ALPP 2 Strong Days! Accumulation continues. Looking forward to the next acquisition. Likely $20M+ making ALPP nearly a $70M annual revenue company.
It’s heating up!
$ALPP Tweet $1M Revenue this MONTH in just 1 of its 7 subsidiaries. This company has huge revenue and a tiny o/s of 111M. OTC sleeping here

100% Correct. ALPP doesn’t dilute. They sold a tiny 1M shares in ALL OF 2020. That’s nothing.
Today the OTC was filled with companies diluting folks into the ground. Most of these OTCs, share selling is all they do.
ALPP is an actual business.
A $50M business.
Existing revenue RIGHT NOW.
There is no dilution.
We have a $50M business sitting on a tiny 111M o/s. That o/s is basically unchanged ALL YEAR.
ALPP is not diluting.
Wake up folks.
This is the big revenue zero dilution play everyone is looking for.
LOADING
CORRECT! $ALPP is not in the business of selling shares. This is not a typical OTC company.
This is a $50M EXISTING REVENUE business sitting on a TINY 111M o/s
Dream Setup Here
LOAD
$ALPP upcoming run is going to be EPIC.
$ALpP tan to .44 last time and was like half the size (in terms of revenue) as it is today.
Tiny o/s change in all of 2020 (just 1M shares - that’s nothing; most OTC CEOs dumb billions by the truck load)
ALPP makes money! But doesn’t sell shares.
In fact, just today, ALPP reported $1M of revenue for just 1 subsidiary (out of 7) for just 1 month.
HELLO ——>>>>> 1 month of revenue at 1 subsidiary is practically 25% of today’s market cap.
This is where the smart money loads (when it’s cheap)
I sold out in the .28 to .44 cent range. Been reloading down here (in the undervalued range) ever since!!!
Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!
Next run hits $2 to $3 EASY
Do you realize that even at $3, that makes ALPPs market cap just $333M :-O
For a $50M existing revenue business??!!!
There are defunct, stop sign, bankruptcy plays with market caps bigger than that.
LOAD
$ALPP Bottom in! Market is just realizing how HUGE ALPP is in terms of revenue compared to most OTCs.
And as you noticed, tiny SS with only 111M o/s.
There are also some big (like $20M+) acquisitions in the hopper as we speak!
This is where I’m reloading after selling around the .28 to .44 range.
Smart money loads here.
$ALPP more like $2 to $4 fair value at this point.
It’s amazing that there are actually defunct stop sign tickers with no business of any kind, having $100M+ market caps...
Meanwhile, $ALPP remains completely undiscovered at a market cap of $4M
ALPP is a $50M existing business. We are totally undiscovered here. But interest is definitely warming up ;)
It’s gonna be a November to Remember.
For sure! Tons of interest in ALPP. One of the reasons why this ALPP board is so lively. Everybody wants in.
And that makes sense because nowhere else on the OTC can folks find a $34M Company sitting on a TINY 111M o/s.
ALPP is Top 1% of all setups in the OTC. It will run hard and fast. Unscrupulous OTCers will do anything to grab all the cheappies they can.
Hold those shares tight folks. It’s gonna be a November to Remember ;)
$ALPP AWESOME DAY! OTC down all over the place, with ALPP barely in the red!
That’s because ALPP is 100% REAL DEAL.
Huge Contracts!
Fortune 100 Customers!
$34M+ Revenue 2020
Tiny 111M o/s
ALPP has no o/s increase to speak of! A tiny 1M shares in ALL OF 2020.
Most OTCs dump 1M shares per day.
It’s actually quite surprising that OTCers can’t figure out a real business when it’s right in front of them.
Not to worry smart folks out there ;)
NOVEMBER is gonna be BIG.
Load now before you miss the opportunity of a lifetime
HUGE CUSTOMERS & HUGE REVENUES get ready ;)
Oh yes :). It’s gonna very very exciting. Adding
$ALPP Looking Solid! Adding
November looking to be quite strong. Adding here at these crazy low levels.
$ALPP
AHAHAHAHA WRONG LOL
This right here: “Each voting right is one A share” is 100% 100% 100% WRONG.....omg
Folks here’s the FACTS:
Each B and C share can be converted into 1 (that’s 1, as in ONE) A share.
In case you missed it: ONLY 1 A SHARE
The voting rights have NOTHING to do with the number of A shares which could be created.
There are 15M combined B and C shares, of which independent, 3rd Party shareholders own MORE THAN 50% of that combined group.
That means there are a MAXIMUM of 15M shares which could potentially become A shares.
NOT 800M......
15M.......
Maximum.
SHEESH....
What’s more? C Shares aren’t convertible for up to 6 YEARS from now
And B shares? Those represent managements control of the company. If they converted them, they would lose control.....so that’s not gonna happen.
And as I’ve said, I’m perfectly fine that the management team which build ALPP from $0 to $50M retains control over the company they built.
FACTS ARE IMPORTANT FOLKS
Your shares are in HIGH demand.
Hold tight ;)
Agreed! To much nonsense like the “800M share” mumbo jumbo.
Let’s stick to FACTS:
ALPP has been very careful to keep the SS low. 125M a/s and 111M o/s is tiny for a company worth $50M in annual revenue.
Most OTC companies have billions in shares.
ALPP is not in the business of selling shares at all. Just look at the tiny 1M increase in o/s in ALL of 2020.
True gem here at $50M with acquisitions lined up and mega “Fortune 100” “EV Customer” Contracts (catch the CEO video on ALPPs twitter feed @alpine4tech)
ALPP is highly concerned for shareholders. In fact, one of the most shareholder friendly companies on the OTC.
Think about it.....
1. Most OTCs just dump all over shareholders. Does ALPP dump?
NOPE. A grand total of 1M share increase to the o/s in the ENTIRE YEAR!
2. The FINRA APPROVED C share dividend was for the benefit of long term holders. If you look at who actually owns most of the C shares, it’s independent 3rd party shareholders, not management.
Some OTCers have expressed concern in the marketplace that ALPP management controls the vote....well yeah...this is the team who built ALPP from $0 to $50M and soon to be much larger as acquisitions close.
Why would they let OTC gamblers have control of the company they built from scratch lol.
I’m 100% content knowing that the ALPP team controls the company they built.
Anyone in the marketplace not content with that should just sell already. But nobody ever does.....so weird ;)
Why do they never sell? Because we have a $50M company here sitting on a tiny 111M o/s.
Make no mistake. Everyone wants in.
So much confusion LOL!
Here’s the facts:
- $50M Company
- 111M o/s (tiny)
- Fortune 100 customers (including a certain EV Company ;)
- $20M+ Acquisition in the Pipeline
- L2 Thinnnnnnnn
Mega runner coming here. $ALPP will be a $100M+ company before most realize.
Watch ;)
And when you see it.....we’ll be at multi dollars in the blink of an eye.
And I’ll own all the shares :)
FILL MY BIDS
Yep! All it takes is reading the filings to see how undervalued this is.
Tiny SS for a $50M company.
This “800M BS” is FAKE NEWS to try to get cheepies.
AS is only 125M
It’s like kindergarten on the OTC lol.
FILL MY BIDS
LOL! It’s a fake number pulled out of thin air. Everybody wants in.......
Why?
$50M company with huge contracts in place and acquisitions lined up. All sitting on a tiny 111M o/s.
:)
FILL MY BIDS
ALPP! FILL MY BIDS!!!
;)
A/S Maxes Out as 125M Shares! Research is actually important when investing lol!
$50M Company sitting on a tiny 111M o/s —>>> ALMOST MAXED OUT at 125M
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Zero Dilution, agree!
Compare 1/1/2020 o/s to today. Ok wait, wait, it did change.....by a TINY 1M shares lol
1M shares!
That’s it!
Most OTCs sell BILLIONS of shares.
ALPP is not in the business of selling shares at all.
ALPP is a real $50M revenue generating business sitting on a paltry 111M o/s :)
1M shares in an entire year.... that’s amazing!

$ALPP “ FORTUNE 100” customers. Did you catch the CEO video. Not loading ALPP now....that’s like walking past an oasis in the desert of the OTC lol.
MORE FOR ME :)
FILL MY BIDS.
Not happy with ALPP: LEAVE
;)
$ALPP $50M annual business sitting on a tiny 111M o/s. Pure gold.
The funniest part is that OTCers can’t figure out where $50M dollars comes from lol. They think ALPP is selling, direct quote: “the most complicated and expensive” circuit boards QCA has ever manufactured to the local donut shop lol.
ALPPs CUSTOMERS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
FORTUNE 100
Small to Midsize businesses like ALPP SERVE Large businesses. That’s how the US economy works :)
OTCers don’t get it.
MORE FOR ME :)
The incoming run is gonna blow OTCers away
$ALPP Yep! Production at QCA nearly back to pre-Covid levels. Loving these contracts with “Fortune 100” “EV customers” :)
Full my bids folks.
Not happy with ALPP?
LEAVE ;)
HUGE CONTRACTS in play at ALPP. Did y’all catch the latest tweet on the “most complicated and expensive” circuit boards manufactured in the history of the company?? BTW..... who do you think is buying those high-end components? :)
$ALPP ‘s Subsidiary, Quality Circuit Assembly, has reason to celebrate! QCA’s President, Jeff Hail, had this to say. “Today represents a milestone for QCA. We are building the most complex and expensive circuit board assemblies in our history. Team moral is very high!”💪🏻🇺🇸 pic.twitter.com/4HdhYmoPNi

$ALPP is the one that will shock everyone on the OTC my friend. They’re pushing $50M annually on a tiny 111M o/s. The quiet accumulation continues. Many will be taken by surprise here :)
$ALPP CEO announces new contracts with some Fortune 100 customers in latest video. $34M Revenue projection for 2020 and tiny 111M o/s practically maxed out. Video link:

ALPP most assuredly has several $20M to $30M dollar acquisitions under DD as we speak.
That’s the business model which some OTCers still can’t figure out lol.
ALPP has completed 7 acquisitions to date while most other OTC companies are trying to change their ticker symbol lol.
ALPP is as Real Deal as it gets.
Plus the announcement of “Fortune 100” “EV Customers” in Silicon Valley is gold.
ALPP provides goods and services to the biggest companies in the world :)
OTCers can’t figure it out. Oh well lol. More for me.
Many will be blown away by how big this is going to get.
ALPP
So many great things going on at ALPP! Like the “Fortune 100” “EV customer” in Silicon Valley who’s buying “the most complicated and expensive” components ALPP has ever manufactured :) Make sure to check out last weeks CEO video:

Acquisitions of $20M to $30M is basically a given at this point.
I’ve said it before (and was right, as always) and I’ll say it again:
The bigger ALPP gets, the bigger the acquisitions will get.
There have been 7 acquisitions completed thus far (far more impressive than most OTCs which are busy changing their ticker symbols lol). The largest was in the $15M range.
ALPP is now a $50M company under normal economic conditions. A $20M+ acquisition is completely realistic, and what’s more: LIKELY
Actually, LIKELY in 2020
Some OTCers in the marketplace keep forgetting that ALPPs business model is, in major part, acquisitions.
$ALpP will be $100M+ company much faster than most realize ;)
That’s why the accumulation keeps growing
Great Day! Keep the accumulation going.
And you are 100% correct.
Mega acquisitions in the works already.
Mega contracts with “Fortune 100” “EV customers” in Silicon Valley already in progress (how many Fortune 100 EV companies are there in Silicon Valley?? Just one :) TESLA)
Smart money is loading up on ALPP.
$50M business. Tiny 111M o/s
Amazing!!
$ALPP Let the accumulation continue! Huge run coming here. Fortune 100 contracts in place. Tiny float :)
