Stiepp gets attacked because he doesn't perform to even his claims. See what happens to your company if your sales team stopped selling for five years. Then sell off the sections that were profitable. Then sell a pack of lies to your investors.
Most have rode this out despite Stiepp. Even if your ahead with this stock but endured all of his lies, your allowed to be critical of his lack of transparency and performance.
Investors should never be lied to....ever. The investors are the life blood of this company and Stiepp, Chang and all the executives deserve the scrutiny for grossly lining their pockets with investor cash while bringing in zero revenues.
Had they not lined their pockets, I think the board would be a little less critical.
Don't be so sensitive, their not. I'm sure those crooks sleep like baby's!
Steve jobs produced and sold a product. It took time to understand the business side. Gates infused capital at zero hour based an real products and orders.
Please.
If Stiepp was so great why did he need to dilute this to the extent he did?
If Stiepp was so great why did he need Li?
If Stiepp was so great, where are the revenues and contracts claimed in the past.
All your research and as you wrote, you come it ihub for information.
Stiepp appears to be suckling on the teet and milking this for what it's worth. You can twist however you wish but facts are facts.
At his advanced age, he's riding it as long as possible. He is no business man or business mind. He needs to be managed rather than manage.
Running a company to near bankruptcy is never an option unless you plan to dilute and steal more to line your pocket as he did. Without Li's infusion, he would have diluted over and over again to suit his bank account.
At least with Li there is an unknown veriable.
It's great Visser has stopped selling but my concern is there is still no insider buys.
I hope Li is the real deal because the current management still appear to be nothing more than white collar criminal feeding off the teet.
Well said!
Because you likely don't think like a white collar criminal.
Great interview. I like that he kept referring to Liquidmetal rather than Liquidmorphium. Liquidmetal will become the "scotch" tape or "Whiteout" of all BMG's it seems.
First to market becomes the reference name for all.
You've got a good point but how quickly could that happen?
I think if any real price movement is going to happen, it happens very quickly.
Anyone hanging on to their shares after a real move in PPS should know better.
$.25 is gonna be a great deal if it gains traction.
Li must have a plan or he wouldn't make this deal. Does it matter if he ends up owning 56% if he takes us all for a ride beyond $.25 or $1 for that matter?
I don't care how we get there or who takes us there.
EONTEC is a global manufacturing company headquartered in Hong Kong with manufacturing plants in China. It specializes in new material development, such as bulk metallic glasses and medical grade magnesium for implants. The company possesses a full set of mass production capabilities for zirconium based amorphous alloys, including material refining, tooling, and machining, surface treatment, as well as equipment and machine building capabilities for making large parts out of bulk metallic glass.
I wonder if LQMT stumbled into a contract to large to fill? Eontec also specializes in BMG. There has to be something there or they would have no reason to agreed to this deal. Getting a feeling something big is dangling or they would have never stepped in.
Agreed. The structure of this deal has promise for the current investors. No one throes away 63 mil for fun and .25 after 90 days? I'm no genius but that's a hell of a pop!
Hence the need for the reinstated employment agreement filed on 2/9.????
A lot of pieces to this puzzle. I often wonder if the some of the things they do are done to make it look like they are actually doing something.
Expect another horrible let down. If there is good news, it will make it that much sweeter.
I guess well know soon enough.
But why a call after earnings are already released? Makes no sense. As a penny, they aren't required. Since they already released financials why put yourself through a call unless you have news of some sort.
History says it's just more pain for investors. Maybe it's Stiepp's way of sticking it to those on this board who have made it their job to stick it to him. A sort of, back at ya thing???
Earnings call now? Why?
And, take a big short position to fund your next long position. Rinse, repeat and Squirl away a few shares on the house hoping for a miracle. What's wrong with that?
Dilution...don't matter. Suckers will run this up at some point.
Reverse split....never happen until the PPS hits +$4.
What we know is there will be a pump, a drop and the PPS will fluctuate enough to bank. All while possibilities of new patents being developed, deals struck and contracts loom in the background. Sounds like the place to be!
Feels good right? Riding the house account removes the stress!
Oh, that was good!
Maybe you should sleep on it! Sorry, I couldn't resist.
Don't mind me, I was just being a smart ass. I looked at your history and knew you were doing just fine.
I only hold a few long positions, most I am playing with the house money due to trading the long and short.
So around $15.90.
Not an IPO buyer, a dip buyer. Just having fun with you is all.
This place is getting ugly. Wow!
Facts are hard to argue. But are all the facts in??
None of you have ever changed the others opinion so why try? It doesn't matter!
It's like What About Bob! Take a vacation from your problems if they upset you so much?
This board has had its positive and negative sides for years now. Has anyone convinced the other to sell, buy or "see the light"? I don't think so.
I commend you all for you passions and wish you well, wether your long or short.
The market is a game, play it well and prosper!
How's that $16.30 position working for you? Someday you'll get it right.
Thanks, guess I don't understand how the board works. It was my understand a report was made and reviewed by the MODs.
My apologies.
Depends on your point of view. Quality vs quantity sometimes is a better direction.
Everyone compares the two.... Twitter is not Facebook and never intended to be. It's baffling no one can understand that.
Facebook is your diary you share with friends and grandma. Twitter is in the now, moves quick and keeps you informed minute by minute. Not the same. Both have their place.
To hell with Zuck's BULLSHIP!! Clown car comment. He just thinks he's entitled to everything. Not.
Yah right I say him playing base for Coldplay at the Super Bowl! LOL....
Was it you that said this about a month ago and I said don't buy more? Honestly after the last few patents I have been plugging in a bid for the same hoping it executes. The details in those last patents scream with potential.
Directly and indirectly, Apple may have taken this to the next level. We just have to make it through to market awareness.
The Beats price would be fine though this has much greater potential and with this float it would be over $4pps.
I know Stiepp is loyal to Apple but it would be nice to see another party interested. The latest patents have great potential across every imaginable market. To think the near future value is comparable to beats is insane too, this is the very early stages of the future of metals.
Our half ownership should equate to something measurable. The whole cow shouldn't be just given away.
Well price action doesn't tell it's going to be a big loss, price action tells you investor sentiment.
Based on what?
That's inaccurate. So you phone magically sets up the payments without software?
Square is not just about a card reader.
This makes me wonder how far this patten can reach.
"an amorphous alloy can be zirconium-based, titanium-based, platinum-based, palladium-based, gold-based, silver-based, copper-based, iron-based, nickel-based, aluminum-based, molybdenum-based, and the like."
It about covers everything. Talk about controlling the future!
Wow, this opens up so many possibilities. This would end up with CIP and its applications outside of CE are endless.
This could be the holy grail!
They aren't having a "dog and pony" show to push the stock price up. In case you haven't paid attention, the share holders are the last thing on their minds.
They are in Germany to demonstrate advancements in this technology among professionals in Metallurgy and PIM.
What I love about this board is so many whine they don't have news, they get news and they whine it's not good enough.
We should be seeing PR of any sort everyday. In order to drive sales you have to get the word out in mass. Otherwise you have to rely on only a handful of reps to reach every potential customer.
I, would prefer to see any so called BS PR ten times a day than hearing nothing at all.
How many years has " bankruptcy" been a factor? As long as I can recall. I doubt that will ever happen and as Stiepp and Chung said on the last call, they have was to keep this afloat.
Not saying it can't happen, I just believe they will keep it a float long enough for a few contracts to come in. The product, weather theirs or someone else's is finally getting noticed.

I've played that game many times....just what if.
I traded the hell out of this and was proudly in for 0. Later bought at .101 because of confidence with the aspire deal and bought again at .064. Those shares are down.
When we sat at .28, my thoughts of a new level of lifestyle seemed in my grasp. Look where we are now! This stock has only declined in the past two years.
I do believe a base is forming and with one decent piece of news this baby is off to the races. But, it still could go either direction.
Were all grown ups and you know the odds. Only put in what you can afford to lose. Good luck!
Don't! Buying a stock descending is a bad decision, period! If you hold shares, great but buying another $40k on a decline is crazy. You have little to support your decision. Management is showing nothing right now. Is it worth the risk? Think about it.
