Purposefully misleading people won't get you much credibility.
"THE PPRODUCT HAS LEFT CHINA"
I'll take it off if the company ever changes names. Until then IMO it's necessary to give potential buyers a complete look into what the company is about.
"This business venture has to go well for them."
Why is that? Will they be embarrassed if it doesn't? The only way that's an issue is if their names are attached to the company and thus far the supposed investors remain a mystery. There's no public anything that lists the supposed group. There's no evidence that any group has funded anything (just shares given away for services).
If a supposed group was actually stepping up, the first thing they would have done was to bring the filings current and fulfill the promises that are hanging out there. The only thing "they" have done is update a page on a website. After screwing it up that is.
Of course you may feel that equates "stepping up", everyone is entitled to their opinions of course.
Sure it does. If you feel that there are lies posted that you can refute, then do so.
You can't- it's not true.
The rules allow for lies to be posted but luckily they allow us to point out the lies as well.
It's not. Just another untruth.
"Last year the short brokers took part in an effort to shut pyct down"
Yes, indeedy. Brokers have nothing better to do than to hunt down a company that did business with Pino and get them to orchestrate a lawsuit that does them no good to orchestrate in the first place.
You've got it all figured out... keep up the effort- it does so much good for the image of PYCT.
"The share audit was announced publicly"
LMAO. So was the Paypal model, the massive ad campaign, the divy, the new CEO and most recently emergence into the market in early 2010.
"they decided to stop leaking money in to this shell"
I can't say that I believe a company that gives shares as payment ever had anything leaking cash into it in the first place.
"its clear whats coming next"
No, it's never clear. Many years ago it was the Paypal competitor that was next, then the massive ad campaign. Two years ago it was the divy and new CEO that was next... until they produce that then I'd be surprised if they tried to bait newbies with anything else.
Then again this is Mr. Wang Chu-Men that we're dealing with so who knows. With his deep pockets that need to produce shares to pay bills anything can happen.
You seem confused. It's been 6 weeks since they supposedly began producing the film for samples.
"Status: July 2nd: Sample production process - film production started"
The company has been kind enough to offer updates in order to keep such nonsense from spreading. Of course you might be trying to go with the whole "the company is misleading everyone in order to surprise the world" route but I have confidence that you're smarter than that. Right?
"6 weeks since COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION BEGAN"
That's easy- it's big conspiracy. The same consiracy that kept Pino, Cerda and Pillay and now Mr. Chung-HU from realizing their dreams with this company.
Yeah, that's it.
Nothing to update. Perhaps your browser shows an old version from when you clicked on them previously? Tough to tell why people get different stuff. My browser clears stuff upon closing it so as far as I know I get the most recent versions.
I do apologize if I incorrectly implied that you had not checked.
Doesn't matter- that wouldn't happen if production was on demand and on a per order basis.
"before letting the system lose."
Freudian slip? LOL IMO they've already let their system lose.
The two buttons on the right take me to a page with a bunch of code as Laker's said- it's an ASP page so how would it work for you?
If you replace the .ASP with .HTML you get the correct page, but I don't see how you're getting a different page if you really checked it.
The only shareholders who need to keep an eye on the mailbox are the ones who request the pads after the company announces that the product is ready to send out. Please try and keep up.
"I am attempting to put pressure on the company to deliver..."
Well that's nice. This "group" has a "company" which has a "product" which is going to make people gazillionaires and they aren't going to produce crap unless they feel pressured by their IR guy... that's just funny.
Thanks for sharing the message.
The site is finally back to its previous status. It apparently was quite a task for Flushaway.
Just because Hands has other clients doesn't mean he isn't handling services for PYCT- whatever "services" he was offering in the first place.
I don't believe you should see the posts. If you're not a paid member though and have taken someone off of Ignore then I'm not sure you can put them back on. Not 100% sure about that though.
If you don't wish to see his replies the Ignore feature will take care of that.
Well they could be updating the site although I read that when you update a website it's supposed to be a garbled mess. LOL My source might not be correct though- it's someone's wife/ex-wife/wife who's worked with Walmart for 15/12/15 years.
Odd how they'd take the site down although they're currently selling product that they've confirmed they're not selling.
"Anyone who hooks up with a shady stinky pinkie that trades Unsolicited and was hatched by Mario Pino"
Agreed. Any company that felt they had a serious contender wouldn't mess around with this crap. Heck, they could have gone on "Shark Tank" and had some real people with real money behind them. LOL
Instead they go through the typical crap pinkie methods... I wonder why that is.
Admitting that you had to claim to look for him in the first place is quite telling- and unfortunate.
"Looks like we are all in agreement..."
Indeedy. I guess everyone who reads that now believes that this is indeed the general consensus.
Well done.
Best plan ever.
""The NEW Flushaway product is now being advertised and sold."
Hmmmm... wow.
Someone should tell the company.
"If this company can't get a product out it makes zero difference whether there is a short or not."
You're forgetting about PYCT's "Super-Secret Three Year Pillay Plan" which is designed to force the short covering- new product or not.
Or perhaps you're still waiting for any bit of proof that it makes even the smallest amount of sense...
" lazy investors that prefer a re assuring lie as opposed to the naked truth."
Yep, the reassuring lies from the pink sheet companies that are posted on website FAQs and "update pages" that take the place of filings have most certainly become hilarious.
But I don't think there are as many lazy investors as you're thinking. The majority are not foolish enough to think that companies like this are going to make them into multi-millionaires over night.
That's so 90's...LOL
"...to confine their "Short Interest" on All Exchanges..."
That might be of interest here if PYCT were actually listed on an exchange.
Sure it does- they're basically CES anyway.
Oh, of course- shorting at the lows- just as anybody who wants to make money on a short trade does. LOL
So it's "the shorting is over and now we go up" but when there's no increase it's back to "they're mad shorting again".
Factual stories don't have to change.
" The MM's are naked shorting it at market"
Yet you repeatedly said that MMs had stopped naked shorting it and it was time to fly...
Why back to the short story?
"I don't know who is supposed to keep track of that kind of thing, but I am pretty sure, even in pinky land that it is not the company IR, or anyone connected with the company."
That's why the whole theory that the company has a master plan in place designed to burn those naked shorts is beyond silly IMO.
Three years in the making that plan is... starting with Pillay touting a non-existent marketing plan in 2007. lol
IMO no one here has tracked it, no one has paid anyone to track it and no one has confirmed it exists. If they had then it would be a huge story in pinkyland and everyone would be talking and buying instead of just wishing and blowing smoke.
One doesn't have to believe that statement to use it against the argument of a naked short position existing here. Whatever the truth is- PYCT is saying such a negative situation doesn't exist. In order to further their unsubstantiated claims some longs must accuse the company of lying. This is the very same company that they're trying to get people to believe in- it's rather funny to watch.
And what's really interesting is that when the company rep makes a claim that doesn't fit their agenda, not only do some people chose to disbelieve him, but they bombard him with personal insults and try and discredit him.
ROTFLMAO indeed.
Ah very good- the claim that someone was trying to short the company to death certainly should not be given any consideration although that's the claim of some here.
I'm glad you agree.
A company who is funded by private sources shouldn't need to issue shares to pay for services.
According to this post a poster implies that IR confirmed that this was taking place.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=51813154&txt2find=services
"The company has NEVER sold one share on the open market, they were given as "services rendered". You better call IR...."
That's what they get for putting out information that could be verified. Anyone could have called Jana and gotten confirmation on that.
Unlike the supposed claims about the short being verifed for the DTC and garbage like that.
Someone trying to put the company under by shorting it to death is a negative thing and the company clearly stated that the negatives were all taken care of.
"but I doubt this group would spend that kind of $$"
There's nothing to indicate that they spend money at all, the company says they issue shares instead.
But they don't sell a SINGLE ONE ON THE OPEN MARKET!!!!
Mark this post.
"at some point in time when the pps is up there real good, do a r/s"
Why in the world would they reverse split when the price inceases substantially?
Reverse splits are for companies at rock bottom prices- when the PPS get's high they do a forward split.
