For those that seem to email Kay regularly, it would seem you could email him about the supposed deal with Intel. If he says "I can't comment," then it might be real. If he says, "no," we'd have our answer.
If one loses, they definitely would have to pay attorney fees separate from the judgement. A settlement may include a atty fees.
Not necessarily, a contingency fee agreement is also a retainer agreemwnt.
NICE!
Did anyone attend the investors conference back in December?
Flipping now for cheaper shares could be dangerous. We know SFOR is very active and busy. We know we are due for a PR. it could happen during a dip, and many of you that flip will suddenly find yourself chasing.
Just hold and average up.
Exactly. And I will add, a few hundred thousand, maybe a million tops is a nuisance value settlement. 9.7 million is not nuisance. Everyone is so worried about settlements. As others have pointed out the big money is in the enterprise and OEM Bundling. Settlements may happen, but a huge judgement against a big player is what will open the flood gates.until then, we wait for a PR about the Enterprise contracts, pps will go up, then BOOM, a large judgement, and this goes beyond dollars.
Did any one attend the investors conference? If so, what was covered?
I hope to hold for as long as I can. I also will add. As for Buffett, I believe he drives the same crappy car, lives in the same old house. He should sell some and enjoy his life.
Don't forget, your own state may or may not have a CAP gains tax which may or may not have a year requirement. I.e. California has a 13.3% tax regardless of time.
He is saying that 10x .35 would be 3.50 if it was at .35, we wouldn't sell for .35, we'd want at least a 10x profit.
They did give me permission to post on YouTube, by the way.
Yeah, it wasn't fake. And my cameras were my Samsung Note (which I now know has poor audio), and my Leica, which was better. Finding the hospital was easy. Finding the Gastroenterology Unit was also easy. Getting past the receptionist also easy. Now, them joking with me was my ability to make them feel at ease as nobody was told I was going to "interview" them. In fact, the whole situation was last minute. I was in Barcelona traveling when another scie investor suggested I try to find them and the hospital. Had I a list of questions, and they were prepped beforehand, believe me, it would have flowed and looked much more professional. The fact that it was all so "on the spot" should give you the confidence in the veracity of their answers. I did this more to satisfy my own DD, but wanted to share what I found with everyone else.
What is the final pps??y brokerage says .0145.
They are the ones that cry the most when we go through dips.
Guess or charts?
WOW!
Are you still strong here? Is sfor as good as the other one you are in?
NICE FIND!
Prosecco is the number one choice for weddings in the UK.

You lost me at bivi.
I think it definitely affects, but in the long-term, it won't. I think doom preachers want cheaper shares, which cause new people to sell out of fear, losing them money. The low RSI and low STO indicate a buy, which means it will take off. Also, we know that spikes without news won't last and will dip. The dips don't affect the fundamentals, and the fact that we know large amounts of sales are happening. The moment this is reported in PRs and financials, this will explode. So, but what you can afford to lose and enjoy the REWARDS.
ALL MY opinion, of course.
What was the context? What would he have to be worried about?
The ones that held onto *wcp are glad that they did.
AWESOME!
Anybody going to the Arnold?
Just walked in. Not sure if Oliver liked that though.
Haha, thanks. Yes, I was a little nervous and did my best asking and recording questions I thought everyone would want to know.
Joey on the other board is invested in a company where circadian is the IR firm. the pos is at .17 they are good at what they do.
As has been posted, icnb has more momentum than than OWCP. yes the share structure is different, but if icnb executes on just a few more reductions, we are at almost 2B shares that can be retired.
Weddings are HUGE business. Wonder which Prossecco they will choose?

LOL."Produced by an outfit..."
Camera was a Leica, and my Samsung Note. I'm not affiliated with any outfits.
There were many people in the hallways, but this was the Endoscopy section. They were not going to let me see the machine hooked up to patient butts.
They allowed me to interview them as they were caught off guard. However, they did give me permission to record and later post.
Do you need the name of the Hostel I stayed at in Barcelona?
Yeah, I was there at the hospital. Yes, it was a hospital. Yes, they were the doctors, yes, they were testing the Wavstat4. Their names and photos can easily be verified by the official prs, articles, et.
Who is the leader?
Just read a small unknown wine company with two types of drinks wherein the stock trades between 2 and 3 dollars. The largest around 114 per share. Nah, no buyout, I'd like to see the pps somewhere between those two numbers...oh, and on that 2-3 dollar per share company, I haven't seen any PRs...

Soon, they might be writing about Iconic Brands...

Name another OTC Stock with a spokesperson that has made it on the cover of anything of equal value. Name one national talk show they have been on co hosting, one national interview where they open a bottle and make a toast. Oh, you can't, can you?
Weak sauce is right.
