Is it a GOOD SIGN or BAD SIGN seeing AMRN has NO PM volume?

Liamlinden and ALL longs - can AMRN BOD just make up the voting result 70% FOR vs 30% AGAINST? There was only one shareholder there vs the BOD members. Who and where is the audit trail for the votes?

Liz, I do know about the 5% shares to call a special meeting. What I meant is Denner MAY FAIL to elect new directors when the total VOTE for his directors is less than 50% of the O/S (400M share). :=)

jasbg IF Liamlinden's info about the AGM is correct, I would agree with your assessment/feeling PROVIDED the abstained votes is less than 30% (120M shares) of the total O/S (400M shares). Denner will have a difficult time to call a special meeting to elect new directors with less than 50% of total O/S shares. Hopefully we will find out tomorrow if AMRN files a 8-K. We'll see. liamlinden, Thank you for your update on AGM! 70% PASSED is quite a HUGE number. Did they say what the total votes is? 70% out of how many MILLION votes? i.e, 70% out of 100M total votes because 300M votes are ABSTAIN? TIA

jasbg Did you get some? One other advantage for EVFM SP to sustain the uptick is there's so little available shares to short. There are ONLY 14.7M shares O/S compared to AMRN 400M shares O/S

OT to HDGabor, Yesterday EVFM gave me 45% GAIN due to the US SC ruling against Roe v Wade. I think EVFM's only drug Phexxi can get REALLY HOT with WS and retail traders/gamblers/speculators for sometimes to come https://www.yahoo.com/now/phexxi-prevented-99-pregnancies-per-124600317.html This is one of the reason I told you that I'm tracking it after losing 20% on my initial trade. cbb, As stated in my previous post I sold all my shares. I'm now in AMRN SHORT position with $1.96 average. If there is not a lot more volume by EOD, I can see SP < $1.90 at close today. We'll see. GLTA Longs + Shorts (like me:=)

AMRN SP is moving like a very typical Friday penny stock. Most traders/weak holders/gamblers WANT TO EXIT so they do not have to hold the stock over the weekend. I was thinking the up trend due to Denner's ASM tactic would override this normal behavior. UNFORTUNATELY so far, into almost 2 trading hours it shows the norm trend is prevailing. I'm out! It may not look pretty at close today.

cbb, EXPECT is the word I meant to use, based on my instinct and analysis I have on AMRN at this particular time period. I think Denner has given a very clear goal "TURN AMRN VALUE TO WHAT IT SHOULD BE". The UNCLEAR things are HOWs and WHEN. At least he shows a little bit of the how by disclosing that he'll ABSTAIN this time at ASM proxy election just to see how much support he'll have. I'm quite sure he'll disclose more after this 1st initial step. I guess the only action for TRUE LONG HOLDERS is WAITING FOR DENNER's next step. Fortunately, I'm NOT A TRUE LONG HOLDER. That gives me more freedom to swing trade AMRN to the best of my short term analysis and instinct (after tracking AMRN for several years). We all can always HOPE for things to turn out the way we expect:=) GLTU!!

Liz, NO PROBLEM:=). Another very encouraging sign is today close is the HIGHEST CLOSE since the Q1 report disaster 5/4/2022. I just hope and pray that Amateurish AMRN IR does not release another GOOD NEWS tomorrow, Friday. Should they not know by now is Friday SHOULD and MUST be reserved ONLY for BAD NEWS?

NEW Intraday HIGH $1.97 since June 9, 2022. This is a very good bullish direction. I still expect to see SP > $2.0++ by tomorrow. If not, Monday can be a DOWN DAY if the ASM's result votes showing not much "abstention" support for Denner. We'll see.

jasbg, I would recommend to get it ASAP. After that you should transfer ALL your stocks from the Denmark broker to Fidelity. This way you can trade both ways, LONG & SHORT as many times a day as you want with no FEE. GLTU!=)

It looks like volume rate is getting better to support a BIGGER GREEN DAY. Keep all my fingers and toes tightly crossed:=)

We'll have the rest of trading week to see if SP>$2.++. That's what I anticipate and hope SP will behave like I expect it. Next Monday will be a MAKE or BREAK for SP after the ASM and the proxy vote. I hope the uptick will maintain after Monday. Either way I will sell my long position and may go short depending on how strong/high is the rise. That's what I'm hoping for. GLTA longs!!

Now I can see why Denner just want 6% of the O/S. He could have bought more to average down BUT it seems Denner definitely has A CLEAR LONG TERM STRATEGY to deal with AMRN management and to turn the company around and make good $$ ROI. I like that:=)

tke458, NO, I would not categorize it as WEAK. Even though I was hoping for higher volume, I see the SP movement this week is a GOOD BULLISH SIGN. The volumes for 3 days this week are almost the same and we have almost higher low and higher high each day. That's BULL to me. We'll see. GLTA Longs!=)

Let's talk AMRN. I'm waiting for Denner's news/filing before ASM. The way I see it that there's NO BAD NEWS from Denner. If he comes out against AMRN management, WS and retailers will say aha! now there's true activist investor keeping an eye & everything else on AMRN management. It's a good thing. If he comes out in some sort of agreement with AMRN management. WS and retailers will say aha! now AMRN management is heading Denner's way. It's a good thing. That's one of the reasons I'm HOLDING LONG :=)

HDGabor I read all of that and that's why I'm tracking it. I see all of the uncertainties and potential risks are opportunities to swing a stock. It's just me LOL:=)

HDGabor I dumped it with 20% loss. I'm tracking it now for an opportunity to get back in. It has one good product like AMRN and hopefully it can add some other extension to it.

I just added more shares at $1.71. I'm HOLDING LONG until news from either Denner or AMRN.

AMRN seems to maintain the UP TICK if both Denner & AMRN keeps issuing positive news until ASM. I went long heavily yesterday around $1.75. I'm holding until I see $2.00+ range. We'll see. GLTA longs + shorts:=)

NICE news is a solid great news for AMRN this early Friday morning. I decided to close my short and went long PM. Now I'm waiting for the FOMO wave to kick in to sell and go short again. Hopefully all will be executed TODAY. GLTA longs +shorts!
