No reason to close at this point. Who knows what is up Bruce's sleeve. Maybe he will cleanup VLDI and sell VLDI as a shell company. Maybe he will find someone to roll it up into their own company, or just maybe he will just keep the charade going. He has done it successfully for over 20 years. Just wondering if Bruce will return as a reporting company before September.

No speculation all lies over the years about sales that never happen, that is a fact. Why in the world has everyone either walk away from the trials or the few that signed license agreements were either unable to produce on going revenue or simply did install the software into an operating mode. Not difficult to keep a one man garage operation going. Also it is not rocket science to figure out all the past PR about sales and global rollouts that never happen. The hand writing has been on the wall for all those with eyes wide open.
I do not disagree with what you posted, but VLDI and especially its management are not the ones to bring this technology across the goal line. A history of over 20 years has proven that. Other than Rafael no one has indicated the VP product has any real merit. Also Rafael does not believe this is the cure-all that Bruce has spun over the years, but it may have its niche and he would recommend it for the appropriate clients.
I do not doubt the technology and it may some day overcome the hurdles of breaking the norm, but Bruce is not the person to take this technology over the goal line proven time and time again. How many businesses would go against the norm on a one man operation with no real support team, track record or product validation? Trial is often the most difficult hurdle for a new radically innovated concept. VP has manage to get trial but that trial should have resulted in homeruns and not strikeouts.
How many more stories of sales that never materialize does one need to hear before one realizes that, and that is why Bruce is a spin meister.
No, I mean what I said! VLDI could not hook one single ongoing revenue producing customer in over 20 years of trying. Not one single potential client that tried the product became a ongoing revenue producing client. To the moon and Mars does not change a single thing, since Bruce a spin meister that never delivers and there are still those taken in by his spin sad to say.
Big difference, since people were working on those things and other people were buying into them. Like computers people were buying them and trying them out with good results. But in VLDI's case everyone trying out the VP software never bought into it as a paying customer. Over twenty years and not a single ongoing revenue paying customer. Home computers started with mass marketing in 1977 with the introduction of microcomputers. Then within 20 years of its introduction it had a household penetration of about 51%. VLDI in 20 years does not have a single ongoing revenue producing client.

It is only not there yet, because of those that still believe and hold onto the crazy notion that Bruce one day will pull off the sale of a lifetime, and this stock will be $40.00 a share. Absurd yes, but some like to dream.
I too thought by now reality would have set in.
First the lowest this stock has been in its history I believe is .003. The highest it was been over the last several years is .105. I was at least lucky enough to have sold most my position at .10 and .095 and the remainder after the Ganthet deal sham was announced around .03-.04. Sad to say but I believe this time you may be right that it will finally hit the triple zeros unless one hears some real earth shattering news with real names behind it. .
Weeks and months would be worth holding onto if something were to happen, but it has be over 20 years since VLDI tried to sign a real on going revenue producing client and to this day has been unsuccessful. And holding onto weeks and months that is what others were saying years ago!
There are a lot of penny stocks that never file. So they can go on as long as they like.
If all those that believe in Bruce finally realize this is really a spin story and that it is going nowhere after all these years and finally bail out this VLDI it will make all time new lows. If the PP holders do hold about 30% of the stock imagine what a dump will look like.
This is a very sad story for all those still holding and it makes one wonder why Bruce if he is on the up and up hasn't made a real PR announcement in over the last 3 years giving an update on the status of any negotiation with potential clients. But then on the other hand they probably all ran for the hills.

Better yet ask him how he has been funding operations, that is if there are any operations over the last 2-3 years.

Actually I have taken VLDI off my stock charts due to the lack of activity.
There is no real significant volume to move the price in either direction. I do agree based on the lack of information and lack of financial filings it is amazing this stock trades above .01 or better yet that it even trades at all.
If VLDI had a product that the market really wanted, you would expect by now with over three years of potential clients testing the product since Rafael's recommendation and the Ganthet deal someone would be using the product on a regular basis and producing ongoing revenue. Just think about those licensing agreements signed over the years that have gone no where. That says it all!
It has been more than 4 years since the Ganthet announcement, which I call a total Shame at the time. To this day Ganthet has not launch a product proving the capabilities of VP in the market place. I still remember these fine words from Bruce:
What would anyone expect when there has not been any real news in over three years. I am still surprised that it even trades any shares. The believers should call Bruce and ask him to at least put on a year end 2020 update if anything is really going on, in addition to indicating when they will start posting financials again.
It would be nice to have something to talk about that is concrete.

There currently is absolutely no reason for VLDI to be on fire. The contrary is where VlDI should be, which is the norm for this company since they can't get a single real client producing ongoing revenue in over 20 years. Just surprised that anyone still trades it, especially since it has not put out any financials since Q3 2019 and no real update since November 2017.
Yes the most boring stock and yes the market is doing great for the time being.
VLDI continues to find support just above .006. If that level breaks it should head down to about .005. What I find amazing is that in over three years since Rafael's glowing recommendation and no further news developments about prospects testing the software from the 20+ sales pipeline lead of qualified potential clients that the stock has for the most part held the .01 level. What also is amazing they have not updated financials now in over two years (YE 2019 and 2020). With no real news and the long string of silence both news wise and financial wise there is nothing other than the private spin meister stories to let anyone believe VLDI has a chance of ever making a real sale.

It looks like VLDI might challenge the recent low of .00475 On December 3rd. Right now VLDI should find support just above .006. If that does not hold next stop .00475. JMO

Yes, but not every hack is a government hack.
Yes the government is very difficult to deal with especially with the competitive bid process which I experienced first hand. As I recall Vldi has been trying to get in with the government for years now.
Ok, let us just for the sake of discussion assume VLDI could have stopped the hack. Of course we do not know that for sure, but if VP could have stopped the hack, a smart CEO would in the front door to demo the software and its capabilities ASAP. Yes we hear about hacks all the time and there are probably many more we do not hear about. So if VLDI is so great and Bruce can prove it could have prevented the hack bruce should be in the front door every time one of these hacks occurs, showing how fantastic VP is. Maybe then someone would come on board.

Yes, VP is the cure-all middleware that Bruce has claimed throughout the years. VP will work with every cyber security software out there and there is nothing anyone can lose by using it. Easy to install in a day or two and absolutely no risk to the end user.
Ok here comes the common sense and logic. So why hasn't anyone that tested the software in beta or field tests signed an agreement to use the software that is producing ongoing revenue for VLDI? FYI, I asked Rafeal if he would recommend the VP software to his clients. His response was definitely if it was a good fit for their needs. Three years later and we have yet to see any real client come on board as a ongoing revenue producing client.
I guess the product has either a small niche or no one is willing to be the first to put into use a radically innovative software.
I am amazed that we need to rehash the past and tend to forget what has already been discussed.
Ok, lets rehash Rafael's glowing recommendation. Yes, he tested the software for over 9 months, but he made it perfectly clear that VP was radically innovative, since it was contra intuitive. He also made it clear that it was not the cure-all, that Bruce had claimed for years, for all cyber security issues. He also stated that being radically different makes it extremely hard to break into the marketplace because of the old boy's network and what is commonly acceptable. He also recommended that Bruce demo the software at the RSA cyber security conference where all the experts and expert nerds attend. He made it clear Bruce needs exposure to real experts. To this day Bruce tries to explain away his lack of attendance throughout the years by saying it would not benefit VP sales and it would be a complete waste of money. So I guess Rafael does not know what he is talking about, and all those that attend the latest and most respect security conference are all wasting their time and money to see what is new and innovative. Stop listening to Bruce's spin and use logic.
Once again Bruce is all smoke and mirrors when it comes to sales. I never knocked the technology other than making it clear that no one "real" that actually tested the technology were able or willing to put it into an ongoing revenue producing agreement.
It is clear if this technology is all it is cracked up to be then Bruce is not the man to bring sales across the goal line. History speaks for itself.

Wow I did not know they were up to version 6. I thought they were on some version of 3, like 3.5. If any the version of 1-5 worked at enticing potential client to come on board there would be a need for version 6. Bruce just keeps adding bells and whistles and can't get anyone to sign on board as a ongoing revenue producing client . I really do not care if the software lives up to all Bruce's claims. I never stated it does not work, but if no one is using it or is going to use it, it is worthless. Sales producing ongoing revenue is all that counts in my book or exponential growing operating endpoints in the millions.
Sure he failed at 20+ years of involved with this company and not a single ongoing revenue producing account. Some might believe his spin, but I do not! I look at results instead of spin. Yes he failed with every single beta test, field test, various rollouts, and all sales PRs to produce a single ongoing revenue producing client.
If one does not see that as failure one does not know what failure looks like!

So what does Bruce have to say why he failed to close any of those past potential agreements and/or any of the 20+ qualified potential clients!
