I wonder that CEO might have an agreement with private equity group. I think Private equity group means mutual fund investment that might be help stock build up.

FFGO question
Company Confirms It Has Been Advised That a Private Equity Group Intends to Acquire 51% of the Company's Outstanding Stock.
What is Private Equity Group meaning?
What do CEO do with Private Equity Group?
Is FFGO shareholders buy shares then CEO transfer to shares to Hunt Gold Corp.?
Can you explain me?
thank you!
I wonder about FORTRESS FINL GROUP INC WYO COM and Hunt Gold Corp. These might be become new name (Goldco). Hmm?
I wonder stock price in pinksheet, alike odd number > 0.00015, 0.00025 and so on.. that would help for building up.
I know Pinksheet portfolio can do.
Can Scottrade, Fidelity, Etrade and other do????
I am curious.
I wonder anyone still hold FFGO. Well, I notice FFGO volume that run slowling right now.
FFGO share info through 10am July 30, 08'
Per SEC filings, throught the 23rd of July and open market buy backs yesterday per PR FFGO has total outstanding shares of 31.479 billion. Insiders per 08' sec filings only cinsists of a total of 5.9 billion shares or roughly 18.27% of shares held by insiders.
After these further buybacks the dividend amount (should it really happen) has moved up to roughly 1.27 cents per share based on total of $400 mil dividend. Latest PR also said share buybacks would continue. So far I have not been able to find any lies. The PRs have been supported by SEC filings and the price has market share price has increased with buy back program.
So far it looks like someone is trying to lagitimize the company financials.
I will be curious to see what Fortress releases for their "per share worth" today?
I understand IHUB adm did delete my post. I got it.
You know all companies report to SEC.
In England, How will the companies report to ...? SEC?

I wonder that FFGO shareholders buy many shares. FFGO CEO took $ and buy HGLC. When Hunt Gold stock price goes up, FFGO CEO might sell some of it then buy another company (goldco). Hmm?

NEW YORK (AP) -- Shares of construction and engineering companies ended mostly higher on Monday as the broader market wobbled on volatile oil prices.

Here's how some construction and engineering companies fared:
McDermott International Inc., up 64 cents to $63.24.
Shaw Group Inc., up $1.40, or 2.2 percent, to $64.27.
URS Corp., up 15 cents to $46.45.

U.S. SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
Litigation Release No. 19536 / January 20, 2006
Securities and Exchange Commission v. Fortress Financial Group, Inc. and Jeffrey A. Richie, Civil Action EDCV 06-00063 VAP (SGLx) (C.D. Cal.)
The United States Securities and Exchange Commission announced that it filed a complaint in federal court in Riverside, California against Fortress Financial Group, Inc. ('Fortress') and its CEO and president, Jeffrey A. Richie ('Richie'), for conducting an unregistered and fraudulent offering of Fortress securities. Fortress is in the business of providing 401(k) services to the clients of broker-dealers and investment advisers and employees of small companies. Richie, age 39, resides in Temecula, California.
The Commission's complaint alleges that between March 2000 and April 2001, Fortress raised approximately $2.9 million through the sales of shares of preferred stock to approximately 85 investors in a purported private placement. Richie and Fortress made material misrepresentations and omissions to investors relating to (1) financial projections, (2) undisclosed liabilities in excess of $1 million, (3) plans to conduct an IPO, and (4) representations that Fortress would not spend any of the offering proceeds until it raised $2 million. For example, even though Fortress had no prior operational history, Fortress and Richie projected that Fortress' revenue would grow from $26 million in its first six months of operations in 2001 to over $564 million by 2004. In fact, Fortress' actual revenue was only $298,000 in 2001, $32,000 in 2002, and $104,000 in 2003. In addition, Richie and Fortress failed to provide unaccredited investors with an audited balance sheet or other information required for a valid exemption from registration, and they began spending the offering proceeds before the $2 million minimum was raised. Finally, The Commission's complaint seeks a permanent injunction, disgorgement, prejudgment interest, and civil penalties against Fortress and Richie for violating Sections 5 and 17 of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act and Rules 10b-5 and 10b-9 thereunder.

I feel that CEO grab some money from shareholders for purchase and merged more business. One more thing: I hope mortgage would help "Cash Flow" better. Wait and see what happen!
What happen? I bought some shares at 0.0062 two days ago, it went down. I am not appericated it.
My opinion. When HGLC stock price went down by follow Kitco.com Gold price, FFGO took some money out of HGLC that may be cause accum./dist. down. Hmm?

Very Interesting! Sugar-powered cars 'in 10 years'
Apr 9 07:13 PM US/Eastern
Sugar-powered cars could be the sweet solution to traffic pollution, say scientists.
Researchers have found a way to generate hydrogen directly from plant sugar. They expect the breakthrough to provide a cheap and efficient source of green transport fuel.
In future, motorists could be stopping at grocery stores instead of petrol stations to fill up on packets of solid starch or cellulose, say the scientists.
The new process involves combining plant sugars, water, and a cocktail of powerful enzymes - biological catalysts - to produce hydrogen and carbon dioxide.
It overcomes three major hurdles standing in the way of replacing fossil fuels with hydrogen, according to the researchers.
Biochemical engineer Dr Percival Zhang, who leads the development team at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, US, said: "This is revolutionary work. This has opened up a whole new direction in hydrogen research. With technology improvement, sugar-powered vehicles could come true eventually."
Current biofuels consist of ethanol made by fermenting plant material and combustible plant oils. They are burned in traditional internal combustion engines as alternatives to petrol and diesel.
Plant-derived hydrogen, on the other hand, could provide a more environmentally friendly fuel cell power source.
The scientists, who described their research today at the annual meeting of the American Chemical Society in New Orleans, are now working to make the process faster and more efficient. At present the amount of hydrogen produced is still too low for commercial applications.
A sugar-fuelled car would be inherently safe because its hydrogen is used immediately, said Dr Zhang. He added that it would also be cheaper and cleaner to run than even the most efficient petrol-driven car.
