It's a shame I didn't know sooner. Only a couple hours away. Would have been interesting to see what he had to say. Probably would have asked him what F500 companies are interested in this technology. ;)
Based on the last results, I can see them probably showing significant outcomes in their on-going studies. They started to see it trending there in the higher minute dose groups. Multiple doses will probably get it there too. Next results I believe are what? maybe 1Q 2016-mid2016? ....
"The Board will retain the discretion to determine whether or not to implement a reverse split through December 31, 2016." .... Honestly, if they can produce the right results early next year they may not need to do the reverse...
Because they're probably in the midst of some big reverse merger or funding deal... haha. I wish. :)
1.25mil volume yesterday... could the company switch be incoming soon?.... Never mind.. I see now.
Where did all this Wednesday stuff come from? If you really talked to the CEO, would he really tell you when the PR is coming? Isn't that insider? If a big deal was really on the table, he wouldn't be able to give any specific execution date, let alone heads up on news.... just "we're working on it."
Well thank you then... I'll be able to help you tomorrow if need be. :)
VNDM went back to 7 cents.. where this belongs.
Honestly if you can hold out for another 3-4 weeks to see if we get a PR, you might get out of the hole. If it closes below a cent you might want to stop loss. That looks like the support for now. Just my opinions though. Don't see it going below a cent though right now.
The Hard Rock discussion PR in October, where they said Hard Rock was interested in 2 of their properties. Of course we haven't have a LOI or 8k filing yet. The biggest issue most likely is funding. I'm optimistic funding could be successful due to the government backing of tourism and country development. It just seems like there is support in bringing these projects into the country.

We are 8 weeks since the Hard Rock discussions PR, and 3 weeks since last 8k. If there's no PR or no update by 12 weeks of Hard Rock PR, then I'd bail. There was an investor timeline posted awhile ago regarding Hard Rock development. I believe we are still inside the timespan.
But still, this could CAPV someday:

Wasn't this a 10-bagger on a little 8k alone? I've love to see what a positive PR does.
Overdue for a PR. They were PR happy this summer into October. Just had the 8k in November. Probably something will come out this month. Just need one solid one to bump a few pennies easy. Remember, all this moved on was the 8k. Let's see what a PR can do to it.
What's up with that bid? Is NITE trying to cover or something? (retail can also be run through NITE as well, does someone really want 400k shares? lol).
Wow what happened here... this stock could really use some positive encouragement, and a PR, sometime soon. At least some communication...
Incoming catalysts are all about guaranteed here (either with more filings and/or RM). Still a little shocked we had 3mil vol yesterday and absolutely no continuation today. Where did everyone go? Cutler could be sticking a pot of gold in this shell soon for all we know.
60% up today as of this post. Interesting action. We're overdue for our next leg up. I mean... you had to expect this kind of downside after a run that massive.. (it started at 0.0031 remember).
No I don't think so.... Nite was always sitting on ask with its 10k long before this ever ran or got attention.
lol... whose trying to buy 146k shares?
Anyone who did their homework on Cutler takeovers knows what's going to happen. The SS and float here are brilliant and probably was not picked by accident. Throw a legitimate company into this shell with this float and you got yourself the best play of your trading career.
You guys are hilarious...
You're correct.. no news was ever promised by a specific date. But when it does hit, you'll see a run double the last one. This is a hold right now. But feel free to sell and bring it down some more... I'll load up.
This is setting up for a beautiful run tomorrow... wouldn't be surprised to see 5+ cents with how thin.
You are correct. However, the play here is based on the idea that Cutler will now guide this shell into a reverse merger, as he's successfully done before in the past. For examples of this, please see the history of NHMD and SIGO.
$NDYN - Statement Curing Delinquency filed : https://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do?fileId=20151781307&masterFileId=19961022067
David Cutler has taken over $NDYN, filed statement curing delinquency on Friday..... https://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do?fileId=20151781307&masterFileId=19961022067 ....
Ladies and Gentlemen... I present to you Cutler's newest takeover..... https://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do?fileId=20151781307&masterFileId=19961022067 .... Strap in for the ride ahead...
Really doesn't matter what the next PR is... the company could sneeze now and this would probably jump a few cents... lol.. But I still think there is something real brewing behind the scenes...
Great day here today.. It will pop onto people's radar again for sure. I've built a nice stack since it crashed from it's last run... still hoping the "contract news before end of 2015" statement comes true.. The volume today is a good indication this might be coming. You can obviously see how much it moves with little volume. Positive contract news and this is multiple pennies.
When the news came out and the run began, I was almost like.. You know, I bet we'll close even or red. Just from our past experiences with these PR's. Was almost correct... Seems like this was sort of a life jacket thrown to us from the company after almost drowning yesterday. Don't worry, the big ship is coming though to save us.
Still closing nicely in the 2's, but the spread and manipulation is ridiculous. A 10 share sell to bring it down to .018? Sorry, no one is falling for that anymore. My shares are glued to me.
If I had a dollar for every time I heard the words we've hit the bottom or it's reversing, I'd have more money than what've I've made with HCTI.
I posted this about a few days back.. but either no one saw, or no one cared... but it is interesting..
Brian Stevendale (CAPV's ex-CEO that resigned end of October just a few weeks after the Hard Rock PR) has another company called Tangible Global Property Development. On their web site, it lists Cabo Verde as a market investment. See here: http://www.tangible.company/market-investments/cabo-verde/
On that page, it states: "Current investment opportunities - Secured bank funding for Mountain Hotel and Spa Resort in October 2015 and are working with development banks for finance other projects."...
Seems highly coincidental, don't you think? Even though he "resigned" from CAPV, could he still be wheeling and dealing with it from his other company, or is that statement just an unrelated coincidence he secured funding for something the same month at CAPV's Hard Rock PR? Hmmm...
Where in the SEC filing does it ever mention providing an update in 10 days? And where did this 8 days number come from anyways too?
Yep... I'm in for the inevitable run that will occur here. Past shell takeovers by Cutler have produced great initial pops. The amazingly low float here should make this one special. I'm surprised this hasn't hit anyone else's radar yet. I feel like I'm way too early to the party.
This volume is nothing right now... A few big buys and we are back at 5 cents within minutes. Respectfully though, we are only going to move on news at this point. Big reward of waiting for the next PR currently outweighs the risk imo, as long as it hovers 2 cents while waiting.
I like how it's holding... float definitely keeping it afloat. Longs not budging. The funny thing is... if any tiny bit of news hits this thing, it will erase all the red you've seen since the last run in minutes... It's ok. I'm patient. I'll sit right here.
Research Update... More things I've found to speculate on...
Quick RECAP before the new stuff:
"WILMINGTON, DE / ACCESSWIRE / October 6, 2015 / Cabo Verde Capital Inc. (the "Company") (OTC Pink: CAPV) (PINKSHEETS: CAPV), is very pleased to announce that it has entered into discussions with Hard Rock Hotels and Casinos to develop two locations in the Republic of Cabo Verde."
From 11/16 8k: "The Company has proceeded only with two of these projects, a vacation resort on the island of São Vicente and a 10ha block of land on the island of Sal."
------------
We've looked at the property on Sal island in previous posts, but let's big deeper into the "vacation resort on the island of São Vicente" they mention...
Now, CAPV had 2 prospective properties in São Vicente Island, one called "Fortim Mindelo" and another called "Simpatico Beach Baia." Although the 8k doesn't mention which specific São Vicente property was one of the two projects they decided to proceed with, the 8k uses the word "vacation resort." I assume it would be Fortim Mindelo, as it is referred to multiple times as a resort in past PR and on CAPV's current web site. (The Simpatico Beach Baia doesn't sound like a "resort".. it's described as "eleven 3 bedroom houses, a bar and a restaurant.") So I'm going to assume it's Fortim Mindelo....
Before falling into the hands of CAPV in 2014 (http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/cabo-verde-capital-executes-mous-otc-pink-capv-1924002.htm), this property known as The Fortim Mindelo Resort, was supposedly slated to be developed by Nikki Beach back in 2008/2009. See the following forum messages from 2008 for discussion related to this: (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=646407). However, do to unknown reasons, it looks like the development and construction was abandoned? (I can maybe assume it was around the time of the economic crisis of 2008/2009?) Nikki Beach sites no longer mention any Cape Verde development.
The property itself is in an amazing spot, situated on an elevated hill/mountain overlooking the bay. I found it on Google Maps: (https://www.google.com/maps/@16.8909137,-24.9928401,458m/data=!3m1!1e3). To confirm this indeed is the property, I went to CAPV's web site (http://www.caboverdecapital.com/projects/fortim-casino-sao-vicente/nggallery/page/4) and looked the computer-generated images of the development, and the landmarks match up. However, I can't find evidence that any finished construction ever completed here. Or if it was started, probably not finished... So could this be the spot Hard Rock is interested in? Nikki Beach sure was back in 2008.
Let's jump back to the 8k and look at the following: "On October 26, 2015, Brian Stevendale resigned as a director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. On that same day, John Duggan assumed the title of Chief Executive Officer and Secretary of the Company." Why would he resign after the "discussions with Hard Rock" PR has been something I can't figure out? Personal reasons? Or something more?
A look at his LinkedIn (https://uk.linkedin.com/in/brian-stevendale-57560a19), shows he is also CEO at Tangible - Global Property Development, whose web site lists Cabo Verde as an investment market (http://www.tangible.company/market-investments/cabo-verde/). Towards the bottom on the Cabo Verde page it states the following: "Current investment opportunities- Secured bank funding for Mountain Hotel and Spa Resort in October 2015 and are working with development banks for finance other projects." Hmm... The Fortim Mindelo is on an elevated, mountain-like property.. just sayin'. In fact, there's a mountain right behind the property! (https://www.google.com/maps/@16.89369,-24.992759,3a,75y,90t/data=!3m8!1e2!3m6!1s2524328!2e1!3e10!6s%2F%2Fstorage.googleapis.com%2Fstatic.panoramio.com%2Fphotos%2Fsmall%2F2524328.jpg!7i2048!8i1352) Could Tangible be somewhat involved with CAPV still (merger?), and subsequently be involved in some way with a Hard Rock development? Or is this un-related?
There you go, my latest findings... All speculation of course, but nonetheless interesting.
Wonder why the sudden burst? Big spread though.
No pump, 80% OS cancellation has turned this into a landmine. Any slight disturbance or even a little sliver of news, anything at all, will catapult this so far up that you'll all need barf bags. No pump or no scam.. just facts. Would you rather put your money in a dilution-infested, billion OS ticker, or a low float non-diluted ticker that's due for some news? I'm done sharing any more DD. It's all out there and you can come up with your own conclusions with your own research effort.
We'll close almost even FYI... this was an attempt to shake out some shares. Probably freaked out a few longs... but stock too strong and float too small to stay down here, news or no news. I'll be selling above 10 cents.
Obvious MM games... I've never ever seen so many 100 block trades in the past couple days on a ticker, and a 200 just went by to prop it back up. No more loose shares. They'll scare it down, hoping to shake, then bump it back up over a penny's worth!!! Today really is a bust trade day. Looking forward to next week. I'd be a little nervous if I was short a bunch.
