Nice green day today longs!
True. I didn't say that he sold any of his shares. Obviously the doctor see's future value one day in his company. As I do.
I don't argue that ViaDerma has "potential". I just think the SP sees a new 52 week low before it sees a new 52 week high.
I think I will have the opportunity to add to my position in the .005s. But if not, great for anyone with a position!
Oh I understand how it works.
High multiples like that are perhaps applicable to profitable companies, or even non profitable companies with huge sales growth. But currently ViaDerma is neither of that.
VDRM has a ways to go before they can be valued at 30-40 times revenue.
That's not to say though that there aren't companies out there with terrible fundamentals yet outrageously high share prices. But eventually share price aligns itself with company fundamentals. It's just a matter of time.
I think ViaDerma still has a lot of potential. I just think a position here is dead money for at least a couple of fiscal quarters.
In my opinion their first quarter numbers won't look a whole lot better than their fiscal year end 12/31/17 did.
The market cap is ridiculously high if using a price to sales metric. It's already priced for the good doctor to make a couple million bucks in sales this year. If he doesn't, .0077/sh will look very expensive.
Investors lose confidence when CEOs miss their sales targets. I lost a lot of confidence in him and it's why I lightened up my position here. I think we will see .004s or .005s before we see .02.
By no means am I opposed to a SP of 35 cents ;)
We could all make easy money if we could naked short shares.
But the short squeeze is coming and it's going to be big!
Thanks Debbie. So the MMs have 3 days to either sh!t or get off the pot.
Short squeeze coming soon! Hold on tight!
So what you are saying is now is the time to be buy. Not at 26 cents.
You are correct sir. Buy low, sell high. It's how you make money.
Mars said it will take some time to bring the new store online to profitability. It's the nature of the beast.
A store is just a store, it's leadership of the store that's makes all the difference in the world. And she is the right leader.
She fully expects the new location to compliment the strategy that she has planned for her company's growth, and that it will prove to be a beneficial acquisition.
No doubt this industry will be growing in leaps and bounds. It's good to be a shareholder now, with a long term investment in mind.
People buying into CBD and MJ/MMJ stocks now at just about any price could be set for life 5-10 years from now.
We haven't seen anything yet. Just the tip of the iceberg!
My opinions.
Thanks, I'll check them out.
Thanks Bobbar.
Lol OK will do! But why your 180 degree change in sentiment?
Well, first time buyer here. Bought some UATG today at .0018. A small position to test the waters. What's the overall sentiment here? Tonight I plan to read a couple hundred of the previous posts to get caught up to speed as to what you all think.
I looked at their financials and read the January 2018 letter from the CEO to the shareholders. I like his optimism. It seems he has a lot of irons in the fire. But some diversification in products offered is a good thing. My only concern is the OS is getting pretty close to the AS. I haven't researched this company enough to see how fast they've been diluting shares, but I plan to do that over the weekend.
I hate to be a doubting Thomas, but I doubt that.
Thanks for the tip Dano. I unloaded some VDRM today and picked up some UAT$. It's worth a shot, at least it's volatile. Lately VDRM has just been flatlining. I need more action.
I paid .0018 for the UAT. What concerns me though about it is the OS is about maxed to the AS. And I'm not a big fan of reverse splits lol.
But what the hell, it's worth a shot. And it's only money. Like my late great dad used to always tell me, when you die you can't take it with you! But I think my dad took it with him...
I spoke too soon :(
OMG!!! Is that green I'm seeing?! WTH
The spread between the bid and ask is 16%. No one wants to pay that kind of premium. I wouldn't either.
But Mohammad's average cost per share adjusted for the reverse splits is a buck something, not $104.
He can still sell at a profit one day if Intercloud's Netlayer grows legs and takes off. A couple bucks a share is doable with the current share structure. Current market cap is insanely low. Already priced by the market as if the company is BK, which it isn't.
And supposedly ICLD is nearing the end of dilution. They still have toxic loan balances but no where near the amount of a couple of years ago. They're moving in the right direction. Hopefully after they report, they still will be, if not, then perhaps they're done for.
But it's not over until the obese (PC) lady sings.
Maybe something leaked?
Thanks man. I hope that's the case!
For some reason I feel in my bones that VDRM closes green today (Friday). Perhaps get back some of that 24% that VDRM blew off so far this week.
Lol! It's all good.
Sorry for the late reply Nannouza, but I'm one happy camper! Thanks for asking. Hopefully the bulls remain in full control through today (Friday). It could make for a nice upbeat start to next week.
However, if the share price pulls back some later today I will definitely be adding to my position.
I'm really liking what I'm seeing here. And that open letter from Ms. Mars to the shareholders yesterday gives me the confidence to throw substantially more money into this. She seemed really sincere and passionate about both RXMD and the shareholders succeeding, and I believe her.
She did a great job I think at calming down the shareholders after that 35% sell-off on Wednesday.
Good luck to you!
Well, if I end up selling all my shares in the .006's I plan to get back in with 33% more shares with the same amount of money if the SP dips into the .004's.
I won't wait for the .001's though. They won't ever get that low unless 1) the good doctor turns out to be an outright fraud, or 2) VDRM reverse splits and the usual 50-80% post split sell-off ensues.
They already do. CBD's for pets can be ordered on their same website as CBD's for people. Here's the link:

Please do, and thanks. I hope it helps her.
That would be a $16B market cap with POTN's current share structure. I could see that possibly happening in 10 years or so if they monopolized the market. But they don't. There is competition in this space. A $1B-$2B market cap one day very doable though.
But what the hell do I know? I hope you're more right than I am ;)
Nice article!
Correct. And if the share price doesn't get to $3 organically, it might be prudent for POTN to do a reverse split to get the price up there. I hate reverse splits as much as the next guy, but to uplist to the NASDAQ would be huge and well worth it. Once there, institutional money alone could drive the share price to $20.
Hey Loot, please add code GOLD50 to the list. It should be good at least through Friday evening 4/6/18. It's for 50% off CBD Liquid Gold vape pens and vape additives, all flavors and sizes.
Thanks. Go POTN!!!
Good call this morning bro. Damn close!
Oh no! That's Friday the 13th! But not always an unlucky day. I don't think POTN will see a buck by then, but it could be in the 50-60 cent range.
Bring all of us luck on your birthday!
$potn $.3971 products. Revenue. Profits. Pps going up.
