And what will you say if VERB’s pps reaches $90 soon?
If VERBs pps isn’t there when time ends, then he was wrong. Until then....
But traders will always lose money if they sell lower than what they paid.
No true long investor or believer in this vision/technology should have lost anything except paper value. That’s what patience and persistence demand, a steady hand when times are rough. That’s when true millionaires are made.
I got your pm.
Appreciate your view, but the message board is here to give perspective to all who read it.
If my view changes someone’s mind, good or bad, that is the purpose of this board.
Regarding sharing due diligence, I have provided a lot through the years. But, have stopped because there are so many here do not agree with it or anything that points to Rory’s correct market assumptions.
As a matter of fact, more than 75% of posters here do not like this company or management team.
Even better
Believe or don’t believe. Free will is a great thing.
It is for those who are greedy and want “all the gold” for themselves.
I’ve always been willing to share, especially with the average everyday investor who may never come into an opportunity like this in his/her lifetime again.
Do you own due diligence and research.
My guess is the over 100 MLM clients are “enamored” with the market place concept. High visibility and ISG (immediate sales gratification).
100% agree.
Childish is an under statement.
Not arguing, but pattern of limited trading channel seems ongoing and ongoing.
No, not in my opinion.
Didn’t catch the name
2 analysts only.
Unfortunately, as with previous calls, there is excitement of things to come yet it feels like groundhogs day each time I walk away from one of these cc’s.
Knowing they are cutting operating costs, signals to me at least they have realized that they can’t keep going back to the well and diluting shareholders. Good thing.
I do regret them using the word “imminent” for the Microsoft release (and they should have never used it). It’s been many months that we have heard that and it sounds like it still has a way to go yet.
Also, why are we not hearing more about Salesforce progress/integration? It was a two year effort and buildup to that release (we also hired Tal Golan from Salesforce) yet we are not hearing anything promising or seeing any real growth.
Q/A was definitely confusing.
I think VERB Live with Attribution vs VERB Market Place are different revenue models, yet Rory made it seem like they are the same.
As I originally understood it, VERB gets a piece of all sales with the Market Place. How someone gets to the market place, is a different question altogether?
Regarding VERB Live with attribution, VERB gets an additional $4.95 monthly up charge for that feature from subscribers.
In Q/A Rory made it seems like VERB gets a piece of all attribution sales regardless if on the market place or not, which I think is incorrect.
We have had many days of 5+ million shares traded and no price movement before.
Strong people get fired, and then go out and prove to their old employers they were wrong to fire them. They make something of themselves.
Agree.
However, innovative technology is always a big risk/reward play.
Folks here are not interested in modest increases or they would buy bonds or gold.
All the big tech plays were very risky and so is VERB.
Buts that’s the difference between strength and weakness.
The strong continue on and persevere, while the weak quit or give up.
I thought July (could be wrong)
You’ve made your point very clear here (and at nausium) and while I agree that a CEO’s pay should be commensurate with revenue growth, I am not sure you completely understand his comp.
He is paid mostly in stock options which suggests he is putting his faith and trust in the company becoming more valuable. True, performance has not been up to par in many investors view, but those are risks investors take and many can make their concerns known at the annual
meeting.
What else (reasonably) would you have a CEO do? He has also purchased stock with his own $$$ too.
Agree.
Failure is not fatal and success is not final
If it catches on, it could be valuable.
The pain of VERB staying the same is beginning to become greater than the pain of VERB changing. Watch the share price closely.
Great time to get in, as it reclaims higher highs, as it has always done in past.
Could be
Seems legit
The price got ahead of the product/company very early on in its start.
Enthusiasm for this organization is infectious.
It’s been over two years that Kurt was let go from VERB and he’s still unemployed. If he’s was valuable wouldn’t he have been snatched up by another tech company?
VERB will be substantially higher this week, and on a go forward basis IMO.
You shouldn’t assume
What did he do? He’s was a nobody.
The higher sp was due to investor sentiment and the “concept” of interactive video in CRM.
Kurt wasn’t a reason the share price crashed.
What did he do that added any value?
Things happen In the blink of an eye these days.
Everyone decides for themselves
Investor sentiment is a leading indicator and highly unpredictable.
Elon Musk and Tesla are a great example. Look at the history of the share price of Tesla.
I remember back about 18 - 20 months ago Telsa was trading at $180 and Elon said it was well worth over $400...the market gurus laughed. The folks who are supposed to know all things about the of value of companies and technology got it wrong. But Tesla’s investors got it right.
The stock soared to $1600 in that time and did a 5-1 forward split in August of 2020. It’s worth $3,649 now split adjusted from $180. That’s 20x growth
When investors believe in something, they make it valuable, and then the market follows along.
VERB Technology Company will follow a similar trajectory.
Yep. No doubt.
The fight for VERB has always been on this medium.
Think back to when VERB had it’s best momentum and when investor sentiment was highest.
It was because people read this board and the dialog, due diligence and overwhelmingly positive outlook was put into context (with some great debate among readers).
