Perhaps you could explain this better since it doesn't make sense to me. You found the app555 site which has the HailYes download that you claim can only be downloaded if you live in China.

How are you able to access the app555 site if it's only available in China?

The download link takes you to Google Play. I can access Google Play without living in China. How is that possible?

How is China restricting the downloads of a company who is not located in China? How does that work exactly?
