Terrible PR and they don't file with SEC, big no no

seems to me that shorts are working overtime :) day swings getting tighter and volume drying up means they are the ones selling small amounts in the lows to scare up more sales.
nervous,........I would be shorting a stock that wont break .005 with a PR bombe in the waiting.

I'm putting my money on hershman! this guy is the wayne greztky of bio pharma... You think that he needs a job with a sub penny that's going nowhere? this guy has a cault like fallowing in this industry, big pharma notices where guys like him go, thus the volume lately..... stronger long term investors are accumulating and holding.

My "diagnoses" is that a major deal has already been agreed apon as long as certain milestones and criteria are met.
X amount of shares restricted for merger/financing/buyout.
I bet my last dollar that next PR release will be a good one and soon . by my accounting the pps will be anywhere from .009-.012

companies will not enter into partnership or buyout with a maxed out A/S they just wont do it. they look for leverage

the stock is way to cheap it isn't normal that it hasn't broken .01 yet. relative to price find me a better play, you can't.

reasoning for this

1. compared to similar stem cell companies eg. ACTC
2. the board of directors assembles is nothing shy of AWSOME with a proven track record of success and multiple connections and contacts in the industry.
3. they have a plan to roll out with 3 clinics this year with projected revs. of 10-20 million per
4. this technology is far cheaper with regards to time and expense as well as no negative reactions

as far as dilution I think that they wont want to dilute until a much higher pps like .015-.02 everything is paid right now IR outta the way the release of patent news is good for 30% day gain at these levels. any other news and who knows from my entry levels 16's 18's and 21's ive always held a strong position that this stock would be .015-.02 my hands wont shake till I see those numbers and neither should yours.

you know its overvalued when there are no buyers at .015, 4.5 million volume that's a red flag, announcing the start of phase III trails is nothing being invited to the summit is nothing these are not key developments by any means. BHRT has a lot of toxic debt. Now some kind of funding or revenue growth would be nice, positive results even better but this rise to .02 was a piece of cheese to sucker in higher price per share.....maybe dilution coming soon which is not a bad this if they use the money accordingly.

@.015 this company is overvalued with a price book of negative -.02 the poor volume at these levels are a clear indicatore.

easy there..multibillion.NBS is valued at 285,000,000 BHRT doesn't even come close. BHRT has toxic financing and should fall back down to .009-.011 in no time. when the "clean up" happens that's when you buy not now. still very early and overvalued.

this is a new technology poised to be licenced in the near term The simple fact they are suing Microsoft "the giant" shows me significant kahoonas. this is it, Microsoft patent is a very broad patent at best. SFOR patent very narrow and focused who cares about the dilution, its gonna happen. this has the potential to become a 1000% gain with the right developments
ie, 1)licensing
2)merger
3)buyout (Microsoft) if there is an iota chance of them losing they will just buy it.

all of which are good things, an R/s will not take place anytime soon. they will remain at current a/s until the final ruling at least.
