Not enough share volume for a Dump.
Its above .40 so now is the time to dump if you want.
Yes LQMT is not doing its annual ‘Pump and Dump’ routine around the Apple events. More like several Price Spikes followed by a healthy consolidation/support base established, before the next step up.
LQMT didn’t dump at last years Apple event because of the PR announcing that Li paid both tranches, finalising the LiquidMetal/Eontec cross License deal. LQMT kept on rising. Soon we can expect another PR this time regarding the Open House and then a further rise in the Share Price.
Its a different game now, the pullbacks/consolidations have been small and steady in volume and time, there hasn’t been any large volume annual dumps.
There will always be some investors who will jump at the chance to get out as LQMT keeps rising, new buyers have been absorbing them and LQMT continues to rise. New investors holding LQMT at a higher buy-in price with long term expectations will make it even more stable as it goes higher.
imho.
Its not me promise and its also the wrong state, i did sell the car a while back and been using the ol Yama but its me.
Reminds me of Divergent3D.

Featured on Jay Leno, Keep an eye out for the Bike @ 13:00.
And up 17.95% for the week with over 16 million in volume.
Would be nice if that can be done every week leading up to the Open House.
Sound amplification, BMG diaphragm and housing increase the dD.
Higher speaker output in a small package.
Looks like the BMG parts are ‘pressed’ together then overloaded with plastic.
Small parts made from thin sheets.
Eontec did say LiquidMetal sales are up but its a small enough component Not to have a Huge impact on revenue.

Having the lightning connectors from the same leak/manufacture adds to the likelihood of it being BMG since it was one of the uses (USB-C) that Li was demonstrating to be made out of BMG.

This case study shows that just the saddle can amplify the dB, so imagine what a speaker can do.

Steipp was the CEO who kept LQMT alive when Engel and Apple still couldn’t tame the Alloy,
then Presided over the Eontec cross license agreement and brought-in Professor Li to lead LQMT through its next stage, Commercial Manufacturing.
The ASK is starting to dry up, this could get real interesting.
Eontec is still expanding and seeking new funds, its no surprise its stock performance has been lacklustre. Its Exceptional that LQMT has its sister company doing all the capital expenditure and expansion yet will reap *ALL the benefits and IP rights of Eontec in the fields of …
Trader !! Just joking, if selling some LQMT so you have cash in the bank makes you feel safe/sane then you did the right thing, now you can let the rest ride and not be stressed about it.
Good point, but no doubt the subject will be twisted again.
So using your logic, all Eontec has to do is reverse split its stock so the share price is higher making it ’established’
Yeah ok, whatever.
On a serious note, $1 billion market cap for a company that is in an Emerging technology, BMG & Magnesium Molding, is Amazing !
It can only grow as both BMG & Magnesium grow in adoption.
So you missed the Customers and Facilities, anyways i thought you where asking about Eontec's share Price, not its cap scale.
$1 Billion is an established company.
Strong points Josh, some just see the surface but can’t analyse whats going on deep down.
Eontec is an already establish stock, so a price spike based on future potential will be much less than LQMT. When Chinese investors see that the M&A, R&D, JV’s expenditure is completed then we will see them push up the EON price, for now they are looking at other stocks with more immediate returns to invest in.
While LQMT is a different kettle of fish, its a Beaten Down, unloved penny stock So when news breaks it will jump much more than EON’s price based on future potential, especially when costs are being born by Apple/Engel/Materion/Eontec.
But I wonder how many more posts we will see that question EON’s price.
And sometimes smart people get it right. Shades of LQMT.
Are we there yet? Are we there yet?
If you can't wait this close to the end then find another stock.
Haven't you already profited so far from the share price increase over the last 12 months?
I have, paper profits only.
If you believe in the future of the technology and/or management then buy, hold and just wait.
If you don’t believe in the future of the technology and/or management then sell and move on.
Everything else is irrelevant.
Can't imagine how difficult it must be for those affected by the storms especially a single mother of 3, My sincerest hope she is safe.
Thats a terrible situation going on right now, i hope they are ok, its only you that can decide if they are worth the price drop.
I wonder how the... ‘penny player players’ claiming a reverse split, bankruptcy and no manufacturing at Lake Forest while still praying for a sub 18 cents Share price to buy back LQMT sold during last October's Apple Event ...are holding up with all the latest positive news coming from LiquidMetal.
Here are the claims from those links.
"Apple Watch sales expected to jump by 33% in 2018"
Thats a forecast not actual, its also combined alloy figures, and its also based on newer LTE model, and no 25 million in sales to be seen.
"Apple Watch sales up over 50% since last year"
A 50% increase and still nowhere near 25million per year.
"'Sales of Apple Watch,' Tim Cook said, were 'Up 50% in the June quarter and it's the number one selling smartwatch in the world by a very wide margin.'
So, no actual figures, as has always been the case with Apple's reporting on the Watch....."
Again no figure of 25 million whatsoever, just a 50% increase.
You conveniently left out the ‘prototype’
You are aware that Apple does contract LQMT for work right, such as research and testing.
So again if LQMT was to reveal BMG that is manufactured by others but was prototyped by or had anything to do with LQMT prior to others manufacturing it, then thats a$50 million fine.
Got it?
Nice find explains yesterdays volume and price spike. Even if it is BMG coated Apple will never call it LiquidMetal, might be another price drop after the Apple event, or Li can do another PR during the Apple event like last year and we see LQMT gain another 100%.
25 million ? Your joking right? Apple watch does not sell 25 million per year, more like 3-5 million per quarter at its PEAK, and that volume is made up of the aluminium, stainless steel and ceramic combined, so its even lower volume if you seperate each alloy, even lower volume for the after market watch bands.
No need to be scared, LQMT has several BMG coating, overmolding, flame sprayed and micro alloying patents. Thanks too Gamesc for posting those patents.
This coming from a someone who doesn’t even know what the codes in a form 4 mean.
Inconceivable.
You are aware that the $50 million leak fine is not in the MTA, its in Any and Every work order/prototype/contract that Apple places with Any and Every supplier/manufacture/partner.
Ok ?
For whats it worth, from the MTA.
I’ll try 1 last time, Imagine those 405 million shares are a Subsidiary Company owned by Eontec, now if that subsidiary is profitable then EON shares are given a greater value based on the subsidiaries profitability, because that subsidiary has now become an asset, hence a rise in Eontec’s share price.
Recall that Li sold Eontec shares to fund the investment in LQMT.
So its basically changing some EON shares into some LQMT shares.
Now if that investment fails then EON shareholders suffer a lower Share price,
but if that investment is profitable then EON shareholders are rewarded with a higher share price..
So thats how Eontec shareholders will profit from their Majority % holdings in LQMT Shares
(405,000,000 + 10,066,809 options)
Many companies invest in other companies for the profit of its shareholders, Heck thats the sole way Berkshire Hathaway became so profitable for its shareholders, by investing into other companies.
Ok? Are we Good now?
Regarding how the Indirectly shares are held/structured, refer back to the posts of Josh, read them, and also pay attention to the fact that Li had to get shareholder approval for the LQMT purchase.
Now if you are worried about how safe and secure this is for EON shareholders then maybe you can go to China and avail them your Legal Representation.
I have nothing more to say on this matter.
So you are aware that LQMT has been contracted and PAID for work/research by Apple right?
Steipp has even mentioned it numerous times.
So even if LQMT has not manufactured BMG parts for Apple, LQMT has helped Apple with work on those parts.
Soooo, if LQMT was to reveal info on those BMG parts then guess what, $50 million fine and worse.
And that is my 15th post for the day, thank goodness.
Exactly, LQMT is up over 100% since last Apple Launch.
Could be nothing more than some placing bets on the Apple Launch, i hate the pre-Apple rallies.
But then again Li could issue a PR during the event, just like last year.
Correct, you don't play games with Apple, why take risks for no gain compared to an Apple order.
I wonder if LQMT execs could have given themselves all those stock options if the share price was much higher, something to think about.
https://www.engadget.com/2014/10/13/apple-leak-fine-50-mil/
https://www.geek.com/apple/apple-leaks-come-with-a-50-million-fine-1606653/
So how can you say you don't know what it means but then hold firmly to your beliefs ?
Li has said that the 405 million shares will be transferred to Eontec, so any profit for LQMT is a profit for Eontec.
Whats so hard to understand what that means?
Ignoring that for a second, do you think it would be in Li's best interest to upset Apple?
After all Li said that part of the reason for investing in LQMT was its close association with Apple.
