Haha. I’m an old old schooler here. I must admit, however, I gave up on them a bit ago. Still, I have alerts set on news releases and filings (how I saw the 10-k so quickly), and do hope maybe someday this gets a good run.
Woah, a 10-k.
This was a scam from the beginning to get lunch money for Nanotech through a silly license scheme. End of story.
In the latest nt10q states the following:
"Have all other periodic reports required under Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or Section 30 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 during the preceding 12 months or for such shorter period that the registrant was required to file such report(s) been filed ? If answer is no, identify report(s).
[ x ] Yes [ ]No "
Ummm.. isn't this a lie? or am I missing something?
Haha.. filings. That's a good one.
Exactly.. A well-designed scam by NTI to milk money from the market through a stupid license system, with no accountability or responsibility.
Or this means in 2 months they'll just do another extension, or build another loophole excuse situation to draw this scam out longer. Sorta hilarious they even bother updating us anymore with no fins being released.
Did these losers really release a PR with their financials still being late? Pure comedy.
It's their usual cookie cutter PR. Joint agreement with some unknown manufacturer.. of course testing is being finalized with no completion date, and we'll never hear about it again. Finally, insert a stereotypical pump quote from the CEO saying how amazing they are. These crooks are a joke. It's comical now.
Delinquent, disgruntled IR, outrageous AS, and shady management. The pumping longs here been furiously trying to polish this turd.. but, in the end, it still stinks, because it always has. And yet, the excuses keep coming.. hostile takeover? Lololol.
Exactly. A pilot order could just be some free samples. Lol. To a manufacturer that we'll never hear the name of. Details were never management's specialty. As long as it keeps the paper mill rolling.
Does anyone know about when the next results on AV101 is expected?
I don't know if I should be laughing or crying with sadness at some of the comments here. RS off the table? Bottom bounce? As soon as the notes are paid off? Loading zone? Lolololol. HCTI is the biggest carrot dangle I've ever seen. Come back to reality. There was once a time they just about had all their notes paid off (longs kept good track), and you know what they did? They dropped the nuclear bomb of more toxic financing and RS'ed annihilated everyone. Management doesn't care one tiny bit about making this a viable investment. This has gone on for years, and will continue for years.
To those who are still doing DD on this... yes, HCTI's non-iso method might be special and might be better than most.. but at the end of the day.. the fact is, the company hates the common shareholders and will never share its potential success. If this somehow obtained any significant revenue stream or big company buyout interest, they'd pull it private it an instant and be gone. That's why they set it up giving NTI the majority. Genius actually, and unfortunately legal. Dangle the carrot to the delusionals to pay the bills, and pull the carpet if anything significant happens.
I knew this stock was done for as soon as they refused to lower the AS in the RS docs. Writing was on the wall. Never touched it again, sold out before the RS completed. But the entertainment here is golden. I sort of feel bad for the delusionals. Also sort of want to save future people from losing their money here.
Remember how HCTI didn't even tell us Industrial Finishes' name in the beginning? IF released a PR separately on their own (found by one of the longs here), forcing HCTI to frantically release a half-assed PR confirming it a few days later. The fact of the matter is... HCTI doesn't care one tiny bit about shareholders. Never did, never will. They will keep things secret, they will never tell us the details of contracts, they will never confirm partners' names unless forced. Even if revenues increase, you'll never see anything positive come from it in regards to the stock price. This is just who they are, based on who they have always been.
Business as usual. Kristul shaking down the shareholders. Dilutive market maker making it rain every other day. Delusional long shareholders frantically trying to justify the horror here. No substantial news. You know, the usual.
People slapping the ask for 2's must enjoy immediately losing half their money. What a joke. This will never leave the 1's/2's.
Abandon hope all ye who enter here. Lol.
I don't want to burst your bubble, but this specific patent application was abandoned in 2015 for "failure to respond" after it was rejected. Search by the application number at this web site http://portal.uspto.gov/pair/PublicPair and click on transaction history. Sorry!
Lol! Technical analysis is absolutely worthless on actively diluting stocks. TA attempts to the explain the ***natural movement*** of the market, based on the fundamental principle of supply and demand. But if you exert an unnatural, external force on one side (for example, the horrible dilution overwhelming the supply side) it will skew any logical analysis. HCTI is like the Niagara Falls of dilution. If you're standing at the bottom of the falls, you're never ever going to move up unless the force is turned off from pouring on top of you, no matter how much "water" you accumulate at the bottom. If the dilutor here was smart, they'd disappear for a week, make people think it was over, let it run, then reappear and drop the hammer big time. That's what I would do.
Congrats, no bid.
Honestly imo, I think other companies are figuring out their own ways of making their own non-isocyanate polyurethane products (there are multiple routes to produce it other than Hybrid's if you do some DD), leaving HCTI in the dust to wither away in their debt. They had their chances over the past few years to excel, but spent all their time finding as much toxic money as possible. Prospects are fading quickly now. Not everything that says non-isocyanate is related to HCTI (it's hilarious people still think that). For example, Dow's chemical process in POLAROID is an entirely different method. Sorry.
Could be some dilution.. lol.
It will definitely hit a dollar, easily. Guarantee it. Of course, that will be after the massive, world-record breaking R/S they will inevitably grace the dedicated shareholders with.
"Rent, supplies, and general office costs" *wink* lol.
The hardest thing I had to learn in the stock trading world is to abandon all hope. Yes, give up hope. Hope is a scratch-off lotto ticket that rarely wins. Hope is a delusional, make-believe fairytale story we tell ourselves in order to avoid the objective negative reality at hand. If you throw your money around hoping something great will happen, hoping an uptrend will start, hoping a company will succeed, you will be setting yourself up for trading failure. The time and money wasted could be spent riding the waves of the countless other present-day uptrends occurring every single day. I only say this because I wish someone told me this over a year ago. GLTA.
Nothing like dropping nearly a HALF of a billion shares in about 1.5 hours. VNDM makin' it rain. Lol.
I'm here for entertainment too. I'm a recovering HCTI long, who jumped ship prior to the R/S too. I can't wait for this season's epic drama-filled finale, when they drop the next R/S. Maybe there'll be a plot twist and they'll go bankrupt. I still cringe and feel bad though when people mention they are buying more. Let the past 2 years guide you on how things are going to turn out...
I don't doubt that something is brewing with this outrageous A/S increase. One guess would be maybe NTI will soon obtain a ton of common stock, or preferred B, in exchange for some stupid license agreement/fee payment? But in the end, the fact of the matter here is this is still a totally un-investable POS, because whatever plan they are coming up with will likely screw over the common folk again and again as they've proven. That, and a R/S would be likely inevitable in the future. Still, the sideline entertainment factor is fun.
I wouldn't really consider this a stock. It's more like the Nanotech Charity Fund. Pay off their loans, and they'll repay you with A/S increases and reverse splits. It's like throwing your money into a raging bonfire and hoping it somehow survives.
A/S increased from 1.6b to 25b in less than 2 months. Holy crap! HCTI management has officially entered "zero f***s given" mode. So much for that whole "maxing out the O/S and running it" conspiracy theory. I still find it funny they put out a proxy when Nanotech can just do whatever the hell they want. I'm so sorry.
I wonder when the V twins are gonna hop down on the 2's and start puking out millions/billions of 1's. Oh, by the way, I have no shares and want no shares. I was once a dedicated long, did hours of DD (some of it is in the stickies), until they destroyed all of us. No more. These days I just come here with a bag of popcorn, hoping to be proved wrong. Over a year later, and still nothing positive. The group loading conspiracy theories are good laughs though. Can't wait for climax of the next R/S. We thought it would run last time too when the A/S got maxed. It didn't. Sorry. GLTA though.
Please stop putting your money into here. It's an absolute waste. It's flushing your money down the drain. If you want to be a successful and profitable trader, stop relying on hope, and start searching for immediate objective opportunity. You can find tickers elsewhere almost everyday that run at least 20%, to sometimes 100%.
I believe that must have been the HCTI's version of their season's greetings card... lol.
Haha. Almost 0.0001. Looks like the money oil well is running dry for good ole' NTI. Even a R/S couldn't save them now. It would fall so quick this time, it would probably generate a post-RS fall OTC world record. There's no way to run with billions of shares falling in your head, even with the best news in the world, and even with the most perfectly orchestrated pump.
I see the NTI donation fund, I mean HCTI, had a great collection today. 200+ million in volume? Good God.
This stock will never, ever run with any longstanding significance. They will hardcore drop so many dump-trucks of worthless shares into any news run.. that you'll be scratching your head saying... "but, but, it's a F500 company, they like our product, why are we still in trips?" Lol.
Doesn't dilution (especially the comical and senseless hammer slamming here) totally distort any sense of technical analysis that can accomplished on a ticker? You may sometimes get the subtle normal patterns and S/R levels, but a unexpected dilution nuclear bomb out of left field will always kill it, and mess up the techs. I do regular Fibonacci based trading on the big boards, and it just feels like technical analysis on OTC dilution-soaked tickers is a losing battle. But just my opinion.
I lol'ed. Accurate description of the common shareholders here.
