md, the first and imho most important piece of the puzzle in place. Just as Herda promised, NON DILUTIVE. Great night to all from the Jersey Shore.
T-8, you and me both brother, along with all of the longs who had the foresight to stand firm. Good night to all from the soon to be perculating Jersey Shore.
Ice, let 'em turn the heat up real good, I ain't getting out of the kitchen. As a matter of fact I'm looking forward to it!
T-8, I've got a feeling we ain't seen nothing yet!
guru, 'getting more womenlike temperatures'? Great phrase! I'll take that to mean it's getting warmer in your neck of the woods. Same here at the Jersey Shore, snow is gone and warming up. Glad to see you added and that NSOL came back nicely today. I do believe good news is on the way and fully expect that liftoff is in the not too distant future. T-8, good to have you back and I hope your R and R was exactly that. Good day to all longs from the Jersey Shore.
Hello guru, nice to hear from you. I picked up a few shares on Friday, considered it a buying opportunity that I couldn't pass up. You make the observation in your post,'looks to me that nwes are in the accumulation mode behind the curtain'. I'm not quite sure what you mean by that. After thinking about it for a day or so, I think Friday was a day the MM's saw nothing on the buy side and decided to create a market by walking it down. After awhile it just snowballed and the weak handed longs and daytraders fell by the wayside. Throw in, as some have said, the MM's shorting the stock and we have the makings of a buying op. for longs. Absent news I can't think of any other reasonable explaination for the plunge. Monday should be interesting, as well as the rest of the week. A significant PR 'before the open' would be something, wouldn't it! I can dream, can't I? Good Sunday to all from the sunny Jersey Shore.
Interesting article on naked shorting:http://www.faulkingtruth.com/
Well, it was a pretty interesting day. If today was the MM's attempt to shake out some shares, I'd say they were fairly successful. Closing at the low may mean it still has some more downside to go before a runup but as I mentioned earlier anywhere down here is a good place to buy if your of the mind that this stock will be a monster. And I am of that mind. Again, I can't understand why anyone would sell at this juncture of the game. With good, possibly great news on the horizon you would think that people would at the very least wait until then. Selling in this envoirment with the hopes of buying back lower is risky and could wind up costing big time. A well placed PR before the open can jump this substancially, I've seen it happen and hope to see it here someday soon. Looking forward to see what next week brings. Luck to all from the Jersey Shore.
Another 10k @.74...done!
Another 10k @.76eom
Picked up 10k @.80 eom
Sky, I'm keeping my eye on it and am thinking about shaking loose some funds and adding myself. The adage 'it's time to buy when there's blood in the streets' comes to mind but I'm not quite sure at what time that will occur. This volatility doesn't really bother me, I cut my investing teeth on Calpine- CPN. Now that was one hard lesson after another and very costly. Made all of my money back and then some and learned alot along the way. Personally, I think you can't go wrong adding anywhere in this area. Good luck.
Ice, it's anybody's guess on when news will be out. I view this 'quiet period' as a positive. Certainly not a positive in terms of pps and the MM games but beyond that I would like to think that the company needs this extra time to solidify it's position going forward. There's alot on the table and it all takes time. Herda does not run this company like a typical BB outfit with a PR once a week about crap. His PR's are fairly substantive though they should drop the attempt to alert us as to when the next one is due out. Makes too many people edgy, myself included. I like Herda's approach and honestly believe he is concerned about his shareholders but his priority is running the company not keeping the shareholders happy, at this point. If he succeeds, we will all be not only happy but wealthy to boot. It takes time brother and if this company does what I think it will, I'll give him all the time he needs. Just my $.02. Waiting patiently, most of the time, at the Jersey Shore.
Ice, done.
Glad you enjoyed it. I've listened to it at least a half dozen times and laughed just as hard the last time as the first. Well it looks like we're going to drift down until news. Selling now baffles me, to each his own. Gotta go shovel, luck to all from the slick and snowy Jersey Shore.
Ice, just got in not too long ago. We were hit with a snow, rain, sleet storm- just enough to make conditions slick. http://home.swbell.net/kf5tv/voicemail.mp3
Give a listen to this, guaranteed to make chuckle.
Ice, the comparison does not escape me. I have thought, on more than one occasion, that NSOL could be TASR-like when the time comes. Hopefully that time draws near.
Ice, whether news is sooner or later, I believe this company has explosive potential and could be @ $10 in a heartbeat with the right announcement. And that's just the beginning! Looking forward to see how it all plays out. If I had any dry powder left I would have added over the last few days. LOL from the sunny Jersey Shore.
Ran out of space on the previous post. Just thought I'd share some random thot's kicking around this middle 50's brain. Good day to all from the chilly and snowy picturesque Jersey Shore.
Ice, Your right about the white Jersey Shore, chilly too! Interesting action on Friday speaks to an interesting week ahead imho. A thought on the non-dilutive financing mentioned in the last PR: do you think money men would put up cash for a "small percentage" of maybe or possible revenue? I don't think so. Which leads me to beleive that the nuke detector may be closer to producing a revenue stream than I first suspected. As far as the IED detect and disarm product is concerned, the quiet surrounding that, to me, is a sign that all is progressing well. I think that when all is in place as far as suppliers and vendors we will get a PR on sales and revs. Batteries and water remediation, no idea but I recently read an article dated in 2004 about some Israeli company (I think) that was awarded a very large contract in Russia for water remediation using similar technology. As a matter of interest, Dr. Paul Brown was prominently mentioned in that article which was probably how i found it in the first place.
As a followup to my previous prediction, if that ,in fact does occur, we open Monday morn above $3.00. Disclamer: all of this is highly speculative and wishful thinking... but you never know.
It's sitting @1.01 on 546k vol. I predict NSOL closes @ 1.21 on 750k vol. and news after the bell. Just a hunch.
mlong, I don't know that anyone outside the company knows exactly what's developing but there's plenty of information out there to make an educated guess as to what is taking shape. Take the time and re-read the PR's from the last 6 months. That alone should give you a good handle on the direction this company is moving in. European office in Rome, possible JV with European Union consortium, non-dilutive financing, nuke detect device, ied detect device, nano news and nuke water remediation. And that's just off the top of my head. And as far as management is concerned, people who have been around this company a lot longer than I have seem to think that Mr. Herda is first rate. That's good enough for me. I'm excited about our prospects and look forward to more news. Good night to all.
Patience, guys, patience. Whether or not news comes this week, next week, next month or later things are developing for this company. My expectations for NSOL are very high and like most I want results now but I also realize that building a sound company and forging strategic alliances takes time, not to mention dealing with Uncle Sam. Sometimes I lose sight of that and frustration sets in. Sooner or later this rocket will take off. When it does just let me know when and where the shareholders party is at. I will be there. Waiting patiently at the Jersey Shore.
Hey guys, passing along some info: Causes for message removal. 1.Personal Attacks 2.Spam 3.Vulgarity/Profanity 4.Privacy Violation ie. posting personal email, phone# etc. 5. Threats against another. Rules from the top that I think we can all appreciate. We're due for some good news soon! Luck to all from the Jersey Shore.
T-8, are you out there at the moment. If you are I want to give you my e-mail address and then delete it so that its not out there for public consumption. If not now another time.
T-8, good article. Byrnes is an interesting guy and values honour and integrity. I would like to think that our Mr. Herda is cut from the same cloth. As far as theSTREET.com and Cramer goes, no surprise there. Good weekend to all from the chilly Jersey Shore. OT: picked up a few more shares of CYTR today, would have added more NSOL but my company retirement acct. does not allow us to trade bulletin board stocks, for our own protection I assume. Luck to all.
nuke, I think we all agree that this company is uniquely positioned if they can follow through and bring the technology to market in a timely fashion. I think they will. The interesting thing is that they have several irons in the fire any one of which can send the pps significantly higher. As far as all the patent talk, I have enough faith in Herda's competence that he would not allow important intellectual property to go unprotected for even a moment. I also trust that news will be forth coming at the appropriate time even though I, as an investor, would like it to be now. If this puppy does what I think it will our patience will be amply rewarded. Luck to all from the rainy Jersey Shore.
I love this ride, it does get the blood flowing dosen't it. Hang tight and add if you can because we do have a zip code changer here. Greetings to all from the Jersey Shore.
stl, I'm ready if it does. eom
T-8, You could be right. I took a look at them but couldn't find enough info to feel comfortable. Plus I emailed them with some questions and they never got back to me. Although If you got in @ $1.30 you could make some quick cash on it.
Ice, I recollect LLL being mentioned awhile ago in connection with NSOL's nano batteries but I can't recall where I read that info.
Ice, probably comes with the paid service, not the freebie.
guru, thanks for the info. It looks like the nuke waste water remediation technology could be huge not only here in the States but Europe as well. That's a part of the company's portfolio that I really don't think too much about, I guess it's not as glamorous as the IED and the NUKE DETECT, but could be quite a source of recurring revenue if brought to market. A lot of irons in the fire. Luck to all.
T-8, Agree and it's nice to see a CEO who is genuinely interested in retaining shareholder value. Rarely seen in this day and age.
T-8, What is the very good reason for Herda's trepidation? If there are any insights that you can share I would appreciate them. You obviously have a history with the company and as such are closer to its' heartbeat than most. So please share what you can, and if you can't share some in the public forum I'll give you my email and/or phone# for a private conversation. Looking for a big month and a bigger year. LOL from the Jersey Shore.
Hey guru, Sounds like the European office is in your neck of the woods. If you find anything out about it, give us a shout. Thanks. nj out.
T-8, more news in a day or two would be nice. Based on last evenings PR I'd have to say that February has the potential to be a dynamic month for NSOL. A Rome office to handle a JV with a European Combine, possible funding based on a piece of FUTURE revenue, battery update, solidify intellectual property, possible IED news- which wasn't even mentioned in the PR at all and a water remediation update. A fairly full plate, any of which could be considered a main coarse. Lord knows where this goes if it hits on all cylinders. Looking forward to the ride from the Jersey Shore.
Just picked up 10k @1.21 a nice balls to the walls after hours PR would really hit the spot. LOL from the Jersey Shore.
