How many shares you in for Pro?

Also, how is it that they state they have a $1M purchase order from Mexico and yet in their 10-K state they have no significant purchase orders? This seems like an outright lie by the company if you ask me. Definitely if that's the case it was a false and misleading statement that the company put out in Jan/Feb. Whats the recourse on that?
