is, and just wrap your head around this for a minute guys
why would hershman and hubiak come on board ?
forget this day to day that's for flippers..
these guys came on board to steer this potentially massive ship!!
these guys don't F@#K around they are heavy hitters with massive connections in this sector. this is why the A/S is being increased (oh lightbulb!) yes it would be my guess that a deal has already been brokered behind closed doors. and certain milestones and criteria have to be met before they make it public

companies will not enter into partnership or buyout with a maxed out A/S they just wont do it. they look for leverage

the stock is way to cheap it isn't normal that it hasn't broken .01 yet. relative to price find me a better play, you can't.
