I loaded up at .0018 to .0022 on advise then averaged down to .0012 where I am now.I was strongly advised to buy heavily at .0006 to .0007. Recently advised to buy at .0004. Another billion shares or more will sink us to .0001 for a 66 % loss if we buy at .0003.If Orie continues to backstab the investors then we may end up in the .00007 to .00009 range. The last thing we need is more COHO Dilution but it looks inevitable at this point.

all lied to and it's a tough pill to swallow. I feel sorry for You and CCRET as You both had a lot of Faith in Orie. I guess in the end we all
believe what we want to hear and that's why so many of us are burned by
these Ceo's. I'm heading to Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia for a couple weeks. I will be walking the Beach and meditating and Praying
about this setback and others I have had. I will say A Prayer for You all
and Ask the Lord to change Orie's Heart. This will hurt for a long time!!!

We were Warned!!! A couple posters warned us and
we chose to attack them every time they posted telling them they were Liars and frauds. This is not looking good and I'm down 83% with a huge loss.

I appreciate CCRET and GetMoreShares, Sam 1922 etc. but I think we have all been duped. It was suspicious to me when a lot of the big players just disappeared and did not come back.

For too long!!! I have held from .0012 down as low as .0002. If You have followed COHO for the past few years the "holders" are now ""Bagholders" like me. Recent conversions and more coming spell trouble unless Orie takes drastic steps to increase shareholder value. I don't think Orie has our best interests in mind regardless of what he says. Without Orie stepping up and taking strong measures this ticker could be down to .0001. It will take great Financials for sure but more action is needed. I'm holding long and Praying for us all! In about one Year that's an increase of 646 Million Shares Outstanding. Another 200 Million Shares being converted and Sold into the market can't be good news for Shareholders. It would be great if other posters weighed in on this as It makes me very concerned as I'm already awash in COHO red ink.

Averaging Down is Smart, but!!--
If I had averaged down when many on this forum were advising me to I would be down another 4 Grand. Buying at .0003 to .0004 is Great unless
there is talk of a Reverse Split and Dilution and it drops to .0002 down to .0001. I have seen it happen and I lost my shirt on bldv that way.

I'm holding off right now, too much uncertainty for me right now. I'm ready to jump back in when I think the time is right. Hopefully, things will settle down and we can move past this difficult time. GLTA

Re: Stock Price being held back.

I personally blame the CEO Orie Rechtman. Reverse Splits and the threat of serious Dilution is detrimental to any stock and the investors always pay the price. I've been considering averaging down from .0012 and I almost bought another 10 Million at .0006 to .0007., but one poster here caused me to hold off, good thing I did or I would be down another % 50 percent by now.

This ticker needs Positive News, Significant Financials showing Rapid Growth and Increasing Profitability. Furthermore, it will take time as
a Cloud now hangs over us investors as so many have sold and moved on
with many taking losses. This is not a company in a real hot market like
all the MJ Pot stocks where new investors are ready to pounce. Just consider all the posters we followed every day on this forum over the past few years, most are long gone.

We remaining COHO investors have suffered through a really bad dry spell. We can only have Faith that Orie really cares about us and intends for us to share in the future growth of COHO. I sincerely hope we are all richly rewarded in the long run. GLTA

Posting Action? Well--I guess
I could post more on this board but to be truthful I feel like this stock is in a rut and I'm getting bored following it. Orie may be a good CEO but his management style leaves a lot to be desired. Every day there are these 5 Million sells and 10,000 buys that appear to be an ineffective paint job.
I feel frustrated every day when I look at the trading volume and see the same old action daily.

This Stock will not move very high until Orie communicates better, the Share Count is reduced down from a ridiculous 6 Billion and some serious new contracts to increase business are signed. I have not sold a single share but I'm down near 75 percent which is a near an 8 grand loss for me.I almost bought more to average down at .0006 to .0007, very happy I held off as I would be down another 50 to 60 percent on those buys.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who was disappointed in Orie when He attempted the Reverse Split, it was a kiss of death I think. No really good news since then means we are stuck in trips for the summer and maybe into next year or beyond.
I'm still trusting in Orie and I hope CCRET is correct in his high opinion of Orie but my faith is slowly evaporating. I hope for the sake of all the loyal followers on this board that Orie has not forgotten the bag holders who have supported him the past few years. GLTA

I need to average down as I have near 10 million shares at about .0012. I could average down to maybe .0009 or so. The recent issues with Orie's filings and a possible RS have weighed on me and I can't pull the trigger to add millions more. There is too much uncertainty for me right now and I have lost money before buying stocks at .0004 and watching bad news drop them to .0001 overnight. Recent postings by Orphan and others have put enough doubt in my mind to lay back and watch how this plays out through the fall.

I have considered averaging down from .0012 to .0007 and I would have to spend another 3 thousand out of pocket. I came close to pulling the trigger
at .0005 and .0006 but good thing I did not take the plunge. It's tempting at .0003 but if it drops to .0002 or .0001 then it's a big percentage loss.
Orphan's postings have concerned me and so far he has been fairly accurate.

It is possible we could drop to .0001 with any bad news, and it's not out of the question of a drop even lower after the ticker change and rumors of another reverse split. At this point I'm stuck at .0012 and plan on holding
for another year if necessary, maybe longer if stock price slowly increases. I'm down % 75 percent but still have some faith in COHO.

We have every right to research Josh Alper and His family. I owned at one time many millions of shares and I am down over $11 grand. His "Family""

There is probably no such thing as an Insider Trader in an otc pinky. Your predictions were based on Your own DD I'm sure. I would ignore the green pea stock holders and their off the wall posts. Long time traders know that Ceo's of small companies with billions of shares have little concern for share holders. They will loose their money and fall away. If they continue investing they will never fall in love with another CEO or sub penny stock again.

I own about 10 million shares at .0011 and could average down to maybe .0008. I'm concerned it may drop to .0002 or .0001 after I buy in at .0004. If anyone has any thoughts as to if it would be safe to add I would appreciate it. I am concerned about further dilution.

Some Investors think the CEO's of sub penny stocks are their friends. Every one I have invested in over the past 15 Years or so has turned out to be only concerned about their own interests. One CEO told investors they were opening a Bakery and would Franchise to expand and we would share in it. Turned out he gave His Daughter $250 in Stock as a Private Loan and investors got more red ink.

The 6x10 foot backyard behind my one room Efficiency Condo.

I have Powerful Friends and Business Associates in High Places. Well, mostly they are in Low Places like me and unemployed right now. I have the Authority to walk into a Bakery in Chicago and demand a free veggie muffin. My Shareholders gave about $250 Grand to the owner so I rate a free handout now and then. I"m a real Social Butterfly, I jet to Trade Shows and Conferences around the world.( Have the Tee Shirts to prove it).
I'm on the verge of Mega Millions in Business Revenue through Mergers
and buyouts. I'm just saving up for the cab fare to Midway Airport so I can fly somewhere to close the Multi Million Dollar Deals.

I lost a ton of money on another pink, "bld v. It's at .0006 today. They just released financials which show No Income, No Revenue, ZILCH, NADA, NOTHING. Stop sign is back. COHO is real and profitable and the cream will rise to the top!!!!!!

"OTC Glitch"" Yield-

Another stock I own has a Yield sign as of today. They released their
financials on time and they are profitable so no explanation for their Yield sign showing up this morning. Maybe there is a "Glitch" in the system.

map for future possibilities.

There some members of the board who can't credit Kool Aid Man for being
diligent in His research and mostly correct in His conclusions.

You pointed out a number of possibilities for BLDV going forward and I hope for the sake of investors something comes to fruition. It seems an influx of investor cash will be necessary for BLDV to grow moving forward. I really don't see that happening at least under current management. The money flowing into the MJ Market is aimed at Growers and Retail Establishments. Potential investors today have many sources of information available to them and I don't see Josh Alper being an attractive partner
for any investment group.

Many years ago I spoke with John Q.Moaning CEO of BLDV on the phone at length. It was truly an exciting phone call. New Ventures, New Sources of Revenue, New Technology in Bio Diesel, Fish Farming, New Investors. I bought millions of more shares, lost everything at .0001 and a stop sign for Years. I think Josh has read the J. Moaning Playbook. Josh takes care of Josh and his family, same old BLDV.

Making us think we would own shares of an expanding Bakery Chain called Betty Bot was also a SCAM. Pretty much everything ever associated with the symbol ""BLDV"" has been a scam. From Goats to Bio Diesel, Tilapia Fish Farming, AMS, Betty Bot, Quality Green and by now more than 2 dozen Scams fallen by the wayside.

It's a Joke, but not a funny one to those of us who have lost many thousands of dollars.

$9000.00 loss on a bit less than 10 million shares. I think there may be good news coming if Orie is as honest as many of You think. Lets all take a deep breath and give Orie the benefit of any doubt. A few more months posting and providing the Board with any news or opinions You have will be appreciated by many, including me.

Orie said He wants to build the Company and be a Blessing to Shareholders
with an increase in pps. Let's give the Man a chance and more time to
