2D barcode readers are in place at John Wayne Airport, CA.

I'm at the airport right now. I went trough security 15 minutes ago.

This is the first time that I saw barcode readers next to security guy who checks the boarding passes. I asked him what it is, he confirmed that this is the new scanner that scanned your boarding passes and he said you can use your mobile phone.

That was very encouraging news for me. I just want to share with you guys.
