ACGX.. $0.0019..The offers keep stacking.. Why with all the news..?? Is it because the news is just PR and has NO Substance.. No numbers in the deals and no audits of the money spent....Whenever will they do a deal that when done helps the EPS..??? And why with money in the bank and a line of credit did they have to sell a new preferred that converts at 30% below the market...???

Sure they make deals and promises,, but how do they pay for them and what do the shareholders get ,, more conversions and FOR SURE AN INCREASE IN THE SHARES AUTH.. IS COMMING SOON ...
