So the latest valuation that Mr Hoffman is suggesting is around is about 1.7 cents per share.

What is this figure based on - the revenue for the last FY or the forecasted revenue for this FY which as we know will be greater than last year because of debts paid off, more efficient business practices, diesel fuel price cuts and of course the last acquisition effective 1st July this year.

Clearly if the 1.7 cent SP valuation was for last year, we could be looking a a much healthier price and we might get a better idea on what it might be when the 10Q for the quarter ending yesterday comes out, in a little over 6 weeks, in the middle of November.

Meanwhile, hopefully we'll have the audited first quarter 10Q out next week which will give us all a better idea of the share structure and debt levels. Next week's gonna be busy I think...
