By the way if NITE is a conduit for others to sell their shares and somebody on this board has that sell order at $.0018 for 240K shares, bring that shit up all it's doing is strangling the stock price from moving up. If people are really trying to flip for a measly $100 in lieu of the thousands that could be made, need to figure it out.
"The first phase of the EU strategy is immediate market implementation focused in Spain.
Slide #17 mentions Spain as the first target in Europe & $220mm immediate EU target. Why not go after this while waiting for Mexico City?
I hate to say this but they absolutely burned their bridge with Spain. If you look at the two 'Rip-off Reports' I posted there was a heated exchange between Slotkin and a large Spanish operation that cried foul against Hydro Phi.
Spain says they sold them crap, Hydro Phi says they didn't follow directions, etc. It's really ugly, but they will not be doing business in Spain anymore. Just my opinion.
I expressed to Slotty that I was distressed about not only the share price but discrepancies between past PR's and the last 10-K.
He stated they were likewise very distressed and beyond about it. How much of that matters I'm not sure.
Apparently they couldn't get the endorsement from Secretary of Transportation (the paperwork) for approval of installation on the units in Mexico. He stated it was still in play. This is all very odd, I did look up the names of the people who ran the testing (which they passed according to Slotkin and past PR's). But now, why the hold up? Administrative hold up waiting for endorsement and subsidy on the units?
I'm drawing a blank as to where the disconnect can be between $1M P/O on the books and then not delivering a unit due to administrative difficulties. THAT, I've never seen.
CEO Claims:
· Yes- we received a PO from RU - the never provided a deposit because they have not received the necessary documentation from the City Government and Secretary of Mobility- endorsing the program- even though we passed ( with flying colors ) all the tests they requested- this program, though, is still in play.
· The PO was real- the client is real- the program is real- I, know any member of our board or team has never, NOR never would release any false or intestinally mis-leading report or press release.
Rufino Leon Tovar is the Secretary of Mobility for Mexico City.
Besides this ticker spinning off into oblivion and whipping out the share price, any thoughts on this one?
Somebody needs to hold them accountable for blatant fraud. Again, you can't state you have a deal if you have no deal that's false and misleading statements according to their 10-K. In no way should they get away scott free
Yeah this is really circling the toilet bowl. Anybody sell yet?
3 months? I'd say trips within 3 trading days at this rate.
This is an abandoned ticker... the only trading activity are MM's flipping at lower and lower levels for a profit. I don't see the company releasing anything, more than likely closing their doors or preparing for BK.
If only this traded at a higher volume, there could be some interest in a class action fraud suit.
These cocksuckers straight up lied about the business they were doing and the progress they had made. What recourse is there for shareholders?
He doesn't even have any F'ing hair, he's a cue ball. The F is he doing opening a salon?
Wow, this is how low this company has gotten. There has to be some sort of legal retribution that can be taken on their blatant misinformation regarding the purchase orders from Mexico.
You can't just announce purchase orders and then say the exact opposite is true on your 10-k. They put it in writing.
Please post Snaky Slotkin's reply here if you're able to get one. I've worked with a few start up CEO's in the bio-space, no experience in healthcare or business, still not failing as hard as Slotty. The more experience I have working with idiotic people the more confident I am that ANYBODY can be a CEO if they know the right people and have eye popping stuff on the rez.
Yes I did read the rebuttal section and I'm equal parts LIVID and equal parts EMBARASSED that I didn't read this DD before handing my money over to this company.
So many red flags, from shit like this to past companies this jerkoff has failed at. I'd followed the product, press releases, what more can you do?
Just like us shareholders appears poor bastards from Spain also were 'had' so to speak. This one is dead to rights in my book, hoping it gets one last pump and dump.
So how much cash/time do they have to burn paying themselves a absurd salaries whilst not selling any units?
In other words, how much more time do (current) shareholders have before we're diluted into oblivion or Hydrophi goes BK? Any thoughts?
That seems like a pretty good gig, $250K per year to fail at my job. Where do I sign up, Roger?
About to exit with a $5K loss, tough lesson to learn here.
Thievery, the MM's get filled when they want, at what ever price they want. They've done this all the way down from $.03.
These J-off's need to issue some guidance after such positive PR earlier in the year.
Seeing that 1M bid @ $.002 from CANT makes me nervous over here. Don't want them to pull the same BS that they did earlier in the week.
This thing WANTS to run to $.01 in real quick fashion, but still at the whim of MM manipulation.
Level II, thinner to $.01 than Dawid's wienershnitzel. You know what that means! Let's go damn it!
Any thoughts on your short term price targets?
This was the portion I was focusing on, "We have concluded two marketing and distribution agreements, one for Mexico and Brazil and one for Europe. To date the focus of these distributors has been in Mexico and Poland and Eastern Europe. Although there are minimum sales objectives stated in the agreements, there have been no notable sales under the agreements to date, and there is no assurance that there will be any sales under the agreements. To date, the sales under these agreements have largely been for beta testing by potential customers.Additionally, because the sales are to be by purchase orders from time to time, there is no assurance of when, if any, orders will be placed. In the event that the sales objectives specified in the agreements are not met, our remedy is to terminate the arrangement."
A $1M purchase order PR'd in January for beta testing? That doesn't make any sense.
Then why haven't their trials resulted in large purchase orders for municipal fleets? I take issue with them stating on their 10-K that they've received no large purchases to date. They basically scammed the public to this point with that Mexico deal. Nobody can deny that
Pennystock purgatory, good for a few flips for ticks here and there. At this point has the dilution limited the upside on those too?
It seems like the best case is a 8-16% flip here and there, worst case is no bid.
Of course CDEL had to fill his 1M order @ 22 before they let this go any further. The criminal activity here is insane. In the process, created additional bagholders
Hanging somewhere in a cloud of disdain over Mexico.
But really, I believe it's:
Calle San Juan 50
Chapultepec
62450 Cuernavaca, Mor.
Mexico
I think it's safe to say Hydrophi management team could not give two shits about investor interests.
How many shares you in for Pro?
Also, how is it that they state they have a $1M purchase order from Mexico and yet in their 10-K state they have no significant purchase orders? This seems like an outright lie by the company if you ask me. Definitely if that's the case it was a false and misleading statement that the company put out in Jan/Feb. Whats the recourse on that?
My parents live around the area I should have them stop into the facility and see if there's actually any business activity going on or if Slotty used the funds to import Mexican hookers on his 'Mexico trip'
At this rate could they go to no bid next week?
Right Tuesday, of course we could get a late filing notice just the same.
I'd take a pump at this point, or a quick run out of nowhere.
What's pathetic is look how thin this thing is to $.01 right now but there is absolutely zero buying interest.
In any case isn't it such a damn shame they showed so much promise only a few months ago with all that momentum in Latin America and now we're left speculating and guessing?
I'm not asking for fluff, but how can they just be so silent? It's really as if somebody turned the lights out on this one.
I asked I.R. to confirm if they've received a delisting notice.
He's a dumb red neck that makes his money on the hopes and dreams of defrauded shareholders. Standard operating procedure for any stinky pinky.
I disagree, whether people are positive or negative on a message board does not affect the outcome of this stock performance or company following through on the items they have PR'd.
And those email spams to buy this company cost money, Hydrophi has none of that. There is no reason to believe toxic financing will be over, it will likely only increase the longer they go without sales. They will have no choice but write more notes to keep the lights on.
It's not negative to be honest. Here's what we know to be true: They've diluted another 40M shares minimum, they did not get their Europe subsidy, Slotkin had to go to Mexico to 'follow up' on a purchase order they haven't fulfilled yet, MM's have put up ask walls that won't be taken down in any near term.
And before anyone asks, 'well why don't you sell?' I can't! It's too thinly traded for me to trade the amount of shares I have. Good grief, live and learn I suppose.
I remember grow life, I must have owned it for some short period of time because I just got a class action suit in the mail. I don't think this ticker is that wide-spread enough to warrant that but, if they are caught lying the execs should face some kind of litigation. As we've seen time and time again with these high risk stocks, the SEC likely won't lift a finger and companies like this can continue to hold on for years, essentially paying their salaries with stock funds and issuing new shares. That's what's coming down the pipe for Hydrophi.
Somebody turned out the lights on this company shortly after that fraudulent purchase order and now all you see is 8-K's. Think about this, no more than $800-$900 of stock trades brought this down 27% and has not found any level of support since it's bearish downturn from $.03.
There is no silver lining dude. They pumped it with that Rutas Unidas BS that never came to fruition. They pumped it with the Poland trials that never came to fruition. They diluted shares, they didn't get the subsidy from the EU.
They pumped this before, they did it again to $.03, and now we're in the dump phase.
Myself included, and everyone else that owns this stock have been had. It's a complete 100% sham, classic pump and dump.
I am now only waiting to see if this can get back to anywhere near my average weighted share price, and if not it will take me 2 years to write this loss off.
These guys should be in jail
Guarantee these clowns are going to file their annual late. That run to $.03 is smelling more like a pump and dump daily, just like the previous run up to $.88 which was an ACTUAL pump and dump from Tobin Smith.
Down 16% today on a measly $360 bucks worth of stock trades. Do they even have evidence that there was an agreement to build and ship hydroplants to Mexico? Lastly, any recourse to stockholders if it was proven that they lied about that?
Well with 14 day RSI at 39 when the share price was $.0040, an oversold RSI would have been 30, making an oversold share price of $.003. So if that calculation is correct, looks like you made a good technical buy on the button with 450K shares.
I'm going to start using this tool more as I think other traders do the same.
Would it be ironic if Driscoll sold insurance for stock fraud?
http://www.driscollinsured.com/
But seriously, I agree with you. Companies can seemingly go on and on for years on the hopes and dreams of small time investors. It's happening to me right now in another play I'm involved in, I'm down pretty significantly.
Jesus backflipping Christ, they really killed this thing didn't they?
So what? Buy the ask, sounds like you were projecting onto yourself about the whole 'expecting others to do the heavy lifting'
