That's what they get for putting out information that could be verified. Anyone could have called Jana and gotten confirmation on that.

Unlike the supposed claims about the short being verifed for the DTC and garbage like that.

Someone trying to put the company under by shorting it to death is a negative thing and the company clearly stated that the negatives were all taken care of.
