Sales volume will do that too. With 3 million expecting mothers out there shopping, how many pints can we sell now?
Big sales numbers will bring shelf space. Does this do the trick?
3M is a lot of pregnant bellies
That’s a pretty interesting endorsement
I like this strategy a lot
Last problem was getting people to try and buy, and maybe now they have that “licked” (pun intended)
Official ice cream of the american Pregnancy association?
In response to your last post, did you see this?
Nightfood has been named the Official Ice Cream of the American Pregnancy Association. Compared to regular ice cream, Nightfood is higher in calcium, magnesium, zinc, protein and fiber, and contains less sugar, fewer calories, and is lower glycemic. In addition, Nightfood has enzymes and amino acids that aid in digestion and can reduce heartburn. Management believes this designation and recommendation from the American Pregnancy Association will expose the brand to a large base of new consumers, and drive a volume of new demand that will support an effective national roll-out of the ice cream line.
I think we’re in great shape if pregnant women eat as much ice cream as is portrayed in media
How will they make inroads into the market though?
How big is the pregnant ice cream market
I don't care how big the market is for stretch cream, nipple cream, itching prevention cream, just want to know about ice cream.
taken from your link at https://www.trendsmarketresearch.com/report/analysis/MMR/pregnancy-products-market
On the basis of product type, the global pregnancy products market is classified into stretch mark minimizer, body restructuring gel, toning & firming lotion, itching prevention cream, nipple protection cream, breast cream, stressed leg product, and others.
$33.2 million?
that link is garbage
Google says there are 130 million babies born every year. at $33.2 million, that means the average pregnant mom spends about TWENTY FIVE CENTS on pregnancy care products.
you can't even get a gumball for 25 cents, much less stretch mark cream or one prenatal vitamin
Well said!! Big opportunity, on track, just a few extra quarters of patience...
Didn’t they already announce months ago that it wouldn’t be anywhere close to that?
Wow that’s interesting...
I think the pregnancy angle is great, but never thought of the next generation of Nightfood fans!!!
It actually is Lowes Foods (or Lowe’s Foods)
can't wait for that in-store advertising to kick in, so they can sell more award winning ice cream.
have the guys calling the product names on this board even tried it??
Oh right. I forgot.
Some posters insisted NGTF hired actors to manufacture fake ice cream. And what a great job they did faking that interview on Fox Business
And I guess they photoshopped the Oprah magazine and today show?
I’ll move on!! Thanks for the reminder
??????
Please check back on your algo prediction of NGTF stock price and let us know how that’s doing. It was a long time ago so I don’t remember.
Did it have $.33 for today?
Probably did because most of what you post tends to be beyond reproach
Company making some exciting moves that all doom and gloom posts from disgruntled posters and shorts might get nervous about
Why are you so disgruntled?
Some of us are very happy and excited for the opportunity we see in NGTF
We have 2020 vision. Hahaha
It’s ok if you don’t share that vision. Company is making progress on many fronts and the product is great
Could be a good one. 700 supermarkets isn’t chopped liver.
dis·grun·tled
/?dis'gr?n(t)ld/

angry or dissatisfied.
They are OBVIOUSLY disgruntled. it's not an assumption. He can be disgruntled and telling the truth, or disgruntled and lying.
My point is, what difference does it make to this board?
Now, let's assume what they're saying about News Corp is 100% true. How in the world does that impact NGTF investors?
are you saying that they wouldn't actually put the promotional items up in the public places where everybody would be able to see if they are there or not?
Is that your position?
Otherwise, how is a post from a DISGRUNTLED employee of $8 Billion news corp relevant to the people on this board?
Are you calling for an investigation into NEWS CORP?
can you post the link of that News America employee quote?
To be clear, you're posting something from a disgruntled employee who got passed over for a promotion within News America, a division of News Corp. Yes, THAT NEWS CORP. The GLOBAL MEDIA CONGLOMERATE with a market cap of over $8 Billion.
And you're posting this review from a disgruntled News Corp employee on the NGTF board for what exactly?
how is this persons dissatisfaction with their management relevant to NGTF investors?
????????????????????
One Brands acquired for $397M
Did you guys see this today?
https://www.foodbusinessnews.net/articles/14393-hershey-to-acquire-one-brands-for-397-million
To anybody saying "the big guys will just come along and do it", don't we think Hershey could have launched a new nutrition bar? Just like last year they acquired Skinny Pop for over $1 billion
Say what you want about where Nightfood is at, but the idea of a big company coming in with sleep ice cream should be way down the list of concerns
The question of “what’s to stop the big brands from doing it” has been answered before
Please have a look at dozens of snack and drink start ups that the “big guys” could have done, and yet these have all been acquired already or remain private all with valuations in the hundreds of millions of not billions
Halo top
Talenti
Vitamin water
Chobani
RXBar
skinny pop
Bai
krave beef jerky
boom Chicka pop
Siggis
5 hour energy
monster
Honest Tea
GT kambucha
body Armor
I could list dozens more. Please pick any one of the above (or one of your choosing not on this list) and let me know what kind of special protection they had against the “big guys” that Nightfood doesn’t
The way people are posting about Nightfood is really something. Consumers seem genuinely excited. Not just the moms. their facebook posts and ads get amazing comments to. but check out the moms from across the country
https://momsmeet.com/program/nightfood-ice-cream/
https://momsmeet.com/program/nightfood-ice-cream-2/#comments
https://momsmeet.com/review/nightfood-ice-cream/#comments
And yes, I know the reviews are not 100% universally perfect. what product is? There are almost 7,000 posts there. have a look at any 10-15 of them (or more)
What I'm focused on is the raw excitement consumers are showing. That, plus the rollout...wow!
I see that. Well it was too easy
I also do like Rock Around The Clock
Can’t go wrong if that guy is on the team. They could call the ice cream Hot Poo and it would still do great!
I didn’t know that about beyond meat. Do you think that’s part of what’s pushing the crazy high valuation? Fanatical fans of the brand buying stock?
This must be a funny one because when these “toxic” guys came in the stock was a few pennies
I guess you could call anything “toxic” if you wait long enough??
Who knows, already saw almost 20x growth with the toxic debt. Seems reasonable to think there would be more
If you were on this board 18 months ago, will you admit you’d have been saying the same thing about the notes?
The wording of their post makes me doubt it but it would be good to know
Any idea if they’re in Walmart nationally, regionally, or just a some stores here and there? I went on their site but couldn’t find a store locator
What do you guys think of the invest-omer concept?
Agreed. Certainly makes a compelling case for the market and demand
Yes, it's in their 8K. they've been with the same lender for 2 years, since the stock was under a dime in 2017. Costs money to launch a product. I'm no expert, but I don't think the first few months (or quarters) are typically profitable.
from the 8K:
Eagle has been providing similarly structured financing to registrant since September 8, 2017. The majority of these funds will go towards building Nightfood ice cream inventory and costs related to existing distribution partnerships as well as marketing and brand awareness to support the national roll-out.
So in 4.5 months, an average of under 300k shares/month have been issued, while they're rolling out ice cream nationally and signing huge celebrity deals.
pretty awesome!
here's your post from March (post 2363):
The iBOX now shows...
Outstanding Shares: 52,933,793 as of 3/18/2019
OTC site only shows: Outstanding Shares: 52,706,450 3/15/2019
It's like the OS is increasing before the OTC site even knows it.
What's up?

Unless I misunderstood....
Totally forgot about that seal video, but they didn’t put out news on that did they?
The moms meet seal of approval
I’m sorry that happened to you
Thank you for responding
I don’t think it was the company taking about a seal as it’s not in the release I posted
I have no position on whether somebody on this board said anything about a seal...too many posts to remember
But when you say that NGTF hyped it, and continually accuse the company of hype, I think that paints an inaccurate picture.
Seems they’ve done a pretty good job of delivering on what they promise from a rollout and product standpoint.
I understand if you disagree, but I don’t understand why you continually accuse the company of being deceitful. You’ve used words like ruse and scam.
Look at their FB wall. People all over are saying how good the ice cream is, how their local supermarkets are sold out of this or that flavor.
What makes you think these guys are doing anything other than working hard to build a real company?
Wait, you said NGTF hyped the seal. Now you're suggesting we read the posts from other blog posters.
have you changed your story? Or are you still maintaining that NGTF hyped the seal?
Please clarify what you mean
not sure of everything posted on the board, you'll have to point me to the posts. But, blaming the company for what somebody posted on the board makes no sense. the company never mentioned a seal, as you can see from this press release:

Nightfood National Supermarket Rollout Supported by Moms Meet, Introducing Nightfood to Almost Two Million Moms Across the Country
TARRYTOWN, NY, June 12, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE – Nightfood, Inc. (NGTF), the innovative ice cream company solving America’s $50 billion-dollar nighttime snacking problem, today announced it has partnered with leading parenting community Moms Meet to support the Nightfood national supermarket roll-out.
Moms Meet, a division of May Media Group, LLC, is a community of moms with over 85,000 local Moms Meet groups comprising an estimated 1,700,000 members across the country. The fast-growing community of health-minded parents and caretakers introduces its members to new, healthy, and better-for-you products they can buy in their local supermarkets.
“The feedback we’re getting from the moms is simply amazing,” exclaimed Sean Folkson, Nightfood CEO. “Moms of kids that snack on less healthy choices before bed can now switch their kids to Nightfood. And, after the kids are asleep, it’s Nightfood for the grown-ups in the house.”
The contracted program calls for an initial test whereby 500 local host moms will conduct in-home sampling and product education meetings, attended by approximately 10,000 local member moms. The program is tightly geo-targeted to reach moms that live within a few miles of supermarket locations that already carry Nightfood, focusing on Meijer supermarket locations in the Midwest and Lowe’s Foods stores in the Carolinas.
“We believe Moms Meet, with their powerful community of engaged moms, will serve as a fantastic partner in our national roll-out,” commented Nightfood VP of Ice Cream Sales Jim Christensen. “We can quickly seed each new market with a handful of heavy local users that are socially active. These moms have, on average, two kids in the house, so we expect per-household consumption to be strong.”
“Sleep-friendly ice cream is really the perfect lifestyle fit for our moms,” remarked Annie Douglass, Executive Vice President at May Media Group. “This is one of our most highly anticipated launches. There are over 3,700 comments on the Nightfood page on momsmeet.com since the launch of the program a few weeks ago. Moms across the country are clearly excited to try Nightfood.”
The 500 initial sampling events will be conducted in late June and July, the start of peak ice cream season. Should the tests prove successful, Nightfood intends to conduct thousands more Moms Meet sampling campaigns over the next several quarters as the brand rolls into supermarket chains across the country.
Nightfood Management is projecting coast-to-coast supermarket distribution secured by March 31, 2020. The award-winning product line currently has eight flavors available in supermarkets, and another nine SKU's in development, including 5 additional flavors of Nightfood ice cream, and 4 flavors of dairy-free, plant-based Nightfood.
About Nightfood Holdings:
Nightfood Holdings, Inc. (NGTF), owns Nightfood, Inc. and MJ Munchies, Inc.
On Feb 8, 2019, it was announced that Nightfood ice cream won the 2019 Product of the Year award in the ice cream category in a Kantar survey of over 40,000 consumers.
With the overwhelming majority of at-home ice cream consumption occurring in the hours before bed, Nightfood’s sleep-friendly nighttime ice cream, formulated by sleep and nutrition experts, delivers benefits found in no other product on the market.
Market research giant Mintel identified nighttime specific food and beverages as one of their most “compelling and category changing” trends for the coming years
Nightfood ice cream is rolling out nationally and has recently announced distribution in the popular Meijer supermarket chain throughout the Midwest, with concentration in the metropolitan areas of Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, Columbus, and Milwaukee, as well as Lowes Foods, with 78 stores in the Carolinas and Virginia.

MJ Munchies, Inc. was formed in 2018 as a new, wholly owned subsidiary of Nightfood Holdings, Inc. to capitalize on legally compliant opportunities in the CBD and marijuana edibles and related spaces. The Company intends to market some of these new products under the brand name “Half-Baked”, for which they’ve successfully secured trademark rights.
I think equity investment is the goal...a start up wouldn't be able to get traditional loans with the debt they have. just need to grow the biz and bring in the equity investors.
nobody smart trying to optimize their return would put 100K blocks up for sale. that's dumb trading, isn't it? They've been with this fund 2 years and have grown tremendously...gotta be something else going on, I think.
Beyond Meat
vita-coco
Nightfood
Honest Tea
What do these brands have in common?
Can you provide a link to your claim?
Agreed. They talked about this extensively months ago. With money being put to good use and growing the biz, it’s a good thing
seems rare to have a public company actually operating and growing in this space, as most of the others I follow turn up as scams. So, I understand a bit of natural skepticism from other posters on the board
not much public info available on Honest Tea, Halo Top, Vita Coco rxBar and some of the others, so don't really know what valuations would look like.
It's public that they were acquired for $1B, or $600 million (rx Bar) or that halo top was valued at $2 billion, but I just ask myself if I think the company will succeed or fail.
I think this will succeed. no idea on valuation, but it will be higher than whatever today's valuation is :)
can't imagine a dividend though
