Will there be an end of year bulk order this year, yes or no? So far, the facts point to no, at least for Publix.
Why would they order more product, if they can't even move the product that they have now within a year's time.
Correction, Publix still hasn't gone through it's inventory of Bellissima even after one year. We know that to be fact, as the product is still sitting there with clearance stickers on the bottles.
If you see that as a positive, well good luck to you.
What exactly are insinuating to be B.S.?
The fact is, the same inventory from 2017 is sitting on the shelves in Publix stores. Are you arguing that to be B.S?
If so, you may want to revisit the financial statements that are there in the public domain.
Clearly, Bellissima doesn't sell very well, if the inventory from 2017 still hasn't turned over.
It's not a game. One can choose to believe the facts, or one can choose to live in a false reality and perhaps find themselves bamboozled by wishful thinking.
Truth of the matter, if Rich had a large end of the year bulk order to relay to the investment community, he would be speaking about it. Time don't wait for no body.
What's at stake, is that if Publix or another chain store doesn't place a bulk order soon in time for holidays, investors will find themselves dismayed by the very real possibility that revenues will be down year to date. Some are touting that there will be "millions in revenues" when so far, that appears to be wishful thinking.
So seeing insomuch as what is known today, the product on the shelves in Publix currently is from the order the was placed over a year ago, it would therefore appear that Bellissima has a lackluster turnover within that marketplace.
Publix seemingly placed a large order to receive a bulk order discount, although by the time they factor in the hidden cost of maintaining and storing the excess inventory for a year, the cost savings would have been offset.
So my question is, why would Publix place another large order, if after a year, they've tested the demand for the product, and quite frankly, it doesn't seem to be moving fast enough to warrant placing any new bulk orders?
It's questions such as these that investors would like to see addressed.
ICNB
It can be speculated both ways, yet what is known as fact, as of September 13, 2017, news of the initial Publix order was communicated to the market:
http://m.marketwired.com/press-release/iconics-bellissima-prosecco-sparkling-wines-be-available-publix-supermarkets-otc-pink-icnb-2233536.htm
Here we are more than a year later, and now the narrative is that we won't know until 4 weeks before the holidays whether Publix will reorder.
Seems if there indeed would be a reorder, the investment community would know about it already, given that by this time last year, said news was already communicated.
As more time elapses, it will be a foregone conclusion that there will be no Publix reorder at all. We shall have to wait and see.
ICNB
The truth is in the pudding.
Vis-à-vis "millions of dollars in revenue", that seems to be limited to last year's financials. What about this year, seeing as Publix hasn't reordered.
Could it be that the product is not selling as well as some are touting?
We are approaching what should be the pivotal period for prosecco sales and still no news of a Publix reorder. That is troubling to say the least.
ICNB
That unfortunately is not how it works. Again, one is confusing the stock with the product itself, and so far, Bellissima appears to be a seasonal product at best.
I'm not going to argue with you. I wish you well, but consider that knowing Rich, there won't be additional news to keep the momentum going.
There is nothing to look forward to except a R.S. Why do you think traders are already cashing out? The elephant in the room is here to stay.
Let's not forget about the elephant in the room: the impending R.S.
If you are a trader, you are making money today.
If you are a long, you are not out of the woods yet.
Good luck to those holding going into the R.S. I'm all out. Made some money here, lost some as well, live to trade another day.

Wouldn't be the first or the 2nd time $TXTM ran from precisely this level
Same goes for not hating the messenger. To think of all the nasty names I was called last summer, when all I did was attempt to expose the truth about Johnny Fakecone and his share selling scheme.
The writing was on the wall the entire time. Looks like much hasn't changed here, except the share price. Yikes!

Rome wasn't built in a day. Had a very informative call with the company. All is good, in fact, better than good. A little more patience needed here is all.

There are no absolutes with pennies.
Holding pennies for too long is usually a recipe for complete disaster; however, to say that it will "always" be that way is not sincere and truthful.
Every once in a while a true winner emerges. Too early to say if RSHN will be that type of stock.
Place your bet, or don't.
If/when cannabis revenues start to flow, it wouldn't be unconscionable to see ICNB's market cap multiply many times over.
Take Pink Sheet company Potnetwork Holdings (POT-N) for example, with 2018 six month revenues of 12 million and a current market cap of ~125 million.
Something like that would translate to at least a 20× multiple to ICNB's current market cap.
#if you build it, they will come
$ICNB getting noticed by the cannabis investment community on twitter:
Great timing, great news! Puts $ICNB at the center of one of the hottest spaces in the cannabis sector: beverages. I'm not selling a share of this today. Should be the start of a fresh leg to .01. When they lock in a JV partner... boom.

ICNB
You do realize that ICNB owns 51% of Bellisima wines, and that is not to say that ICNB will own more or less of a percentage of this new perspective cannabis joint venture. These appear to be separate businesses, and so we don't yet know the details of what ICNB's ownership stake will be in this new brand, but you are welcome to speculate.
Something to consider, what is greater, 1% of a billion dollars, or 100% of a million dollars?
There'd be no disconnect between the stock and the brand/s so long as the shareholders are seeing significant revenues; ownership percentages are not what matter, the actual size of the pie is what does.
Happy Labor Day weekend to all. Cheers.
ICNB
Read, the PR again, it states "international" cannabis joint venture.
Jeff Sessions has no jurisdiction in say Canada, where cannabis will be legal on a federal level come October 17th:
https://www.usatoday.com/amp/716470002
ICNB
Correct, takes a few days for news to sink in. Excellent timing on Rich's part to release this news before the long holiday weekend.
Come Tuesday, the investment community will have properly evaluated the merits of this news, and folks will be placing their bets accordingly on whether the exploration of an international cannabis joint venture becomes in fact a reality.
ICNB
Doesn't work that way. Flippers will be scooping up shares on the bid and will be selling on the ask into the next set of news.
Those selling now are the ones that are afraid of missing out on profits, should this continue to slide and consolidate.

This is settin' up perfectly for the penny break, but as with everything in life, patience is a virtue.
Some will take a small profit, which is fine, and others with an ample amount of patience, will bank even larger profits, if all goes as expected.
Flippers bring liquidity to the market, which is a wonderful thing to have.

The bid is even more massive than the last time this went to .0026, very interesting.
TXTMassive run coming, matter of time.
Not even close, none of this is applicable to TXTM because the Senteeko Estate is being held on a 49 year notarial lease from the local tribe:
Same here Doog, enjoy your weekend and the R&R.
Looking forward to seeing what next week brings.
Cheers!
RSHN held strong today. The chart needed the green candle, and we got it.
Could start moving back up next week after a little more consolidation, imho.
Have you ever heard the expression, the past is prologue? Doesn't really matter what occurred in the past, because TXTM in the future, with a license, will make even those that don't dream dream again.
You admitted yourself, your mistake.
You are naive to think that. With a license, this will be acquired for top dollar. Have you taken a look around the cannabis sector lately? Mergers and acquisitions are on the rise like never before. Tick tock
TXTM
You don't get it. PLPL acquired a majority stake in TXTM, for when the license comes, TXTM will be seamlessly sold to a major biotech company, while PLPL remains owned by the Duffields. The plan is already in motion and was engineered for optimal success, imho.
Yeah, I somewhat agree with that sentiment, but to slightly modify the notion, they won't be crying if they sold for a profit, and if they'll be buying back in cheaper in time for the MJ Fall Madness season.
Timing is key, and no one cries from taking a profit, let's be realistic

Could see more consolidation from here looks like. The folks that didn't take their profits today, will be looking to take them tomorrow, imho.

If they were trying hard to pump this, the company could have released a PR after they submitted the final documents last week, but they didn't.
At this point, the license is all that matters and the company is well aware of that. I believe they'll get the license regardless of what others say, or will say. It's not a matter of if with TXTM, but a matter if when.
Seems that with the successful site inspection that we had last month, and with the final documents now submitted for review, the license can be granted at anytime. Perhaps a matter of a couple weeks once all the i's have been dotted and t's have been crossed.
These trip6's will be worth a fortune once the license is granted, we both know that to be true.
So the whales can load before the material event is announced. Don't hate the player, hate the game.
How much are you picking up, or are you still here for "entertainment purposes", hmmm?

If the SEC can prove wrongdoing, then yes, they'll assess a fine. I'm quite positive that Roger will make a statement soon whether he'll contest these allegations, or not.
Remember although rare, cases like these do get dismissed. Guess we'll find out soon enough.
