per share just have no idea what they are doing.
Lol.
Well, this is like the 3rd time the share price went under a buck when Rory told us we had no idea what we were talking about.
This year could make or break Verb.
SaaS revenue is way up though.
A lot has happened the last few years.
Recently, Verb had a few employees that were caught illegally engaging in insider trading.
Rory tried hiding it from us, but a bunch of us started confronting him about it so he didn't really have a choice but to tell.
Could you picture McKinley pulling that ridiculous Sheriff stunt? I couldn’t.
That alone speaks volumes as to how he would be perceived.
Rory has to go. I made great money in the past on verb. took a new position this week at $1.04 this week, not a big one, but for this company to really communicate with the investor community, Rory needs to be gagged or fired.
Rory doesn’t get bonuses for selling the company product, he gets bonuses for selling the company stock.
So while Rory collects bonuses and lives a lavish life, us shareholders get thrown to the wolves?
Elaborate please.
So what's you take on why this news was delivered in the selected time slot?
Rory may have thought that earnings were "great" so by putting it out during market hours would boost the share price.
If correct, that is concerning for multiple reasons.
One, if true, and that was his thinking, then this stock is still being treated as a OTC penny stock.
And two, does Rory know how earning reports work as far as shareholder value? Because overall, and for the most part, this report performed poorly.
A question you'd need to ask Rory.
Lol...Rory knows exactly what the number is going to be when he manufactures his “guidance”.
I question this. Does he understand them?
MASSIVE WHALES CHOMPING AT THE BIT !!
VERB
WOW CHEAPIES WON'T LAST HERE!!
WE REALLY ARE IN THIS TOGETHER JUST LIKE RORY SAID
