I'm blind, yet you're the one completely speculating on dilution.
Okay.
Oh yeahhh, there's sooooo much dilush.
Dude there's like 15 million shares in the OS.
Almost every company needs money to keep the lights on...Do you use your credit card?
Even if this dilution never stopped, its relatively NOTHING. The only thing pushing pps down is the sentiment with management.
When anything becomes filed here, everyone will see how minor the dilution was as the tiny SS allows a huge run.
Wow, lol.
Your wit is matched only by your knowledge of trading.
It's been cool exposing that.
Okay, so according to you...
I'm a liar.
I'm struggling with my average that's less that $.02.
I have a low threshold for humor.
I shouldn't correct you when you spread your idiocy.
But I'm embarrassing myself...
You've proven my case well enough on your own, perhaps I will go to bed.
Oh, I apologize. Was the topic of discussion here my idiotic statement about stop signs, or yours?
Did I presume to know about your portfolio like a fool, or was that you?
It is funny to me, and plenty of others on here I'd guess.
Someone that doesn't even know that, is on here preaching?
Yikes.
My portfolio looks fine pal, I'm not worried about my entry here at all.
Regardless of the sentiment of many around here, it is nice to see so much interest.
This company has plenty of good things going for it.
LMAO
Stop signed by the sec?
News flash, OTC Market is not part of the SEC...Nor are they a regulatory agency in any sense.
Also, I don't mean to be insensitive to those who trusted the timeline would work out 100% according to plan- those who are down huge percentages.
I've been there. I've sweated out plays similar to this where it seems like it will never come. You've just got to understand things in this world are almost always happening slower than investors and even officers expect. In the end, once the correction finally happens, you will make your money back. IMO, this correction is completely inevitable with this SS.
After the correction, news comes of a company's successful operations and the run begins. There's plenty of cash to be made if you can handle the pressure.
Nothing is free. Good luck fellow longs.
Reverse mergers take time, and serious attention to detail.
They've actually been pretty transparent about most everything, and continue to talk to investors, albeit, not what most want to hear.
Once these fins drop, a huge MC correction will take place and every person here will be elated to have had shares in a company with less than a billion shares in the OS.
That's real stock trading. You don't make money buying once at the top. You find something that's insanely undervalued and defeated for reasons none other than investors are sweating, and you buy the value that's become hidden. If you still see value, average down, if you don't take your losses.
IMO the company is on a fine timeline, just not the planned one. I can't think of many plays I've had where the dates worked out as expected, especially not with R/Ms.
Plenty of value.
Their platform is great. It's responsive both on the mobile and non-mobile versions. It looks good, and I'm not surprised how efficiently it's increased sales.
The brand has serious momentum, as it penetrates more and more markets like brakes bumpers etc.
Ford is now completely dropping all cars not called Mustangs, that's because there is only markets for trucks which now get insane gas mileage. Check for yourself. The market for these aftermarket parts, of which L4L's operations have become in tune with other online powerhouses like Amazon in providing these auto parts, is absolutely huge and getting bigger.
The market cap is what, a couple hundred thousand? Um, YES. There's value here, lol.
No, because it's funny and ironic.
I agree.
With a completion of a M/A so close, and so many other catalysts happening, I'm sure updates are constantly changing. This means there's no point to update constantly right now when so much is going on, at least not until something big is finalized.
Investors were given a pretty presentation of what's happening behind the scenes, why should the company continue releasing PRs about the same stuff.
The audited numbers come out each quarter and they look amazing- with no end in sight. Many of the numbers and details some are calling for are too specific, and allow competitors (the ones constantly trying to bring this company down) too much information about the company's operations.
There are HUGE insiders with hundreds of millions of shares here, from MKR and it's execs, to Andrew Garnock- all who haven't sold a share, but instead have increased their positions.
This isn't a hard play to follow.
Well, I am filled up here.
I've remained on the bid to slow the bleeding and get the best cost I could, but I'm getting back to my other plays now while Tim's friends fill their portfolios with FLES for the ride up.
Now, we wait for the 52 week low to turn into the 52 week high.
Shouldn't be long with this share structure.
Good points.
It's nice to see there's plenty of other investors who can't see this dropping below .02 and have their bids in.
There's too much value at this market cap.
I think at $.02 you'd better empty the couch cushions!
Will someone get me a facepalm emoji?
As I said, no offense.
It was more of a statement than a question.
The question mark was more directed toward your brain fart question.
No offense.
Just other orders happening. It's not technically a first come first serve business.
Other orders transacting at .02?
Man, 2 million shares...
And this will probably run to a dollar in short notice when management makes any move at all.
Which I'm sure they plan to do, as they're really set-up to succeed here.
I'm not sure people realize how thin this will be with such a small amount of shares. Hell they could dilute for a year at this rate and it will still be thinnn.
Even if the numbers are give-or-take while being audited, $3 milly per quarter in revs with 20 mil OS trading in $change is ridiculous.
FLES is fun to watch while it's limping around..Imagine when it's galloping!

Bids at $.02 getting larger.
Looks like this thing has finally gotten sideways.
One whisper from the company and their operations and we'll be up and away.
Tim's friend is about to fill and he'll stamp the paperwork subsequently.. don't worry.
Only kidding.
For those that need help finding their way.
https://www.sec.gov/oiea/Complaint.html
Well, this play didn't work out.
Others should feel free to file fraud complaints to the sec for BRKK.
I just did.
Agreed, a couple "longs" have been doing it a lot.
At least most of us see through it.
Love seeing more gummies in more hands.
VRUS has given investors plenty of time to get their chips in.
Time to surprise the rest.
Just depends if you think $3 million in revs per quarter with about 20 million OS is good.
Sounds good.
Good luck to you!
I couldn't help but laugh at the similarities to the pictures in the ibox with those of JB*Y back in the day.
Brought back bad memories!
Can't do anything about where it's come from, but it is now very oversold.
Do you guys see the MC??
Definite buy down here.
Looks good if you like buying at the bottom of plays, not the top of them.
For one, it's nice to see bids not being slammed into.
Second, I actually don't mind the flipping here.
In this case they're reducing the spread which in turn promotes less flipping.
There's life here, and I think it's about to get interesting.
$FLES$
We just posted our updated investor presentation on the Verus website... https://t.co/lwK5THHE8x

I've seen some t trades that meant nothing, while others have actually ended notes.
Without an update stating such though, it's basically impossible to tell if it was just a mid day catch-up or what.
Rarely will companies discuss this anyway unless the note was detrimental.
Just another step forward.
Doesn't seem very deceptive having an ungagged TA.
It takes money to keep the lights on during a merger involving many position, practice, and corporate changes. If this is seriously going to be the rate of dilution for a while while FLES does 2-3 mil in revs per quarter, sign me up.
FLES getting there. I'd expect full transparency soon. Imagine that price correction!
For those asking..
Straight from the TA.

Idk, I really think they've simply run into some road blocks, which happens all the time with merging companies taking serious corporate actions.
They're at the point now where they know what's at stake. They've given a couple dates that have fallen through for whatever reason. Again, I don't believe this was meant to be at the expense of shareholders, just glitches that happen in the business world- the summer one at that.
They've communicated the share structure which is updated as of today, and they've also passed along some quick revenue numbers so shareholders can do their own math.
Until they iron our what they need to, and get the company in a progressive state, including audited fins (their first priority), information other than the basic numbers doesn't need to be readily available. This way, they can present themselves and their vision of FLES' future in a productive manner that invokes a steady rise in pps.
These things just take more time than anybody wants, including management, I can assure you. Like I said, we know the ss, we know the revenues, there's just no way they'd go through all this work to PR false revenues in the midst of being audited.
I think shareholders here are about to be rewarded, but that's just one opinion of many. That doesn't mean I don't understand some other's frustrations. No matter what, it's on the inevitable business timeline, not shareholder's.
WOW! Only 12 million OS?
LOL, some thought we were to 20 or more. Even then, this ss would be pristine.
FLES is looking more than great still. I have no doubt good things are coming.
