Thanks JPS02: Awesome Post and Very Informative.

You did an admirable job of explaining the current state of BLDV and a road
map for future possibilities.

There some members of the board who can't credit Kool Aid Man for being
diligent in His research and mostly correct in His conclusions.

You pointed out a number of possibilities for BLDV going forward and I hope for the sake of investors something comes to fruition. It seems an influx of investor cash will be necessary for BLDV to grow moving forward. I really don't see that happening at least under current management. The money flowing into the MJ Market is aimed at Growers and Retail Establishments. Potential investors today have many sources of information available to them and I don't see Josh Alper being an attractive partner
for any investment group.
