“And now that the company has sufficient financial resources to launch sales promotion campaigns, we are more confident than ever that the moto-meter market is poised to enter a time of rapid expansion.”
This article was published a year and a half ago. Can anyone tell me what the definition of rapid is?
Surely after 18 months there must at least be a picture of someone using a motometer in Rwanda?
Anyone?
Why would a company that no longer exists continue to file..
My favorite is the patent for China. Like they ever had a chance of doing business there.
World Moto was perfectly positioned to pick up Sri Lanka and they epically failed.
HailYes doesn't exist. It's a dead app why are we even talking about it.
Meters are not the future of GPS enabled ride hailing companies. Uber agreed to in one Indian city to get a foothold in the region. Nothing more, nothing less. Uber has always fought against the use of meters and fights lawsuits by claiming they are not taxis.
'We will continue to work with the government in the hope that they will update their proposed regulations and enable Danes to enjoy the benefits of modern technologies like Uber.'
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4356276/Uber-end-services-Denmark-three-years.html
There is no evidence, there is no ANYTHING to suggest Uber wants to abandon GPS for meters.
World Moto only ever stood a chance in the state run taxi industry. That was their market.
Landing a government contract as a result of a government mandate was always World Moto's stated objective. Read their SEC filings it's all in there.
The Thai Ministry of Transport oversees the taxi business in Thailand. The local taxi drivers already grease the palms of corrupt people. That's how they keep their business a cash business and also how they've kept Uber and UberMoto out of Thailand for the most part.
You're suggesting World Moto approach them and make a similar deal. Ok. So a Canadian man working on a Thai Visa goes to this person and offers him X amount of shares in a company that is no longer in business as a negotiating tool.
Who do you think will win? The local Thai taxi drivers or the Canadian with shares in a defunct business?
How long have you been here nwar? Your idea is actually a good idea and World Moto tried this in December of 2012 bringing Julpas Kruesopon on it's board of directors and giving him 500,000 shares. This news along with the news that the Moto Meter would be hitting the streets of Bangkok in the Spring of 2013 is why I invested in this company 4.5 years ago.
BTW the deal never went anywhere and paying the guy off didn't get meters on the streets.

Thank you for posting actual links. Have you ever clicked the download link to see what happens?
This is where it takes you when you click download
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.worldmoto.yesclient
How many times has the app been downloaded?
Just out of curiosity Cueva what happened when you tried to download the app?
Perhaps you could explain this better since it doesn't make sense to me. You found the app555 site which has the HailYes download that you claim can only be downloaded if you live in China.
How are you able to access the app555 site if it's only available in China?
The download link takes you to Google Play. I can access Google Play without living in China. How is that possible?
How is China restricting the downloads of a company who is not located in China? How does that work exactly?
Your opinion would be wrong of course because a ride hailing company's worth is based on a concept that uses GPS and not meters. That and WM went out of business without successfully selling any meters let alone their company.
Cueva
What's the IP worth?
How long are the patents good for?
Still waiting msripley. What things are looking quite good for World Moto?
And there's the 15 million form t trade that is now somehow viewed as positive. Lol.
That's the most likely scenario. Good luck explaining that to those who think there's a secret group of investors in Tibet along the Nepalese border who are secretly buying WM stock and mounting moto-meters to yaks.
The stock is still trading because of the convertible debt, and because we have outstanding shares.

This conversation is like telling a child Santa isn't real and having him protest saying yes he is because the presents are real.
Perhaps you could break that down for us. What exactly is looking good about World Moto?
The site you keep referring to states you need Google Play to download it and then it directs you to Google Play for the download. There is no opinion being made. You cannot download anything directly from that site. Saying you can is simply not true. If it really had 5 million downloads then Google Play would also show the same numbers as that is where you're actually downloading the app.
These form t trades look like day trading activity. They buy after hours for .000493 and sell tomorrow between .0005 and .0006.
Can't do that. It would be an insult to Trump voters.
The verbiage on those sites state HailYes is downloaded from Google Play. It's written in plain English and easy to understand. What isn't easy to understand is how you disagree with that.
I think you would love this site
http://www.theonion.com
It's ALL true. Have fun.
Everything on the internet is true? Were you born yesterday?
It's easily proven that site has fake numbers. The fact that you and Col are both posting fraudulent posts is on you.
Lol. What a fraud.
To add to the humor the humor version 1.1.3a was released on May 26th 2015. The version 1.0.2a was released on Sept 17th 2015.
Explain that.
Thanks myantis. I knew someone would remind me how long the patents were good for and how much they are worth.
Something very big IS coming.
It's called the shocking surprise a few are going to have when they finally realize what we've been telling them all along. World Moto no longer exists and no one is selling Moto-Meters.
HailYes was only available for download on Google Play. It says exactly that on both sites posted here. All anyone needs to do is click and read for themselves.
The only factual part of this conversation is that there never were 5 million downloads of HailYes. Anyone willing to follow the links that have been provided can see this for themselves.
Yes. We know. A hundred million dollars for the app. A hundred Million dollars for the meter and a hundred million dollars for wheelies.
If you're trying to open it from an iPhone it will say address invalid. You can access it from your PC. Firefox will also give you an invalid address notice. You have to cut and paste it to Explorer to open up the download link. It takes you to Google Play to download HailYes.
That site has been proven false time and time again for reasons I just stated. All anyone has to do is click download to see you're wrong.
When you are on the site that was just provided and you click the link to download HailYes this is the site you get next.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.worldmoto.yesclient
I would encourage everyone who is reading this to please also click the links from that site to download HailYes so that everyone here can see HailYes can only be downloaded on Google Play.
You cannot download directly from App555 therefore those numbers are fake. This should be obvious since one page shows 100,000, another says 1,000,000 and a third says 5,000,000
One more time..
This is from the first site provided
Publish Date: 2015-09-17
Latest Version: 1.0.2a
Get it on: Get HailYes on Google Play
This is from the second site provided
"First, make sure Google Play has been installed on your android, and click the link below"
Google Play is available to everyone all over the world. The internet does not limit downloads to only China and Indonesia.
Google Play lists the accurate download count to be between 100 - 500
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.worldmoto.yesclient
No opinions. No negativity. These are verified facts.
On average its trading $5,000 per day and that includes all the form t trades that make it look like more stock is trading than it actually is.
Yep!
Note conversions, FDA approvals, rumors of a new app, for a dead company it's undeniable that a promotional penny stock site is behind it.
Companies willing to agree to financing on these terms are often desperate and could not obtain funding through any other means.
In other words the patent had no value when investors completed a business valuation.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_spiral_financing
Lol. What does that have to do with Paul using World Moto as a source of income?
