I'd rather not...slow and steady growth means better support
~PBLS: SMA(10) just crossed SMA(50)...SMA(20) over SMA(50) and SMA(10) over SMA(100) on deck!
SMA(10) just crossed SMA(50)...SMA(20) over SMA(50) and SMA(10) over SMA(100) on deck!
with an existing account, though, right?
GOD I WANT LEVEL II SERVICE
there *must* be news coming...holy cow, that's 75%!!!
perhaps this really is the buyback...if the O/S/float numbers are correct via monkey's post, perhaps Mike meant that they are preliminary and the filing will have even better numbers.
~PBLS @ .044...climbing again
are you freakin' psychic? no sooner did I read your post and look at the clock then 130K went through at .042....
you give me the willies....
fine...if Ingen is so sincere and honest why did they not disclose they were $6M in debt prior to the filing?
somewhat OT: Bush signed a law that makes 25% of iHub posts and 99.9% of RB posts punishable by law....get your finger on the delete trigger

open mouth, insert foot...hahaha!
looks like we've got a few profit-takers in our midst...I'll be satisfied if it holds at +20%
Agreed....New England looked like the dynasty this weekend. I was really proud that they came out with such a solid and forceful demeanor given the negative press given them over the year. I've always liked Belichek and Brady and if they win the bowl again they will have deserved it.
not sure, but the growth has been so tight (except for today) I wonder if it's scaring alot of flippers out...I'll bet some flippers sold at .042/.043 thinking they'd get another buy-in at .04 like we've had for the past week, but they got burned when we sailed up to .048...close should be interesting
yeah that was a bummer about Palmer...thought the Bengals had a great shot at the AFC championship this year (though not the superbowl)...Kitna did great for a while...congrats Steelers fans...good luck in Indie next week
And as to the unwise time, I meant that the company looked like it was worth much more than .04 due to the company's promises, hype, etc...if I hadn't taken their word for it I would not have bought at .04 because it was near the top of what looked like a run...
it dropped to .03 then, and then to .02, and I didn't sell because I still believed Sand's BS about the company's future. Then the R/S came and that was the end of it, and Sand's shareholder confidence turned out to be unfounded and most of us felt duped. Which we were, as some of us called the company and were told no R/S was being discussed.
I'm confused as to why you take issue here.
When a company makes promises and beefs itself up it's trying to attract investors; that is, people who are willing to give their money to help the company further their growth. When an investor buys in because of the company's hype, there is an expectation that the company will be acting in the investor's best interest.
Sand has shown quite clearly that they were *not* acting in the investors best interest, because now a great number of investors will have to wait for an extremely long period just to break even.
And so we're pissed. And we have every right to be. I see nothing wrong with that.
~PBLS @ .043
I believe that to be the case...there were a couple 250K trades in that period in my play-by-play during that time period.
DOWNSWING? You call a drop from .02 to .005 in little trading time a DOWNSWING? No sir, that is a *plummet*.
It's not about making a 'quick' buck. What if you were a long and invested good money in the company? You are now at a heavy loss and will have to wait a *very* long time (as opposed to merely a long time) to so much as break even.
That's my beef with Sand's attitude. You need flippers and traders to generate cycles, but you need investors also. I bought in at would otherwise be an unwise time to buy because I believed their BS about their company's future. And I figured 6 months down the road my investment would pay off.
It ain't gonna happen...there is no way the price will go up 16 times by then...in fact, I wouldn't put any money on this to return to $1.60 range in 4 years.
PPS highest we've seen since mid-October
when? I seem to have missed that...
did you check with the T/A to see if all the authorized shares were oustanding? did you check the float?
~PBLS .04 and breaking out
furthermore, why wait till after hours to post the reverse split? That guaranteed a huge gap down...wouldn't the company have done it during the day when investors could have at least gotten out without a giant loss?
Did you check with the transfer agent to confirm?
it doesn't make sense for MMs to cover during the reverse split...since most pinkies are scams anyways, MMs very rarely cover. The day the R/S was announced IGTN was removed from the Reg SHO list...why would the MMs have covered if it wasn't necessary?
Ingen may have a product, but as of yet they are still ridiculously in debt and don't have much of a future without some takers...
looks like a cautious Monday morning...everyone is waiting to see where this one will go...
serf, I'm on your side. Sand has a very poor reputation with veteran investors and rightfully so...it is my opinion that the stock was on the SHO list because Ingen was short selling it themselves, and used the R/S (and the way it was released) to allow themselves a cheap position covering. Not only is that sneaky but it is also indicative of the kind of respect Sand has for people who give him money to support his company: complete lack thereof.
I believe this to be the case because anyone with investors in mind knows that a R/S spells certain doom for current investors...any pinky worth a damn knows that to maintain shareholder confidence share retirement is the only way things will work. Share buyback and retirement indicates the company is moving forward in a positive direction (or at least is planning to do so). Ingen behaved themselves in a manner that to me constitutes blatant disregard for the money that was given to them after their constant hype.
Therefore, I believe we can expect further dilution to occur. Ingen is making dangling carrot PRs again, which means they don't have any actual news to report and need people to buy their shares. I wouldn't be surprised if we see another R/S a year from now....
sigh
some people don't mind buying $85.75 worth of stock, I guess....perhaps it was on blue light at Wal-Mart
today the SMA(10) crossed the SMA(20) *and* the SMA(5) crossed the SMA(50).....who let the bulls out??
The gap in my wallet! lol
there does seem to be heavier buying pressure on the ask, though (though I don't have Level II so this is conjecture)
PBLS up 10-15% at open...again!
looks like daily increments of 15-25%...it's Friday, think the weekly sellers will stop the trend?
low volume though...might be the MMs a' trollin'
that really screws up my charts over E-Trade when they do that...grrrr....
a misspelled one at that....whoops
I agree about the smart players here...the past 4 days have been *very* methodical, judging by the moving averages....even looking at 60 and 30 min intervals the charts still look like clockwork.
what's with the .02 sells?
