Hmmm...
"Sorry but it's the truth" followed by "IMO" - In my opinion.
So it's clearly NOT the truth, simply a personal opinion from someone who has done little else but bash this company and the management team.
I'm certainly not an idiot either but I do accept that the lack of communication is not ideal but there may be an underlying reason for it - there's little point in releasing too much information as people such as yourself just jump all over it and criticise...
I can't see why you're still posting here if this company is so bad - perhaps you have a more sinister reason for doing so...
They're obviously desperate to get rid of them and since no-one is buying at 3, they're having to let them go at 2.
Can't help but think that we're getting to the end of the dilution as BKRT is the only one still dumping and VFIN is nowhere to be seen.
Still think that we'll be hearing from them in the near future with a number of PRs and filings showing increased revenue and news of acquisitions.
Get ready for the journey, it's gonna be a blast...
It's not such a big deal as I've said before...
What has happened lately when there's been a PR or filings - nothing, the share price moves up a little and then drops back down as people flip and criticise the management team (and you're part of that - not having a pop at you but you have been critical of them).
So what do we need to move the SP away from such an attractive price for flipping?
We need a sustained campaign of quality PRs which will entice new buyers in - it's natural for some people to sell as the price moves up and we need new investors tom take their place at higher share prices.
It seems to me like the best time is here - we have audited 10K, late audited 10Q with another 10Q to follow by mid-November (hopefully with additional revenues from the most recent acquisition) plus news of further acquisitions and the new website.
In my head, filing the audited 10K and outstanding 10K next week or around the 1st November would be a great way to generate enough momentum to move the share price up to what it should be based on the financials.
Thoughts???
Makes sense as the 10K will be the starting point for subsequent filings.
He has turned round in the past and said that filings should be done on time and whilst it makes little difference as we are a pink stock, it's causing issues with his reputation which as a CEO, isn't good.
Let's not forget the impact that it could have in attracting bigger investors...
At the moment the yield sign only relates to the late 10Q as the 10K has already been filed.
If I understand correctly, the new auditors are insisting that the 10K is re-done by them.
As to whether the 10Q for the second quarter will be filed on time, that's anyone's guess but Mr Fusilier is on thin ice if it's not filed on time as he's previously said that future reports should be filed within the appropriate deadlines...
Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong...
EXACTLY, so the 10Q for Q2 should be due around November 15th - less than a month away, which makes me think that we'll get filings with a sustained PR campaign to get the SP moving upwards...
The closer we get to the middle of November the more I am convinced that we are going see a focused PR campaign to coincide with the filing of the quarterly reports with news of another acquisition, a new corporate website and possibly news of institutional investors which will make this baby fly...
Remember that the 10Q due to be filed mid-November should also show revenue from the last acquisition in excess of $1M.
Thoughts anyone?
You could be wrong about this - another explanation is that they're holding back to release several PRs in quick succession to generate momentum to move this up a lot higher - I've been saying this for a while...
You might be correct in your forecast but I wouldn't agree that your suggestion is 'logical'...
I guess the benefit of having all of these released within a short space of time is that it could develop enough momentum to get the SP higher and out of the 'flipping' zone...
Might actually be better than having them released individually, so I'm not too bothered that things are late...
Fuzzy, I agree completely, the Management team at IFCR are playing the long game here which is why so many short term flippers are p*ssed because they're not getting quick returns.
He he, makes me laugh...
Let me start off by saying that like many, I’m not happy with the delay in submitting filings BUT my end game is to sell my shares for a substantial profit and this will always take precedence over timeliness of filings and PRS.
These are just a means to an end and for that reason, I can’t get annoyed by what’s happening and I do recognize that DF, HH and the rest of the team at IFCR are working damned hard to turn this company round from being a financial black hole to a profit generating business, and so far, I think they’re doing a damn fine job…
So, the fact that the overdue 10Q is further delayed might not be a bad thing...
Typically when results are issued for IFCR there's a few comments made here, the PPS moves up briefly but then drops back to the same levels as if it had never moved; this has happened several times lately.
In order to get the PPS up to what has been forecasted, $0.017 based on the numbers, new investors are needed along with sustained momentum and volume increase to get the PPS moving.
The delayed 10Q along with the new website, plus more definitive news of another acquisition, and perhaps the next 10Q (for the second quarter which is due on or before mid-November) could come in quick succession and generate sufficient momentum to move the PPS up and away from where it can be manipulated by the MMS and flippers, and to bring in new investors to consolidate any gains made.
Just a few thoughts, anyone have any other comments...
Oops, don't know what happened there - 3 posts for the price of 1....
JB, it doesn't matter how many, he always finds a way to hammer IFCR.
If the report drops next week with good news and we climb, he'll praise the company...
Playing both sides he is....

HAE I have no idea where the new clinic is but to say it is in the SE USA made me wonder whether it might be in Gulf Breeze.
Let me be straight, I live outside of the USA and do not have any inside information but it's a considered opinion given that there was talk of an alliance with the Andrews Institute last year and we know that the AI is working on stem cell treatments.
The answer from Andrews that you're referring to I believe was simply that they weren't working with Intellicell at the time but that was a while ago and things change...
Perhaps I'm putting 1 and 1 together to make 3 but given the past, it's an easy outcome to speculate.
I believe there were problems with the stem cell extraction process and they were introducing a new container so perhaps Intellicell has been working in the background to review and amend the process with the new flask to correct the problems. IF this is the case, we may be looking at commencing the IND which was mentioned last year.
Speculation on my part but who knows, these PRs kind of suggest that the company definitely isn't dead which a number of 'bashers' have been spouting off about.
Per Ardua Ad Astra...
You're speculating and scare mongering...
We don't know how many shares are left, hopefully the 10Q will give us a better idea...
Like many people, I'm hoping this is coming to a close so we can get on with the long awaited move upwards...
Thinking that the MMs are waiting for the 10Q and any PRs like the rest of us, and they're keeping these big walls up to stop any movement util the news breaks...
So how did he get the EPS of 0.001???
Hmm, a new lab in the South East, wonder if it's anywhere near the Andrews Institute in Gulf Breeze, FL...
So the latest valuation that Mr Hoffman is suggesting is around is about 1.7 cents per share.
What is this figure based on - the revenue for the last FY or the forecasted revenue for this FY which as we know will be greater than last year because of debts paid off, more efficient business practices, diesel fuel price cuts and of course the last acquisition effective 1st July this year.
Clearly if the 1.7 cent SP valuation was for last year, we could be looking a a much healthier price and we might get a better idea on what it might be when the 10Q for the quarter ending yesterday comes out, in a little over 6 weeks, in the middle of November.
Meanwhile, hopefully we'll have the audited first quarter 10Q out next week which will give us all a better idea of the share structure and debt levels. Next week's gonna be busy I think...
This might be why DFs in no rush to file the 10Q...
Wait until dilution is finished and then release the news to give the greatest momentum...
Greetings from across the pond...
So there's 1.5M on the ask with VFIN and BKRT, less than there was earlier today...
But does it really matter what it is?
Nope because the MMs can change the numbers in seconds as they want to so why are people getting fixated on the Bid and Ask???
Excellent post Trill, the CEO has far more to do than pander to the whims of every shareholder that calls or mails him and then criticises him for not executing things according to their simplistic timeline...
Let the guy do his job, he's turning the company round and if we let him do his stuff, he'll make us a lot of money...
Personally think we'll be around or just over 1 billion.
Doesn't worry me unduly, seen many pinks with a LOT more...
IMHO we've seen the worst of the dumping now, this is a few final notes that are being converted - not saying there won't be any more but not at the same level of the last two months.
There will be an end to it, just hang in there and remember that there's a 10Q coming in the next week which will hopefully set us on the road to increasing share price...
That's only $4k Cherry, my concern would be how many are hidden behind the 7M.
If this is a blocking tactic, it's only because they want to hold the SP here; once news and updated fins come out hopefully next week, it should be a different story...
Think it will be interesting next week when the fins come out...
That's an interesting comment about a merger...
Was that a random statement to use as an example of why a R/S would happen or is there something more to this than you first think...
Hmmmmm...
It sounds like you have insider information???
Is that definite then???
That would be strange as it's a Friday...
Perhaps after hours or over the weekend I wonder...
Clearly if stem cell treatments don't work then there must be a MASSIVE conspiracy going on with all of the physicians and establishments that are using them (such as the Andrews Institute to name but one) plus of course the patients who are lying about how stem cell treatments have helped them (thinking about the MS patient that Dr Victor has been working with).
Let’s also not forget about the professional journals (including the American Journal of Medicine for publishing the article about the patient with poor cardiac function treated with stem cells, which is mentioned on this iHub board).
This sounds too much of a coincidence that SO MANY people are all involved in this conspiracy theory or maybe there is something to stem cell treatments but no-one can prove exactly what it is, yet…
Just because we don’t have evidence of how something works doesn’t mean that it doesn’t work, simply that we don’t know..
Remember that hundreds of years ago people said the earth was flat and you would fall of the edge if you sailed too far east or west; people were burned at the stake for heresy if they said that the earth was round…
Per Ardua ad Astra…
There's no doubt that there's been a fair bit of dilution, that's never been under question
If you look, my original post was challenging someone's opinion that the OS could be as high as 1.5 billion when the 10Q comes out.
I disagreed...
Shares traded equals bought and sold plus any shares added as a result of dilution may not have been traded so I still cannot see the OS being as high as you claim but I respect your opinion...
We'll just have to agree to disagree on that one and see what happens when the 10Q comes out...
As of 13th July, the OS was only 716,333,822 so I doubt there will be as many as you say...
My guess would be less than 1 billion...
I disagree - the news is repeated on iHub so why spend money unnecessarily...
What about other message boards, if you post to iHub you have to post to them as well so $100 per post could become several hundred more.
The reality is that word does get out and what impact have they PRs had - none, nada, zero impact because some people want to hold the SP down.
As regards today's PR, it is important because if you remember an earlier release, IFCR was having to turn away business as they didn't have enough drivers - this increase now means that they won't be turning as much business away, generating more revenue.
One extra driver could mean 20 days of extra revenue per month and could equate to hundreds of thousands of dollars per year - do the maths, this increase could generate millions...
I'm not....
If you look at most of your posts you're dissing the CEO, company and anyone who disagrees with you so it figures that you want to know the SS to do the same.
Tell me I'm not wrong but your posts speak for themselves...
If you GENUINELY want this company to do well, you might be better off moderating your posts and being less critical / more supportive of DF and the guys at IFCR...
Take it or leave it, I'm just commenting on what I read, it's nothing personal...
Have a great day...
Perhaps because they want to manage the release of the SS as part of the 10Q unveiling...
I don't see it being a big issue - the SP is already super low so any news, good or bad, probably won't have much impact on it...
I agree G&L, he has a plan and will execute it in the appropriate timeframe.
He has a track record of success and will complete the turnaround of this company in due course.
He has taken a company that is bleeding money and so far has turned it into a profit making machine; the company is growing by acquiring profitable companies with more acquisitions on the horizon. revenue will increase dramatically when these other acquisitions occur and debt is being removed from the balance sheet - of course there has to be a trade-off and that is in the shape of dilution but even that is reducing.
I can see why this makes such an attractive opportunity to flippers but at some point, the SP will climb dramatically and take it to an appropriate level for a successful company in the trucking industry.
All of those people that are constantly bashing DF and IFCR either have an agenda of keeping the SP low or are not prepared to wait for the eventual rise. There's an easy solution, sell up and move to another less risky stock and accept the limited returns that you'll get.
There are many of us who are playing the long game here because we recognise the potential of this company, probably more longs than shorters and flippers, we just don't mouth off about it as much.
IFCR - Per ardua ad astra...
This is a pink stock, most pay for services this way as it's the only way they can do business and let's not forget that this is getting rid of debt off the books.
You can't have it all ways, I'd rather a healthy balance sheet with a company that's increasing revenue over a few million extra shares...
