For this reason, material events will be disclosed via press releases, on our new website beaconredevelopment.com, and possibly on a CEO blog that we're considering.
As we have released, I have been appointed by the new board of directors to take the company in a different direction. If you've taken a quick glance at our website, you can surmise that we're going to be focusing on redevelopment projects. They'll be verifiable projects with physical locations, literally bricks and mortar types of deals as the photographs demonstrate.
As for the past, I understand that prior management was involved in a legitimate internet business. The problem seems to have been that the slow potential return to investors, and the lack of excitement, created a situation where neither the company nor the investors could benefit. The current share price, and the previous need for the company to issue large amounts of additional shares, is reflective of that.
With the above in mind, I hope to formulate a structure that can create an exciting opportunity for new investors without harming the old ones.
As far as transparency, my key goal will be to release specific, verifiable information. My intent is to run a business that benefits community redevelopment and makes its income through the business. I hope that people are patient and make their investment decisions based on information that we release and which they can verify, and not speculation into the unknown. We're hoping to have some quality, long term shareholders that want to be part of our team. However, there's clearly not enough information released at this time that would provide a potential investor with the information they need to make a decision in that regard. Therefore, I would suggest that people wait for details about our ventures.
