jasbg IF Liamlinden's info about the AGM is correct, I would agree with your assessment/feeling PROVIDED the abstained votes is less than 30% (120M shares) of the total O/S (400M shares). Denner will have a difficult time to call a special meeting to elect new directors with less than 50% of total O/S shares. Hopefully we will find out tomorrow if AMRN files a 8-K. We'll see.
