~ ACGX = Key Questions that Need Answered!
1. Why does the company insist on continual dilution of shareholders for the debt of past failures and not financing thru a bank credit that has been touted as evidence of their unaudited financials. 750,000,000 shares have come to the open market in less than. 1 1/2 years. The company has talked about revenue growth as being the focus of success, whereas shareholders own less and less of the company.
2. If the officers of this company think their stock is that undervalued and frustrated alongside of all of us, why are the officers not buying shares like the rest of us shareholders that they are promoting as undervalued?
3. Why does the company seem to go into hybernation with investor relations and not after many years of complaints have a consistent stream of communication thru pr campaigns or shareholder updates that cost nothing for website updates?
4. PeopleVine has been touted as a huge deal that the company has incorporated. In the past 5 years there have been also deals acquired like in STLK and Imageworld wide. How do all these different entities add value to the company shareholders.what is the real focus of ACG going forward, what is the main goals? Debt?
5. Recently the COO requested a response to questions about the option of increasing a/s verses a reverse split. We all know that a reverse split is death to shareholders and the conference call alluded to this mistake in April 2014. Why would this question even be a consideration? It brings distrust to the officers for that was a withdrawn conclusion a year ago.
6. In the stock radio interview in June 2014 Cannabis was touted as a huge interest and brought many marijuana investors into this stock at much higher prices than .001s today. Why has this patent and cannabis initiative not been expressed more frequently other than mentions in the filing. This is a huge movement and emphasised as a initiative with what seems to be NO follow thru. Why?
7. The company touts not to be a pump and dump stock, but the stock has gone down 8 straight months and lacks shareholder updates. What efforts are being made to boost confidence that shareholders are going to receive more consistent updates on what this company is doing in day to day operations. Why isnt the story being told?
8. Audting the financials seems to be an ongoing question. A profitable company trading @ less than a 1/5th of a penny makes everyone wonder whats really under the hood. Even before the last reverse split IVIT talked about 10M in revenues and being profitable. How is ACGX any different than IViT and how as shareholders can we be confident this managment team isnt going to turn around from what they say and screw us all into another IVIT like reverse split where prefeered shares are not affected. Altogether many seem to be hesitant to believe the story here for reasons just mentioned.
ACGX. $0.00.17.. Buys another Company.. So what does it bring to the bottom line and Earnings Per Share.. Investors want to know.. Anything else is just spinning PR..???
I'll be happy to when they show what they paid for it,, what are the revenues and what are the profits..?? Also why is beneficial to the ACGX shareholders investment in their company.. What will it bring to the bottom line and EPS..??That's what most companies that do financial transactions do when they inform their shareholders.. hank

DGPIF.. $0.58.. Looking good..
From the Stockhouse Board..
I'm expecting Q4 EPS anywhere between $0.11 and $0.14...so long as there are no other impairments (I don't expect there to be). Look for a good FCF quarter too...
We are going to get at least three consecutive quarters of growth...the stock should perform well this year (it already has).

DGI.TO (DGPIF)
I've been buying DGI.TO (sub .40 USD) over the last month for me this is a Table Pounder, and my best idea for 2015. We will see how it does. My DD is below.
Business Services
This is the stock I have been buying the whole month of December, and even brought a little on Friday. It is 6% of my personal portfolio which for me is a huge position as this is my top pick of 2015. Here is what I like.
Turnaround Play- DGI.TO is a turnaround play that is based on threefold approach, revenue stabilization and then growth, cutting costs and making themselves far more efficient and profitable, and reducing debt. The Next question is how are they doing?
Revenues: have stabilized in fact last quarter was the first quarter where they showed revenue growth in a while, I expect the stabilization/Growth to continue in my opinion. They have won a lot of new business to increase revs which is very positive in my opinion.
Cutting Costs: They have taken a ton of overhead out of the business. In fact they are consolidating 4 facilities, to 1 state of the art facility in q1 of 2015, that is expect to save 2.5-3 Million annually, we are talking about adding about .08 -.10 after tax eps to the bottom line next year on this alone.
Reducing Debt: Since 2013 they have reduced long-term debt by approximately 10 Million and Paid down the bank loan by 2 million just this quarter alone. I expect debt to continue to be reduced and handled by the enormous bottom line profits we are seeing.
Q3 and 9 Months Ended
The company reported 5.4% y/y revenue growth, and .08 eps. And for Nine Months ended we have seen .12 EPS. If we ex out restructuring costs (which I believe we should) we are looking at .09 and .19 for 3 and 9 months respectively.
Q4 and the Look Ahead
In the q3 CC, when asked about q4. They said they were optimistic it would be the best quarter of the year. I expect .10-.15 in q4 (Ignoring restructuring expenses).
As for next year I expect revs to be in line to slightly up next year, so I expect .40-.50 (Ignoring restructuring expenses)
Valuation
If my 2015 estimates are correct the stock will be trading at a PE of roughly 1. Now I realize there are concerns and I will address them in a bit But I don’t see why this stock can’t get a 3-5 PE rather easily, will increase the current share price by 200-400% if my numbers are proven to be correct, in my opinion there is no stock with higher upside potential then DGI.TO at this point in the market right now.
The Concerns
Balance sheet is admittingly weak, but there earnings should be easily enough to support and continue to reduce their debt levels in my opinion.
The second concern is should we ex out the never ending restructuring expenses. I believe we should, and I believe these restructuring expenses should be exed out because they are actually showing that there is a result, these expense have clearly led to reducing unnecessary overhead on both the square footage and personal side reflected into lower operating expenses. Also it is important to note restructuring expenses have been dropping y/y, I expect that to continue as more of the cost savings plan is realized and is behind them. q1 will should see a rise because a specific event that is gonna be long term helpful on both the cost side, and the efficiency side of the business.
Why the stock price is at lower levels? Well I believe Tax loss selling was a huge reason, as I said many times when a company is at its lows at and has a good November quarter it has 0 Value to the stock price during that year. Having said that it is now 2015, that is behind us now and as this exciting turnaround/absurdly cheap Valuation story comes to light I expect people will get excited, because there is a lot to get excited about here, as it might be the cheapest stock I have ever seen.
Why am I Table Pounding on DGI.TO (DGPIF)? I think DGI.TO is one of the cheapest stocks I have ever seen, I admit there are some warts, but the stock is priced for unmitigated disaster anything better should cause the stock to double, triple or even more in 2015.
Conclusion: I think DGI.TO (DGPIF) is absurdly undervalued, and now that we are finally starting to see some revenue growth, along with additional cost saving that will be very helpful to increasing the bottom line in 2015. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.

DGPIF.. $0.58.. Been adding drips and drabs and am starting to get a nice sized position.. Hank
I'm so sorry for the ones that own this stock.. They just don't understand what Liquidity and discomhiture are all about.. How can anyone know about this stock when no one that has the facts can inform others about.. It appears each day that this is a plot that the company has done to go private at the lowest cost.. hank
ACGX.. $0.0017.. The Rally Monkey works,,, Huge bids contemplated..
I just though mabee since the firm was Cdn..
That's in CDN funds..??
Are you looking at L2 just too much..?? The president came out and gave a share count and how many he had,, so we know what we are dealing with.. Could be that CDEL has a retail seller that is the same as BMAK but what difference does it make.. The real pressure has been from the toxic debt and if there is another seller in the wings with a couple of million,, it's still only one PR away from $0.03 when all current sellers will be out.. hank
ACGX.. $0.0014.. I guess the reaction to the questions that need to be answered are finally coming to the value of the stock.. Read my posts going back.. ACGX has always,, over excited it's new believers with hope that never seems to be followed up..
If just one thing that they have highlighted in their PR's over the past 2 years have brought profits to the bottom line the stock would be trading much higher.. But as believers are recycled just like the converters stock ,, wash and rinse is the name of the game.. Get new followers,, pump the stock and get the jucies flowing of the new believers and splat the stock with converters stock.. Wash and Rinse,, Watch and learn,, they have it down to a science.. Offerings will soon be in the millions to help the loading of the converters.. Remember they convert at a 20% discount to the market and soon the New Preferred will convert at a 30% discount to the market.. The lower it goes the more stock they get per $DOLLAR$ of conversion.. Heads they win, Tales you loose.. hank
Every time I turn on the computer and for at least 6 Hours ,, every day of every week of every month.. have patience,, he will run out one day and with the President's remarks to HWEB,, if you believe them AMPG could easily be a 3 to 5 bagger from here.. hank
ACGX.. $0.0185.. I agree.. I've finally got Ave. below $0.02 on 1.1 Mil.. As to BMAK having shares,, that's true but since all toxic debt has been taken care of his shares are at least limited.. Limited to what is the question but I believe it's down to less than 4 Million.. hank
Since $0.12..
AMPG.. $0.0175.. I added at $0.0174 and $0.0175.. BMAK only sold 15,000 at first but came back and sold another 38888.. It's almost like he now needs permission to sell more.. After sale he went up to $0.0185.. I think the supply is running out.. Bought a total of 88,888.. hank
AMPG.. $0.0175.. I too added at $0.0174 and $0.0175.. BMAK only sold 15,000 at first but came back and sold another 38888.. It's almost like he now needs permission to sell more.. After sale he went up to $0.0185.. I think the supply is running out.. hank
That's not realistic..
ACGX.. $0.0014.. Nice volume today.. getting nearer the buying range on the chart.. $0.00075.. Looking for the converters to get the stock down ( Since the recent failed attempt to move the stock higher getting rid of conversions held ) to the level where the big conversions could be made to Ave. Down.. Happy trading to all and keep your powder dry until April.. The Auth Shares seem to be needed to be increased soon so more conversions can be made....When they will be reported is just another question.. hank

ACGX.. $0.0018.. $455.000.00 Preferred H Outstanding..
Does this mean that on April 7, 2015 some of the preferred may be converted.. ???? But the question is why did they sell preferred at a time when they had a new banking relationship and money in the till several times what they raised..??
ACGX.. $0.0019..The offers keep stacking.. Why with all the news..?? Is it because the news is just PR and has NO Substance.. No numbers in the deals and no audits of the money spent....Whenever will they do a deal that when done helps the EPS..??? And why with money in the bank and a line of credit did they have to sell a new preferred that converts at 30% below the market...???
Sure they make deals and promises,, but how do they pay for them and what do the shareholders get ,, more conversions and FOR SURE AN INCREASE IN THE SHARES AUTH.. IS COMMING SOON ...
Is what you are saying is if they get a big order they loose money but,, if they get orders for their Fab Welding shop that they can do with a profit.. Then why the move and why the petting Zoo..?? All they ever were was a small Fab Shop with the ability to create an illusion that they could do bigger and better things.. Since wall street was looking for Offshore connected companies they thru money around like drunken sailors..
THEN,, They found DPDW and those boys showed them really how to blow capitol away .... What they didn't squander they gave to themselves as either a bonus or a pay raise.. hank
I think they have a problem with large fixed price fabrication projects and when the costs run over it will ruin the qtr and probably the year. I don't think they did one in 2014 so maybe the 4th qtr will be ok.
Of course they were at the offer.. Isn't that what you are getting paid $10,000.00 to create.. How else can they convert..??? But as soon as that $4000.00 Block gets out of the way it is offered lower.. You have work cut out for you and you will earn every dollar you make.. Look and learn.. BTW how are you coming with the questions asked by posters on this board..??
hank
Yes and someone sold into the bids of today.. hank

Did anyone see the below in the I-Box..?? What an ORIGINAL thought.. Who knows,, maybe a tutorial on how to dilute shareholders stock and get away with it while you keep all the benefits for yourself could be next.. That's an easy one,, just control thru the preferred.... Now no longer are they talking to one or two companies at a time.."During the last few months we have talked with a few dozen companies in all types of industries and are still evaluating, in discussions with or negotiating with about a dozen potential partners or opportunities"" New Business Opportunities and Project Updates –
It looks like GROWTH is just around the corner!!!
The Alliance Tank
While the core business has been around for 17 years and the public company has been around for 14
years we understand the need to expand more rapidly in the future and to find a better balance between
our solid core foundation and some other more exciting, expandable and larger potential growth
opportunities to create real long term value for the shareholders. Therefore, we have set up an internal
project/division that we call “The Alliance Tank”. This shared resources program allows us to leverage
our relationships, experience, assets and other resources to accomplish results greater than the sum of
the parts. This is very similar to the popular TV show Shark Tank.
Alliance Tank is looking to invest in,acquire, merger or work with other companies and projects where we feel we can add value and create
future revenues and profits for our shareholders.During the last few months we have talked with a few dozen companies in all types of industries and are
still evaluating, in discussions with or negotiating with about a dozen potential partners or opportunities.
This includes companies in the printing, packaging, customer engagement, fulfillment & supply chain
management, PR, social media, technology, food services, product development, creative & design, and-cannabis industries.
