C-20 you have been a constant on this stock. Sometimes it’s tough to see any light at the end of the tunnel. Nice to see some Grant money was given to advance studies on CYDY and Leronlimab. As was once described to me that all the roadblocks that need to be navigated make any small bio difficult to gain any traction regardless of how many studies take place. Thank goodness the clown who was at the top is gone, and hopefully new personnel moving forward concentrate on what value can be extracted from what we know. Stop throwing darts at a blank wall and hoping that one sticks. Go with what is known and build on that.

5500 stockholders since 2/2021 with no update in over a year on how many current stockholders there are does not represent well for Sean or Nightfood. It seems as if the stock trading level is slipping into oblivion. 25k shares trading in a day less than $5k is not cutting the mustard. We need more than just a few slots on QVC, unofficial news from Sean’s Twitter account and a few stores carrying our product to get traction.
News from Twitter account from Sean is bogus. Need to hear about hotel NDAs now. Also giving away cookies with no follow up is no way to run a business. Let’s get some concrete confirmations of how well things are really goin or this stock is toast.

Recent run looks strong based on nice way above average volume. Line in the sand tomorrow. Early morning bump with swoon rest of day. Seen this play out many times. Way forward looks positive with new CEO, but things will still need to happen first aka clinical holds.
Good things come to those who wait. A watched pot never boils. Results are positive. Insecurity and FUD can create the idea of negativity. Believe in what the science and trials have shown. Can’t skip any letters of the alphabet to get to the finish line quicker. It’ll only come back to bite you in the arse in the long run

And furthermore, Covid was rampant when NGTF was being introduced, thus lessening sales as people were not going out to shop. I’ve purchased pints many times in Florida and the way it was displayed and shoved into the freezer, with not a care or representative to take care of product, it would’ve been a miracle to sell out. Supply chains were all out of whack and freezer cases were not maintained.
With no national rollout and big budget for advertising, expecting big sales from Walmart and supermarket chains just wasn’t gonna happen. It’s like when Costco has a demo for a product with taste tests, yet not available in stores yet. There is a lead up to it eventually being stocked or just currently being stocked.

Saw this drop coming. Last PR was not appealing. Another test at one location? For how long? This is after the hotel conference last week after a test pilot of 6 months. Spring travel is here with summer right around the bend. Something is not passing the smell test here.
Being a small company with large opportunities, it is imperative to introduce products that will give the best chance for exposure with limited discounts. It’s not like NGTF has the budget or backing as a penny stock to produce commercials on TV or use big $ on mass advertising. Getting into supermarket expensive with slotting fees and doing in during a pandemic was unfortunately bad timing. Travel in the immediate term looks positive. However, as inflation is super high, the price of a pint in hotel lobbies may not be prudent. If, somehow the rollout of additional products like the ice cream sandwich and cookies and chips come into play, the chances of success become more likely. Product awareness needs to stretch way more than rollouts in hotelsIMO. The market niche needs to be established along healthy option ice cream places like Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and the biggest pilot Costcos.
